TIME:
I set a time in advance (sometimes I go beyond that time) I usually dedicate 45 minutes to the session. As time goes on your hands will get stronger.

THE EXERCISE:
I get myself fully erect. Once I have an optimum erection I will kegel as much blood into my penis as possible than with one hand (as shown) I clamp off at the base. I need some room to move the blood around so I will squeeze my glans releasing a small amount of blood than I clamp off again. The hand clamped off at the extreme base slowly and intensely jelq up maybe an inch. Once in this position I take the heal of the other hand and squash the blood from by head downward against the hand clamping. I am still applying upward pressure with the clamped hand as the heal of the upper hand continues to push the blood around. Very similar to an Isolated Compression Squeeze the difference being the upper hand is open and the heal of the hand is used to push against the resisting hand. As I said above I will do one rep for about 2-3 minutes at which time I release do a few Dual Dry Jelqs and begin the next set.

My goal, as stated above is MAXIMUM EXPANSION. I gage this by looking at my wrists while training and I make a visual comparison of the GIRTH of my penis to the GIRTH of my wrist. I want to get myself thicker than my wrist and I do this every session. Just for fun when I surpass my wrist GIRTH I start looking at my ankles (yeah right!) but it is fun to try.

Here are some illustration I just drew that will hopefully help you guys understand better.

Wow first of all... how big are your wrists?? Mine are probably 8-9" in girth and I have fairly small wrists at 6'1"! Damn! Hahah. But your drawing looks like it resembles those "orange-bends" that I found here. But reading your description makes me think of a different exercise. From reading it it sounds like you clamp off at the base and use your palm of your free hand to mash your dick downward (into itself, into the shaft) while slowly applying upward pressure with the base hand. Sort of like a Chinese finger trap. But the orange bends are more of a... well, bending. I've tried both ways and I seem to FEEL more expansion from the orange bends, but then again I can't do orange bends with a full erection. There is a sweet spot at around 40-50%. So are these the same exercise or different? The picture and description seem different in my head! Lol. Thanks Dub
 
I decided to try these last night after doing 700 regular jelqs. I didn't let anything out after getting a good hard clamp at the base and when I pushed it almost hurt. I did 3 or 4, maybe 20 seconds each, and noticed some added girth beyond what I just got from jelqing.

After I was done in the shower I remembered how DLD said he'd let a little blood out before starting the 1" jelq so I'll have to try that next time. It will take a little to get used to this but I'm going to keep trying to do more and more after my regular night time jelqing until I get really comfortable with it.
 
Take your time and be careful until you have mastered it. It is not a beginners exercise so it takes some good practice and mastery before going hog wild.

That's why I only tried a few after my regular jelqing. I can see it as a slow addition to my routine until it takes over completely.

It took almost 40 years for my brain to start occasionally saying "hey buddy, just because you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD."
 
So I tried a few more of these last night before and after my jelqing session. This time I let a little out before starting the 1" hard jelq.

I was watching myself get thicker and it was an awesome sight, then I felt all the blood getting out. The best I was able to manage before starting to go soft was about 10 seconds.

I wasn't laying down relaxing and watching �naked people movies� to stay excited though. Instead I was standing in the bathroom thinking about sex.

I'm going to keep practicing them and getting better at it.

I'm never able to do them :( Really wish I could or even do regular jelqing but the past few months my time is limited to stretching and my BM routine. Our schedules at home need to change so I can get in some more PE.

You can do them, just keep on practicing them. Watch the video and imitate what you see.
