Can anybody explain to me how Bathmate (or any pump for that matter) actually works? I mean, I know that it creates a vacuum that causes pressure, but that's about as far as any thing tells me. How does this make the penis bigger or breakdown tissue? Does it suck the blood into the penis or something? I'm one of those that likes to be able to visualise what is actually happening beneath the surface.

I will go 15 minutes Bathmate followed by 5 minutes Bathmate and variations of the same. For me the expansion is incredible. Just like many guys I am new to the Bathmate and more work will be needed to see permanence of gains but so far so good. It is a blast to use.

Well I would assume anyone selling knock-offs will tell you they are the genuine thing. I bought mine through the affiliate here. I think it's worth paying the extra money to be guaranteed you get the real thing. If the one you bought isn't and it last a few months then breaks, you'll be out of any recourse for a refund and you'll have wasted any money you spent. Also, lets assume it does work - what if it doesn't work as well as the genuine item? How will you know? Just my two cents.
I agree with the sentiments of others, you would be far more wise to buy one through the MoS affiliate. There are some guys on this forum that have (I can't find the link) said they used a cheaper version that looked reali.e, bought on ebay, but inevitably was crap. It's only about $15 extra and if you can afford to shed out $100 then you can afford $115 to be sure. good luck.

Apologies for a lazy question, since I don't really have the time to go through all 17 pages at the moment. I was wondering if the Bathmate can accommodate a penis that is 5" in EL and about 3" in FL.
From what I've been reading on the thread, this looks like the real deal. A great addition to manual Penis Enlargement, ADS, and clamping. Can't wait to get mine but need to read up a little more.

First some background, Ive been a lurker for years. I was a MOS paid member when it first came out as well. I owe all my size to dld and anyone who is new should buy his program. Its worth it. I can only imagine how good it is now. When I bought it was a lifetime membership but quite frankly I cant remember my username or password. I started all this stuff back in 2001 and did manual exercises hard for 3 years and then did bib hanger for some time but just couldn't keep committed and results stopped. I went from 7.25 BPenis EnlargementL to 8 BPenis EnlargementL and girth from 5.75 to 6. I kept every bit of the length and girth. Interesting somehow after that little gain girls now comment how huge my dick is(never before this gain) even though it really isn't that much bigger. One girl I hadn't seen in years commented on how she couldnt remember how big i was. Back to the topic, I wanted to get back into Penis Enlargement because i want 9x7 I dont know why but I do just greedy I guess. I started hanging again (kept that bib around thank god) and just purchased the Bathmate.
This is my first post ever and only because I want to tell you guys to get it. I've been using a short period and I cant report any gains yet but I know what I feel which is the best pull and girth enlarging experience I've had, ever. In the standard model I think Ill be maxed girth wise at when I'm 6.25 and length wise 9 inches. If I ever get there( maybe I 'm just too hopeful).
Summary: Bathmate best new product out there, get the standard model if girth is under 6 and/or length less than 9, if above in either get the X-40. I hope to be getting the X-40 soon.
