This is fairly easy to setup, and I think it took me about 20 minutes to setup and maybe $10 in materials. I bought everything from Home Depot. I understand that by having the string, it removes tension from the cable and thus my dick, but it still feels better than the peg method I followed before. Again, hanging SO has given me 0.25" in the last month, even after a good 6 month plateau.
- screw in the middle of my desk,
- strong string to tie to it,
- carbeener clip to attach to the string,
- pulley that attaches to the clip,
- cable that is nearly frictionless with the pulley,
- s-hook to attach the cable and the weights,
- hook/clamp combo to convert the end of the cable into hooks.
