FIRST TWO MONTHS:
I began with the Andropenis device (traction device) along with a pretty weak manual routine given at www.penis-healthlite.com about 4 days per week. I also was taking Pro-Solution Pills. Two months of this regimine afforded me an extra 0.25" in length, and about 0.125" in girth.

From there I purchased the Jelq Device from jelqdevice.com, and tried it out for a few workouts, but didn't like the feel of it and switched back to manual jelqs. I also purchased the Thermoflex (warming pad--highly recommend) and the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words].

MONTH THREE:
I began the Phase 1 routine and my gains took off. I gained an extra 0.375" in the first month. An extra 1/16" in girth too. At this point, I was extremely motivated and was continuing to wear my Andropenis device. The pills ran out after the third month, and I haven't taken any since. I also did PC Muscle Fitness and Testicle Health Massage during this month.

MONTH FOUR:
I expanded on Phase 1 by increasing the stretches to a full minute, and increased the jelqs to 600. I was sure I would continue making gains at this rapid pace. Well, I had an extra 1/16" in length and girth, so I was still happy. Again, the PC Muscle Fitness and DLD THydromax were done also.

MONTH FIVE:
I incorporated the Jelq Device back into my program for the whole month this time after I became accustomed to the feel. My first thoughts were right though, because I gained no girth. I dropped the Jelq Device from my routine after one month, and wish I had taken advantage of the guarantee. I maxed out my gains on Phase 1 after the fifth month by increasing the amount of rotary stretches and really cranking out the stretches. I put another 1/16" in length, but as I said before, no girth. I added ball jelqs to my testicle health routine, along with cold-water dunks. Continued the PC Muscle Fitness as well.

MONTH SIX:
I switched to Phase 2 at this point after ordering the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Titan[/words] Pills from [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words]. The DLD Blasters took some getting used to, but eventually I got a hang of them. The girth routine is awesome on Phase 2, I could really feel an increase in intensity. It turns out I made no length gains, and maybe 1/16" in girth. Same THydromax w/ ball jelqs and PCMF.

MONTH SEVEN:
I stuck with Phase 2, although increasing how long I held the blasters. I thought for sure it would give me some length. I continued the girth routine as it was before. I gained no length, to my dismay, and I confirmed the 1/16" in girth...probably partially from month 6 and partially from month 7 (remember, it wasn't clear after month 6 whether I gained the 1/16" or not). Same THydromax w/ ball jelqs and PCMF. I managed to finally squeeze off an ejaculation--it was amazing!!!

MONTH EIGHT (NOW):
Now I split length into a morning session consisting of a 10-minute hot wrap, followed by 25 minutes of Aided Inverted V-Stretches, finished with a 10-minute hot wrap. I think I might have maxed out my lig gains, and now am focusing on the tunica.
My girth session comes in the evening, which consists of a 10-minute hot wrap, followed by 20 minutes of 90% erect jelqs (w/bends) and Isolated Compression Squeezes thrown in every few minutes. I also do some Mini Supra Slammers during this 20-minute stage. I then do five minutes of Isolated Compression Squeezes with Sadsak's Head Exercise Modification thrown in after every 30-seconds of ICS's. I finish up with a 10 minute hot wrap, then do my PC muscle fitness and DLD Testicle Health Massage followed by 5 minutes of ball jelqing. In all, the morning session takes me about 45 minutes to complete, and the evening session takes me about an hour. I hope to see some gains this month!

I'm beginning to notice new stretch mark around mid-shaft from the inverted-v stretches..this is a good thing. They feel quite intense--let's hope they're triggering new growth. Also, due to two ingrown hairs on my shaft, I have omitted the girth portion (for about one week or so) and put in a second length session of inverted v's in the evening. I wear my AutoADS for about 4 hours after each stretching session.
 
I will put up a thread in the 'Products' forum which illustrates my use of the AutoADS. I needed to take a week off from girth exercises, while doubling up on length routine until my ingrown hair healed.
 
Goldmember, have you thought about hanging? The length gains you have made so far are a long way from maxing out your ligs. I am amazed at the benefits of hanging. It really begins to transform your penis into a bigger monster. Longer and thicker. It has been the key for me, as I have noticed more length gain, and positive change in appearance and feel in the last month of serious hanging versus the four months of manual stretching before. I still do manual stretching and jelqs, but more as a add on to the hanging sessions. I also feels great, and every day you feel like you are making progress.

I have. I just bought everything I need for the Captains' Wench. I plan on starting when I get some time to devote to it to get adjusted to the learninng curve. This would be during my Thanksgiving holiday...I'm actually quite excited for it! I have figured out how to devote 45 hours a week to hang (30 actual hanging hours) so I'm pumped! I have also considered clamping, but not until I give hanging a shot. Thanks Oz, you've motivated me even more!

MHS, you make me feel more confident about this whole Penis Enlargement process. I want it now, now, NOW! But seeing it from your perspective, it makes me realize how gradual it can be for some people, and I wouldn't mind being a foot long even if it takes me 17 years. Thanks for the inspiration!
 
I just began experimenting with TOW stretches and bundled stretches tonight because the steel pipe is beginning to hurt a nerve, it feels like. I figure I'll do the inverted V's once per day maybe, or back off until the dull ache goes away (it's only present at 100% stretch on the pipe) and focus a bit on the bundled stretches. I really like the bundled stretches, and I am already working on a new bundled stretch...maybe I can even give it a name...I can see it now: "Goldmember Smelts"

Maybe. I will let you know more when I see results. Also, I finally got to do a girth workout tonight (after a week layoff because of an ingrown hair). Feels good to get in some jelqs, horses, sadsak's head exercises, and compression squeezes again.
 
Goldie, glad I could help. I have the bib starter, as I see most serious hangers have, and am very happy with it. The learning curve is not that long (a few days) and can be expedited by looking at the wrap demonstrations.
Think seriously about this. I am amazed at how fast it is working. I was really getting frustrated before hanging as I was busting my ass with the stretches and various other ideas, with very little result or change. If you have as much time as you claim you will have much more than you need to get the results you are after. Find your LOT and work strategically at the best positions related to your LOT. Start light to get the feel, and settings, and then let feel determine how fast you can go up in weight. I am hanging 20lbs right now as I am typing this. However I feel it is a bit more than weight that is the key. Getting to know and feel your ligs, and being sharply aware of the positions and weight required to affect them will move your progress. I am close to 1.5 gain in erect length, and by feel and look while I am stretching I can feel, almost see and believe another two inches are possible. This is exciting, and motivated me daily to get your hanging work done. I also attach my set up to a door handle and use my body weight for some very intense stretching which I think are contributing to the rapid gains. Good luck, and if the captains wench does not do it for you, don't stop, give the BIB starter a try.

I'm still not sure whether I buy the LOT theory yet. The way I figure, train the lower angles for the first two months to see if there are any gains. If not, then work mostly the upper angles. Let me know what you think.

On a side note, I tried clamping today (because that damn ingrown came back...fuckin' shaving...and it felt pretty good. Nothing intense, just 35 minutes of standard constriction with a couple edging sets thrown in for good measure. I might want to begin doing Dashdeming's Mad Rap Exercise along with the clamp, as long as I keep getting these ingrowns.
 
After a week's layoff, I have received my BIB starter and have started wearing it as of yesterday, which was the moment it came to my door and I took it out of the box.

I began hanging with 2.5 pounds, BTC, for 1.5 hours (1 hr under suspension). I will do this for about one week and then try to increase weight by a pound or two.

My plan is to increase by a half hour each week, hang every day until I reach my maximum amount of privacy time (I can multitask :D)

Once I can hang for this amount of time, I will increase the weight by a pound every 3-4 days.
THIS IS THE START OF SOMETHING BIG!!!
 
You know, I was able to handle an increase to 5 pounds as of my third set yesterday. Today, I hung BTC for four 20-minute sets at 5 pounds. I'm begining to feel a really good stretch, but not the 'fatigue' yet. I am keeping close tabs as to exactly what I do every day in my hanging journal. Maybe one day if I make huge gains like BIB, RED, or DLD, I can share this journal with newbies as a real inspiration to hang. Plus, I have 'before' pictures to add credibility to my (future) gains. I can see what I wish to achieve, and it is only a matter of time before I make what are now visualizations into what will someday be real physical matter. :)
 
If anyone reads this, sorry I haven't posted on this thread in a while. I am currently hanging 4 hours most days with ten pounds. The soreness in my suspensory lig is just like how it felt when I began PHASE 1...that is a GREAT sign! I will post my gains whenever I measure them!

I'm curious, goldmember-- you wear the autoADS for 4 hours after each session, right? What kind of weight do you use?

I am also wondering if you take a day off to allow the ligs to add cells, rather than scar tissue?

One of my concerns about this stuff is that as soon as someone notices a gain they redouble their effort, and then you notice their gains dropping alomost to nothing, for months and years.

It's my theory that maybe they are working against themselves. Instead of going screaming banshee as soon as you have confirmed 1/8", maybe instead you should expect it, rather than be dazzled by it.

But let me know what you actually think--or, thinking back on, what you might have done differently. (Iron sharpeneth iron...)

Right now I'm low-angle hanging. I only take days off if my schedule doesn't allow me to hang. I mean, who says the ligs need more than 24 hours to "add cells"? It could be a year for all we know, so arbitrarily saying 48 hours might be slowing down or even halting your gains. I will have to let the tape measure decide.
 
I gained nothing from the three months of low-angle hanging, except hanging knwledge :)

I should have listened to the LOT theory when I first began.
Now I am hanging according to my LOT. For the last month I have been hanging SO with my new pulley setup. I have been trying to get about 150 minutes daily on average with a max weight of 10 pounds, dropping down to five for my final couple sets. After measuring recently, I see I have gained 0.25" in both flaccid stretch (bone-pressed) and erect. Awesome! Goodbye plateau! Those last 6 months were pretty discouraging :(

Note: I think bone-pressed measures are a better measure than non-bone-pressed for long-term Penis Enlargement because of the fat pad. I mean, don't you want to know that your dick got bigger from what you are doing to it rather than losing weight? I mean, my fat pad is 1". If I dieted like mad and worked out with more cardio I'm sure I could cut it in half. Does that mean my penis gained 0.5"? Well, in all reality, YES but not because of my Penis Enlargement efforts. I like to know how much my Penis Enlargement efforts are contributing to my gains.
