I wasn't too clear in my last post, but you have to understand that it's been 5 months since I last trained.

Anyways, what do you think about this idea of combining the pressing factor with a good pump? I personally think it's got potential, but I just don't know how to make it a reality. Basically what I'm trying to do is blending the benefits of the pressing factor and the ease of the pump. Taking the time to get hard and trying to keep it that way by masturbating during the exercise is what is drawing me back from repeating the training. So I thought it would be great if one could fix these flat pieces against the cock, inside the pump container, then pump until it feels okay. Problem is you cant fit these pieces onto your cock once its inside, and they'll probably not fit through the bottom along with the clamps, so I thought a tight hair curler would be easy to fit when your cock isn't hard, then try to insert it all into the pump and pump, and hopefully the curler will stretch your cock in some points, while the rest of your cock will try to expand, thus creating more force onto some parts of your cock than just using the pump alone at the same pressure level. I'm also thinking this would create the microtears more evenly around the shaft.

My only concern is... how does this differ from using the pump alone? Well, honestly I'm not sure... My guess is that probably when you use a pump alone with a lot of vacuum, you'll feel pain in your cock before you can actually create as many microtears as if you were using frendos? Therefore it would make sense to think that the frendos and curler would create more microtearing by the stretching? I don't know, I really don't, and I'd like to know. I know my now broken pump couldn't achieve as much force onto my dick as I did with the frendos, but I'd guess decent pumps are capable of this? or not?

I don't have a decent pump to try this, and the one I've got has its valve broken, so I'd be grateful if anyone could give this a go and report back.

I don't intend to hijack this thread, but if it feels like, just let me know and I'll start a new one, but it'll be probably unnecessary as I don't think this curler thing will get me too far.

I still think Redz frendos are the best method of widening your penis. And this curler thing is based on the same principle, just trying to make things easier... with not much success so far LOL

Okay, today I bought some hair curlers to try it out with my broken pump:

Bought medium and big size... don't buy medium, they just won't fit any penis no matter if it looks like they will... and probably some people won't be able to fit in the bigger ones either, at least not in the size I found

I removed the plastic "hairy" layer on the outside, used some lube over my dick, fit it inside, pulled my skin forward (uncut), fixed inside the pump... I managed to get some vacuum (sorry no gauge), but just not enough. Removed from pump. Took out the curler. I removed the rubber cover off the pump cylinder base. Fit the curler over the rubber cover, put my penis through the rubber hole and curler. Fix the rubber back into the cylinder. Pumped and was able to get a greater vacuum. Picture.

It didn't feel like I achieved a force as strong as that that I got with frendos... Nonetheless I did feel something interesting: Unlike when using the pump alone, as much vacuum as I tried to get, it didn't feel like the penis wanted to burst, but I rather felt a sort of pressure around the shaft, and I only got that bursting feeling in the glans(uncovered by the curler). I did however feel some pain in the skin, due to the shaft skin pressing against the curler mesh. I don't think this is working, and this is certainly not desirable. I want corpora cavernosa to stretch, not skin. The curler mesh is just to tight. I'd need to cut out some of the curler threads. Either that or use some elastic bands or threads alone. That would allow for the corpora cavernosa to really expand at some points while staying contracted at others (thread contact points) creating a stretching effect thus creating microtearing. That's my theory at least.

Now that I messed with this stuff, I think it would be possible to fit some small flat pieces just like in frendos inside the pump. I'd just remove the rubber base off the cylinder, insert penis, fix flat pieces around penis, clamp, fix rubber cover back and pump. I think it could work...

I'm buying a new pump. Even if this doesn't work, it'll be good to have a working one around. I'll try to find some slim flat pieces and fix them onto my penis and hopefully fit them inside the cylinder and try.

All right, now that I own a decent pump, I can answer my previous question: What would be the difference between a pump and frendos? The difference is the pump will more easily inflate your outer skin with blood, before it could create as much a pressure as you'd get with frendos in your corpora cavernosa. I can tell you I'm so very much disappointed about this fact. I'm uncut, and I think this is a very good way of adding skin to my penis, something I'm not interested in. I suggest nobody try the methods I proposed before, because I don't feel they'd work nearly as good as frendos do. I, myself am quiting on trying them, I think it's just a waste of time, because even though you trap your penis between two sheets, it'll still pull from the sides skin, harder than it will from the corpora cavernosa, and I'm really worried you could burst/damage your skin, before you can achieve as much a pressure in your corpora cavernosa as you could easily get with frendos!

It's really a pitty, but hey, pumps are still good to get erections, and I have no doubt, if used frequently, over a looong time, you can gain some size. But REALLY, they CAN'T be nearly as effective as frendos are! And that's what I'll be doing from now on! Using my pump to help with the erections before actually exercising with frendos.

Frendos DO WORK, and by my own experience I can feel they work FAST. You can't really compare frendos and pumps.

I had my doubts in the beginning but now I'm a believer . this shit is real man!!! I used two VCR tapes strapped tight with 2 socks a wave cap and a cable clamp. The tapes are heavy so while I lay down I get a good hanging weight stretch. This will be my daily afternoon workout before my pumping session in the late evening. During the day...I stay clamped up for 10 hrs. Then it's back to the tapes for a 30 minute workout. Call me hardcore. But dude I'm on the rampage!!!!!
 
Has anyone used the bib as the compression piece it looks like the easiest way to do this type of thing i was going to order one and try it out. cable clap at base bib from there and the next cable clamp behind the glands, but should i get the bib small or the reg size. I'm kicking my self in the ass i gave my bib away years ago cuz i thought i was through with pe. current size is about 6.75 nblp at 100% eq level and 7.75 bpel I'm thinking reg size.
 
I tried this...the tiles and plates kept rolling onto one side. I just layed my clamped Dick onto a table and pressed the tile down. I put more pressure on the tile at the base, which pushed more of the blood down toward the head. Seemed to work fine.

Which is more effective in girth gains and which one should a beginner start with first...

I would say that the exercises are equal, and development really depends on the intensity you use. My favorite girth exercise would be SlowSquashJelqs, I think these are king when it comes to girth.
 
I tried this before but never got too far with it. I would get huge expansion after a workout, but it would disappear very quickly. I may give it another go though.

One question... does anyone find that the depth of their cock (top to bottom width) decreased as a result of the extra sideways width?

How long were you using the exercise? The penis depth and circumference are greatly effected by how you train. In my case I have more depth than I want and I would like to convert it to width. What I will do to make this happen is include penis flattening exercises like the Tile Squeeze. Redzulu also has a thread on Book Spine Expansion, both exercises can be used for this purpose.
 
So you want to "convert" depth to width, or you want to add width? I'd rather not lose depth just to replace it with width... I want to increase my overall circumference.

Do to the lack of privacy and time in our small house, i did this routine for only 15 mins...but 3 nites in a row. on the 3rd nite, i knew i was getting laid so i did the routine about an hour before sexy time. i got the best and deepest clamping ever and then threw the flat clamps on. great session......

I've been doing these religiously with my clamping and have had great results. I will clamp and do squeezes & bends for 5-10min or so then grab my tiles and crush it for 10-15min depending on how I feel during my workout. I try to do the crushers for at least 30min each time but have gotten as high as an hour once but only once. I will get extra expansion by using the Bathmate for 10min between sets, then crush again, then Bathmate again at the end if I'm up to it.. My expansions I crazy that way. I will then top off with a little hanging to help get the blood pulled all through out.
 
Normally after a clamping/Bathmate workout my girth around is about 5.2 and my width is about 1.8..If I do this workout with the compression I can get my girth to about 6 and my width just over 2..im excited about that and can't get my expansions that high even with slow squash jelqs in the Bathmate
 
Hey all, question. I've mostly been doing length exercises for the past 8 months or so, but wanna get into girth exercises. My question is, does this exercise increase girth or just width, or both? Also what is the difference? Will increasing width lead to increase in girth, and vice versa? Thanks in advance! :)
