I'm currently doing a stack of RS Transaderm and Forma Stanzol. I guess I will try that for a month or two and then test again.
Try this for your T levels ...
a tablespoon of organic coconut 'oil' (a solid at room temperature) with every meal. If you don't care for the taste you can get it on your tongue and just wash it down with water before the taste really kicks in ..
this one, from here, specifically - it's a quality product and most places get like $27+ for it ..
also organic and/or free range eggs, runny yolks, ... cooked with Butter - preferably organic grass-fed ... extra-preferably made in the springtime from springtime grasses ..
also Zinc (not 'oxide') ... "ZMA" is a good form, right before bedtime .. also a mixed tocopherols natural Vitamin E .. like 400 IU 3x/day .. when doing the coconut..
And look up Phthalate Detox (for estrogenic plastics) and do that too. The largest downregulators of testosterone production in males is estrogens and cortisol.
Do all that and I bet you're climbing up the walls, and up the girlfriends, .. and possibly calling someone to bail you out of jail after kicking people's asses ..
(Detox should probably include three types of flushes for accumulated toxins and parasites and estrogenics. Always do a parasite detox -before- doing a heavy metal detox or else it's like Christmas for the parasites. Recommend this order: two of
Dr. Schulze's 5-day detox (for a 10-day detox), .. then a long course of
parasite detox from Humaworm 270 Capsules/30 day, .. and lastly at least two kegs of
micronized Clinoptilolite Zeolite for estrogenic plastics and heavy metals.
Your grossT should be twice as high, and the freeT 50% to possibly 70% higher .. those numbers should be easily doable with the right environment, precursors, and cofactors.
Then after you get a good jump in your numbers from the above, if you want to go any higher (!) you can look at things like Tibulus and Tongkat and Fenugreek etc ..
Also, if you're sleeping less than 6.5 hours per night .. stop that immediately. I literally despise sleep, but anything less than 6.5 hours
doubles the amount of cortisol in your system, depresses leptins, harms carb metabolism, raises insulin/desensitizes cells, lowers growth hormone, ... not worth it. Sleep longer.
I always like to put it this way for people .. your body's T being lower than normal is
not due to a 'Transaderm' deficiency.
Address the causes rather than trying to boost around the symptoms..
