Uhhhh I do mine completely different from that British dude... I'm squeezing my penis together like I was pushing a spring together like a compression. It's only towards the end of the rep that my penis starts to bend slightly. The expansion I get from my way makes my skin feel like it's going to burst lol. I hope this is right because it is fatigues me like nothing else, not even the Bathmate.

Grip at the base and grip around the base of the head, now push these hands together. That is the SSJ. When pressing hands to gather move them in a circular movement to cause more expansion.

His finger and thumb should be around the base of the head so he can squash evenly and with greater force. Basically it is a reverse OK grip and push down, grab the base of penis as deep as possible and then push against this with the upper hand.

Cool, just be sure it is a reverse OK grip or it will not make sense. So the O goes over the penis and the remaining finger are above the O.
