I'm wearing my Bib as we speak. It just came back from the shop after being fixed. I'm trying it without padding. So far, so good.
 
Well, I decided to purchase a Max-Vac...I have been wearing it for about two weeks (three with one off waiting on replacement parts). I will give it some more time before letting you all know what I think.

This summer has been super busy, but I have managed to hang just about every day for the past month (missed only 3 or 4 days) and I have recently been hanging 15 pounds from my penis for nearly an hour straight using the Max-Vac. Yesterday I tried turning a bit to the side to go half-SO/half-side stretch and it feels like it's hitting the tunica inside my body. Good stuff. I hope to make some gains this summer.
 
15lbs is an ill amount of weight to hold. I did that also for some time, moved comfortably to 20lbs, and then for a month tried 25-30lbs which was a bit. If I were ever to hang BTC's again, I would def. feel comfty hanging 15lbs, some think that's alot but it is really not. Anyway, how have your gains been coming since you last pics??

I have made very small gains in length and girth since my last pics in april...maybe 1/8" in both. Right now, I am trying for head girth mostly, so that my glans will hug the cylinder of the max-vac better, without having to resort to 14inHg of pressure!

My head girth routine has been clamping. I have been doing the following exercises:
-kegel with towel rested on clamped erect penis
-JelqDevice/PowerJelq on clamped penis
-Extreme Uli's
-Erect bends (length)
-TOW stretches, partially erect at end of workout (length)

Wish me luck on a mushroom head!:D

You said in an earlier post you were up to 20# and even 30# and that was probably with a Bib hanger. How goes it with weight with the Max Vac?

My Max Vac is on the way, should get it this week. Anxious to try it. I was up to 15# with little trouble but could not do more than three 20 minute sets.

My girth is good, but I sure want to push the length. Hope this Max Vac will help me get some more length. GS

It must have been someone else...the most I have even used with a Bib Hanger is 14 pounds, painfully. Within a couple weeks, I could easily hang 17.5 from the max vac, which isn't much, but in 90 minute sets, it felt great. I am not hanging at this point in time. Once I get that mushroom head, I should be able to hang without needing high pressure. You will get used to the vacuum pressure in a couple weeks, so slowly work those sets up to 30 minutes, 40 minutes, hour, hour+...
 
Sorry Gold..I misread some of the above replies. I have used the tube in the past and have a large glans so hopefully I can handle the pressure of the MaxVac. Sure hope it works for me. GS

I ended up getting a blister three weeks ago from using 14inHg. Try to use as little pressure as you can while still getting a nice seal.

My advice is start with two sheaths. One will get you nowhere, and two is enough to get started. You will quickly get the hang of three. Remove the sheaths after every session...don't leave them on or they'll get stretched out and lose their sealing ability.

Pump to about 4inHg with your flaccid penis completely in the tube. Wait about 3 minutes so your head swells a bit, then pull lightly (but progessively stronger) on the tube for about 3 more minutes before attaching the weight. The pressure will rise when you pull on the tube. This will assure that your glans expands enough to hug the cylinder. Otherwise your pull will be on the skin instead of the internal structures. The max-vac does a very good job of pulling internal structures because it grips the glans very tight, yet comfortably.

This should be enough to get you started. You may also want to throw a cotton ball in the cylinder before putting your dick in it so that your pee hole doesn't get irritated by rubbing the end of the cylinder when pumping it.
 
So this was my routine today...

1.)Got to 100% erect then clamped at the base.
2.)Put my ThermoFlex heating pad over my cock and held 5-second kegels, 10 reps
3.)Did 30-second bend to the right, then 30-second bend to the right
4.)repeated steps (2) and (3) 11 more times.
5.) Last ten minutes, I crossed my legs and made sure the clamp moved up a bit. This really jacked up the pressure.

Total time : 60 minutes

Great workout today. I alternate this routine (or variations thereof) with the following routine, which I will do tomorrow:

1.) Got to 100% erect then clamped at the base.
2.) Put my ThermoFlex heating pad on top of my cock and did 6 sets of 50 1-second kegels.
3.) Did 20 minutes of PowerJelqs/ JelqDevice jelqs while in the clamp.
4.) Cross legs and move clamp up shaft to increase pressure.

Total Time: 60 minutes

Again, this workout is also intense.

i've been doing the uli routine with great results on head girth.
i should restart doing the head girth exercise using the bib... its the most extreme head girth exercise i've ever felt.

hopefully youre nowhere near the bloodshed in lebanon....but good news from you. I have my eye on that Uli routine. I stopped doing the Bib glans exercise. I don't know if there is something I'm missing, but it doesn't feel as intense as other glans exercises I'm doing.

it gets a while to get used to specially since there should be little or no blood in the shaft. you have to wrap TIGHT while flacid and only leave the glans and one inch under the glans (at most one inch, you can wrap right until the glans).. then you lubricate the glans and you stimulate yourself with adult entertainment or thoughts to get an errection. if you've wrapped properly you wont get an errection no matter how hard you try. your glans will start engorging however, and while the shaft is still flacid the glans will be hard.

thenput the bib on. and tighten it a bit. start stimulating yourself by rubbing the head and underside of the head with your fingers and keep kegeling more blood in. when you have maximum expansion start to tighten the bib.

even as it is you will start to fidgit with 'pain' of internal pressure. but after tighening 2 or three turns, wait, and let your penis get used to the accumulated pressure. once the teeth grinding pressure subsides a bit start tightening again. do this 3-4 times or howeverlong it takes to reach the tightest setting you use for hanging or slightly less. point is the hanger should grip the sides quite strongly. making sure the glans is 100% engorged, attatch a 2-3 lbs weight, and SLOWLY let it go easing out the amount of pressure the weight causes. hang there for 1-2 mins if you can and build up to 5-10 mins.



on wednesday I decided to clamp, and i did the whole cross legged thing i read somewhere on the forums (i forget who recomended it) and it was soooo intense i still cant Penis Enlargement. =(>:( <:( >:( <:(
