DLD, you rock!

Your post made me think of combining bundled stretches and "behind the balls" stretches to warm up the internal penis.

This is crazy. Tension is stronger and it opens door to really hard erections, as I found that working the internal penis made my EQ go over the top.

Just read this for the 3rd time, this is such a great post. Great knowledge being passed down for years of P.E.'ers to come.
 
1. DLD i would really appreciate it if the name of the exercise could be a hyperlink...leading to the exact page of the exercise so everyone can seee how its done...
2. u forgot bends/curves.....lol but i guess thats not really as imp as gaining size

Maybe because this kind of stuff is reserved to paid members? As I told before, I encourage people to register. Videos are great and even is some update would be welcome, it is a useful ressource. And a good way to grant DLD for helping guys to increase their size.
 
I will revise the links and include this in SRT also. Just have not had the time, trying to get through 4 pages of posts. Maybe tomorrow.
 
just got around to reading this. Well done DLD. I never thought to start out with a period of tunica blasting before a normal stretch routine, makes absolutely perfect sense and i feel braindead for not using logic to figure that one out on my own.

It's been doing amazing things for my routine too.

the past week that i have incorporated the bundle tunica destruction before basic stretching i have been getting fatigue from manual work which i have never had before. After, i use the bathmate for a few sets and if my penis could speak he would probably tell me to go F myself after that workout.

Agreed. I've been doing the bundled SG stretches for a half hour in both directions before going into a regular stretching session, and I feel an internal and external soreness that I haven't felt in ages.

I think we'll all conclude that bundled stretches are, for those who had not used them before, something new for the penis structure.
I also felt something different than before : more soreness, more tension at the base (both of the shaft or the internal penis, depending on exercise)
Using them with ADS leads to more ideas, routines and gains.
Using them before length/girth work is also logical and brilliant.

DLD compares penis and balloon. He couldn't be more right: when you blow up a balloon, you start by stretching the plastic a little bit to fill it faster and make it longer.
So stretching the dick in several directions (and not only in one direction like with manual stretch) is logical.

I now incorporate bundled stretches almost every time in my routine (well, I had to pause for a week due to mycosis but i'll restart soon).
I bundle any time during the day, on the whole length (my bundles covering from far between the legs to just below the glans).

As I explained in my posts dealing with hidden/internal shaft, I even bundle there and go as far as my skin can bear that (being careful with internal tissues of course... any signal like "uuh, I feel some kind of blood/semen cord does not agree" would mean an immediate stop). I even "sit" for more tension (like BTC exercices)

It's cool to see I can work & grip on much more matter than before.
I did not take BPFL measures but I think it improved slightly. Everything hangs a bit more lol.

I have to utilize rest days for once, almost 2 in between sessions from soreness. The way i gauge if i am ready to another round of intensity is if i have wood all night while sleeping and in the morning. If i do then im recovered enough and my body is telling me to get to work. If no wood, it be a rest day.

I gauge by the same, I also will go light if I have deep penile soreness. In the case where I have poor erection quality I take advantage of this time and really get in some good stretching. Remember, fatigue = big opportunity for length.
