Wouldn't it be easier to put the head of your cock into your fist rather than on the palm of the hand? Not actually inside the first, but make a fist first with a small opening and put your cock head in there. Easier to press directly down into the shaft no?

I used to do this while clamped.

That is an acceptable variation and one I have used myself.
 
I get better expansion when I grip at the bottom and one below the head I get great expansion like that . I try the head in technique I can get some expansion but its not much like the other one . Where I grip bottom and below cock head and squeeze without worrying about putting my cock head in

Yup, the penis can get used to any single exercise and it will no longer benefit, you always need to be ready to switch up when gains slow.

Thats whats up! Expansion is what you want see in any girth routine. Without expansion there can be no growth.

I still don't think I've mastered these yet. Not really sure I'm doing them right. If it's what I'm thinking I would rather do them with my palm on the underside of the shaft than on the top because my cock already bends downward and I would rather bend upward
