Hi guys,

I am new to matter of size and need help like everyone. I have LOTS of questions that i never asked so i am posting them all at once. Kindly help me in solving my problems.

I have been doing penis exercises for nearly 1 1/2- 2 years. My EQ quotient has been going down and i feel depressed now for not gaining in this long time and no clarity AT ALL.


my penis size is;
flaccid (BPFL)
length- 2 - 3.5 inch keeps changing throughout the day depending on blood flow
girth - 3 - 3.1 inch
erect (BPEL)
length- 5.9 inches
girth - 4.3 inches

Most of my gains are hidden in the extra pubic skin that has come forward and turkey neck.
Well this has been my routine for the past 1 year

5 min-warm up
5 min-stretch ,left ,right ,up ,down, infront (10 sec reps)
5 min--rotary cranks
5 min-jelq one hand with one hand at base
5 min- stretch infront (10 sec reps)
5 min-jelq one hand
5 min-stretch infront
5 min - warm up ( i stopped this as i feel my penis turtles after and does no stay stretchable like before)

I also did lazy ass stretch and hanging for a month and did feel some gains but hanging caused alot of discomfort behind glans so i stopped.
Now its been 3 months i have started Ace bandage wrapping all day after workout and gained some flaccid length but still turtle alot.
AFTER looking at your routines and exercises i feel i have done nothing.

I have alot of questions and thank you for giving your time. Also i will send pics in next post if you want

Thrombosis

A. After 2-3 weeks of Ace bandage traction wrapping i realized that there is a lump right below my penis glans and this is where the most fluid retention is . I started feeling some pain there also. I stopped penis exercises and wrapping for a week and realized it was gone. But when i began exercises the lump had returned but no pain.

So i wanted to know if this is thrombosis?

1. Skin- i am circumcised

A. The first three months when i began exercises i didn't know what a proper jelq was and i only pulled my skin which led to the pubic skin entering the shaft and also a severe turkey neck.

B. in order to correct that i started pulling back my skin around penis glans and that led to alot of skin behind glans

C. During stretching i always made a grip of the inner penis or under the skin which led to the growth of inner penis skin and added to the bunching up behind the glans.

D. Traction wrapping has led to alot of skin growth but i feel once my inner penis grows it will cover it . Please correct me if i am wrong

E. The normal pubic skin and scrotum skin nearly covers HALF my penis so kindly help me correct this

F. I also have alot of discoloration problems as my penis is darker now and doesnt go away inspite of wrapping.

To correct turkey neck i began to pull shaft upward and ball sack down , i did feel the change but only during the pull.

But the rest i dont know how to fix


2. Jelqing

A. Incorrect jelqing has led to a bent penis to the left and not curved.I should rather say INDENTED facing the left only when erect. I began doing reverse OK jelqs with right hand with 3 fingers facing down and i guess i slightly bent my hand to the left which bent my penis. Now i have been doing one hand jelqs in order to correct it. I basically use left hand to hold base to trap blood when a jelq is complete and right hand to do normal jelq with 3 fingers facing up and apply force to the right side up correct the bend but it is not helping.

B. I have been doing dry jelqs as i have a herbal doctor who gave me an oil that helps in cell division and will not work if i apply it with any other lubricant. I can only apply 8-10 drops as it is an extract of herbs. Do you think i should leave this oil and try normal oils to start wet jelqs ?.

C. I also do one hand jelq because skin is a very big issue in this .

3. Stretching


A.I find it very difficult to get a grip with all the extra skin behind penis glans after pulling back all extra skin also. Should i hold inner skin and stretch ? but that will lead to inner skin growth.

B.I also try to hold my penis in stretched state and use other hand to jelq more blood in glans to make them bigger but it hasn't helped

4. Traction Wrapping

A. I have been traction wrapping for approx 3 months after workout all day but not night. This has given me some gains in flaccid only but turtling is still an issue.

TURTLING- Any kind of physical exertion or cardio exercising leads to turtling very easily.

B.I start wrapping ace bandage right behind penis glans so i can keep the extra skin under and the right skin at the right place and wrap till the end . I also try to keep the turkey neck back but it hasn't helped at all to cure it.

c.I also try to get an erection so all the blood goes to the glans so i get bigger glans . I tie a thick thread at base that acts as a cock ring that traps blood inside . But i feel i should be doing this without a traction wrap as it prevents my penis from expanding and effecting girth but it is also the reason for sending all the blood o the glans . kindly correct me here. I have stopped doing this as this caused me pain during masturbation and i can feel hard lump right where fluid buildup is and this is where the pain is too , So i thought this can lead to thrombosis so i stopped and i am on my break right now

D. There is Alot of fluid retention right before the penis glans where i dont wrap ace bandage and it is in the inside skin of penis. This swelling prevents the inner skin and outer skin from staying in the correct place. Also leads to inner skin expansion .

E. I have purchased Stealthformen which acts as a wrap should i use? but i feel traction is not as good as ace bandage.

F. Should i traction wrap at night like you have said. But i get many erections at night which may be an hindrance in girth gains too at night.

G. Should i wrap during cardio exercises or jogging?

5. Penis head

I also read about constricted boa technique by redzulu2003 on forum but was unsure about using it as it caused alot of restriction, friction and pain.
Kindly help get a bigger penis head as it will give me a grip in stretching.
I also feel that when i do penis exercises my head gets wrinkly.


6. Ball Sack

I feel that my balls sack looks fine in very warm temperatures. But even the slightest cold temperature vanishes the sack and my scrotum shrinks to child size proportion. Even at room temp my scrotum is a bit tight. other wise it is fine in warm temp. Most of the time like from 12 hours it will stay shrunk for 8 hours atleast but i want them to hang.

Also when i get erection i feel i dont have a scrotum or balls nearly .
I have begun tieing a thick hair band around scrotum to keep it extended.

How to get bigger testicles and hang more for long periods ?


I also thought of beginning DLD's SRT routine.
With the number of exercises out there and advises and opinions i dont know which one to do ? who to follow? what to do?
I am mainly concerned about the thrombosis , the bend , extra skin, glans, scrotum hang, and offcourse the gains.

After reading please tell me what changes to make . what corrections to make . I feel very anxious and have no clue what to do and dont have any sense of direction what to start with or without equipment.

mmm check the newbie routine is here on some forum is easy to follow and it would simplify your routine check it...30 mins everyday and you will see gains whitin weeks, hard work,discipline,knowledge, are some of the keys to get what you look for. check DLDs newbie routine.

Thanks short dick for the motivation.
I will surely take that into consideration. Could you please help me regarding the extra skin and bend ? Also i am not sure if i have thrombosis should i still carry on with exercises or should i try redzulu2003 hot and cold dips?
 
You might try taking a break from heavy/moderate pe and just do light pe until the lump/pain goes away. If it doesn't improve within a month or so then you should probably have it checked out. Or maybe just have it checked out now.
 
Is it really like a lump or more like a cord?
In any case I'd give it more rest time and, if desired for faster healing, treat it with cold. Irritations like these are always treated that way best, as every medical doctor will tell you (doesn't matter in this respect if they have PE knowledge or not)
 
From what you wrote it seems like your biggest issue is extra skin and preventing this from becoming worse in addition to shrinkage due to various factors. It appears that you have looked through many articles on the forums and have gotten yourself a little bit confused. I suggest that you start at the beginning again with the basics. The Newbie Routine is the best place to start or restart, being sure you are doing the exercises correctly. In your case, with the extra skin, I suggest all stretching is done with a hand anchored at the base of the penis to prevent skin stretch while exerting as much intensity as you can to the upper hand in the stretch. Anchoring the hand at the base will prevent skin stretch and deliver most of the stretch to the shaft of the penis. I would also suggest that you do SlowSquashJelqs instead of the traditional jelq to prevent any more skin stretch. Jelqing can cause further skin stretch through the sliding motion of its function while SSJ pretty much exclusively expand internal penis with little skin stretch. So simply replace jelqing with SSJ's.

As far as shrinkage goes using the ACE Bandage as much as possible will start to train the penis to remain elongated. The penis has a tendency to shrink after any training so keeping it elongated will be best. Having too much fat at the base of your penis will also cause inversion of the penis and when cold weather kicks in the scrotum will shrink making this situation worse. The only thing that will help this and add quite a bit of size to your visual penis will be losing the extra weight. This is done through diet and exercise. Don't feel too badly about this as many of us go through this, myself included. It takes effort and consistency but in the end you will be much happier with yourself.

Keeping things simple will be best and avoiding too much measuring will be best. I can suggest a routine to you here that is very basic, easy to do and will bring gains if you are consistent with it. It is based off the Newbie Routine but I will take into consideration the extra skin.

Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
be sure to anchor one hand at the base to avoid any skin stretch
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

After length work strap on your Ace Bandage for 30 minutes at a time throughout the entire day to train the penis to remain elongated.

SlowSquashJelqing
For the first two weeks go for 15 minute sessions
Each SSJ should last anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes depending on hand strength

After the first 2 weeks start going for 30 minute sessions
Each SSJ should last anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes depending on hand strength

PC Muscle Fitness

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

Two additional exercises that will help with base exposure should be done for 5 minutes each day

1.) Expressive Stretching: Grip your penis at the extreme base and stretch internal penis outward.

2.) Erect Stretching: While 100% erect grip the penis just below the head and stretch with as much intensity as possible.


This routine can be done in two sessions a day keeping girth and length separate, this will give your penis 2 opportunities to expand and elongate helping with flaccid size.

Regarding the lump i have sent you reply in other post.
Jelqs-i will replace replace jelqing with SSJ's.. Anyways I always anchor a hand at the base and jelq with the other. I am uncircumcised but during a jelq i completely pull all the skin back looking circumcised and then jelq.....if that is correct? regarding slow squash jelqs i feel that when i tie a shoelace around lightly at base i am able to keep more blood in penis and when i squeeze i can feel all veins pop out but without shoelace no matter how hard i squeeze at base i cant get enough blood in or dont feel the kind of pressure or expansion i do in shoelace. what should i do?

Traction wrapping- I have been traction wrapping for a month for the whole day and i do it right after in do penis exercises but not at night, but still i turtle alot. I guess as you say in SRT i should do a light wrap at night also.

Bend- i have an indent to the left and a bulge is coming out from the right side where the indent is u can see in pic set 1 and 2. its a ridge like grown from the bend

regarding fat in body. I am not fat and i would rather say healthy. My scrotum hang completely normal in warm temperature but vanishes in slight cold also. i tie a hair band to train it to stay that way in cold temperature also. is that fine?

Looking at your pictures I can se the areas of concern but all and all it is not that bad. The lump appears to be a over inflated vein more than anything else, most likely getting more blood flow than the other veins. I don't see any real problems with it now but keep an eye on it and be sure it does not harden. Your scrotum is reacting as most men, the shrinkage could be due to cold or stress among other reasons, I suggest you do the DLD Testicle Health Massage and Stretch found in the Newbie Routine. This will definitely elongate the scrotum and allow you to hang longer and lower. As far as basic jelqing goes, it is not suggested to keep a hand at the base as you lose too much blood if strokes are not done with both hands, I suggest using the SlowSquashJelq which allows for a hand at the base and it is a much more powerful girth exercise. Your bend is not too bad but I would start working on it now, best way to correct is erect jelqing against the curve. well i have 4 doubts

1. skin- can i bring back my skin near base to its normal position as shown in bend and skin section?
Also can the foreskin be kept right behind the glans in correct manner as shown in the pic in foreskin section?

3.wrapping-i wanted to be clear regarding how much traction to use when wrapping. Supposing i want a 5 inch flaccid penis which is desired length . now after penis exercises my extended flaccid size gets to 6 inch and i wrap it. But if i want a 5 inch flaccid penis should i wrap completely extended (6") or desired length(5") only ? As this also effects extra skin growth if i extend more than desired length

4. what can i do about the white spots right infront of the extra skin. These are hair roots follicle or roots as there is hair growth from them but i dont want the white spots to be visible if possible

5. Also which silione sleeve is best .......i am 3 inches in grith. All i want one is that does the job of wrapping when moving outdoor. Extra sleeve in length stays like a cock ring at base, and should be flexible so i can wear it at night. I would prefer a ready made one though. I read about flaccid jackkit, autoxsleeve, AB silionce etc. But after reading many reviews nothing is clear about them as every sleeve has their own flaws and what works for some doesnt work for others........Kindly tell me one that matches my girth. I can also wait as i had read about MoS lightning member about to sell sleeves soon.

Well i tried hanging for a month and i did feel gains from it. I wrapped my penis with Ace bandage only right behind the glans and i tie a thread and a 1 kg lock to it. But i also feel pain right behind the glans......but i prefer intense stretching instead of that. Or maybe my way of hanging was incorrect. Although i will try getting back to it if it works out for me.
Can you tell me a simpler way to hang or correct the above method so i dont feel pain behind glans?
 
Sounds like you have issues with focusing on ONE method. Pick one method and run with it for at least 6-9 months. THEN, re-evaluate your results and decide if you should keep doing things the way you have been, or if you need to try something else. If you feel something is working, why stop?

Regarding hanging. I'm not going to impede on DLD's commercial interests here and tell you to buy whichever hanger. If you dig around enough online you can discover that on your own. Google "Progressive Hanging". That's a good start.

Also GermanStallion said i need to get surgery done for this as foreskin is growing again which i wont get done at all. I think its not growing but has grown from incorrect grip during stretching by pulling back all my foreskin all the way back till base .But i feel if i keep it in right place behind glans during wrapping it stays there but gets messed up again when i cover my glans again.

3. Lump- I had taken a week off from PE last month so the lump would go away and it did. But first day of PE it returned. Now last week also i took a break so it went but today was my first day of PE and it has returned. I feel no pain and it goes away the next day when i dont PE. but as i start exercises it returns. My main concern for now is whether i should continue with rest or still do PE with it? If i should not do PE then what should i continue doing in place of them so there is some kind of workout going on.

Rest Zambrodom3 has solved all nearly and has helped me ALOT, also about this but wanted to clear this from you too.

I personaly have be using a combo for about a month, but I have gained 1 inch using the Quick Extender Pro for length and the bathmate herc for girth. I started out at just shy of 5 inches EL and 4.5 inches girth. I am now at just over 6 inches EL and 5 inches girth. My EQ is off the charts and I can last longer having sex. It sounds to me like you may want to try the extender in place of traction wrap. I started out jelqing for about 2-3 weeks. I decided to go to the extender because of time restaints. I do believe in jelqing it works over time, but everybody's body reacts diffierent to different methods. For me the extender works well. Just try changing things up.

Well then, I put forth the hanger as a suggestion worth consideration. Yes, it's my product, but I challenge anyone to find a better value with the recently redesigned model. It seemed that even though my ex GF was sexy as hell, I had a problem staying hard or just not getting that full 110% erection. I would go down to 50% while still in her.
