Thanks Prince Albert. But I'd imagine that being a veteran, your plateaus are more discouraging than a newbie like me. I got my motivation after hearing about your gains with bundled hanging, after a long plateau.
 
OK so here is my current SO setup. Previously, I used a lead pipe across my lap as my peg, and a cable as the...cable. But this is more comfortable, allows more freedom of movement, and feels like there is a little less friction to reduce the tension. For this setup I need
  • screw in the middle of my desk,
  • strong string to tie to it,
  • carbeener clip to attach to the string,
  • pulley that attaches to the clip,
  • cable that is nearly frictionless with the pulley,
  • s-hook to attach the cable and the weights,
  • hook/clamp combo to convert the end of the cable into hooks.
This is fairly easy to setup, and I think it took me about 20 minutes to setup and maybe $10 in materials. I bought everything from Home Depot. I understand that by having the string, it removes tension from the cable and thus my dick, but it still feels better than the peg method I followed before. Again, hanging SO has given me 0.25" in the last month, even after a good 6 month plateau.

That was a great read Goldmember. I love your SO setup. Soon I will have to make myself something like that.

It seems like you hang for a lot of time on average. I'm doing about 90 mins average per day but with less weight. I'm gradually building up to more time and more weight.

I'll follow this thread closely. :)
 
Awesome, Tom, you're on the right track. According to Bib and SWM, you are hanging for enough time to see gains. Progress slowly, and hang according to LOT. Those are my only suggestions.

I will post randomly and whenever I see gains or encouraging signs.
 
Guys, I'm gaining like a newbie again! I have been trying Dash's Hardcore Hanging the last week and it already looks like I put another 1/16" on the ol' f*ck stick :D
 
That's great news. Congratulations mate, you deserve it.

In a way I'd prefer to get a 9" dick through Penis Enlargement than being born with it because this way you really appreciate it. I'm pretty damn sure I'm gaining too.

To elaborate more, this Hardcore Hanging business is sahweeet! Literally, after each set my nbpel measure increases little by little. I try to get one set in every twelve hours, and do one really intense set of edging after each 20 minute set. I think that by getting a 100%+ erection, it helps to make that little extra length gained more permanent. That's my theory at least, and so far each set has given me an extra bit of length every time. My first set about one week ago, I used 10.5 lbs for 20 minutes and my nbpel was around 6 & 9/16". Today, my post workout nbpel was a legit 6 & 3/4" after a 11.5 lb set. That is a 3/16" gain in (post-workout nbpel) only one week! I hope I keep gaining like this, it's very motivating. Also, my bpfsl has gone up another 0.25", so it's 8.25" 12 hours after my last Hardcore Hanging set.

Penis herbs have played their role in my gains as well (healing in extended state / preventing retraction of gains) and so has my girlfriend :D

Glad to see that people are following my logue! I have worn the AutoADS after my morning hanging set for the past three days, and when I take it off (about 4 hours later usually) it feels like I did a whole nutha 12.5 pound set. The only problem is it makes the final set of the day pretty tough to endure. I will continue wearing the AutoADS as a post-set stretch tool, and evaluate whether I think the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] helps the gains or hinders them. Yeah interesting log. Good to hear you finally made gains again! Will follow this closely, especially the SO hanging/tunica thing as my lot seems to be low also.
 
So my Bib Starter is "in the shop" for now, and I have decided to focus on girth for the time being. Clamping and some jelqing for now, I will let you know if I add any pumping.
