hey im new here. the tips you posted in the pictures is that for lengh gain? even tho im starting out what would you recommend a time to be on each exerices. just like regular exerices i try to overdo myself every time..

I agree, if you look into static-progressive stretch splinting, you'll see it's recommended to do just that. But they say the optimal is 3 times daily at 30 minutes each - spread out, of course. This was for the purpose of lengthening connective tissues.

I remember someone discussing this when talking about hanging.

I might consider adding a third routine midday, making all three routines shortened to about thirty minutes.
 
So the last month I have been following a steady routine. There was a time between early August and early September where I was experimenting with 3-4 hour marathon workouts, but I have found that it simply takes too much concentration to stay focused for that long. If you aren't focused, you can't have a good girth workout.

I have been using the double-split method, doing one routine immediately upon rising. The second routine I do approximately 12 hours later. If at all possible I try to get a short session in midday or even 10 minutes of wet jelqing, but I don't always have the time availability or desire. It is said that you can only focus your efforts on one thing at a time, and if you switch modes while in the middle of something, you lose your momentum. This is why I find the midday routine difficult to squeeze in most of the time.

So the morning and evening sessions are identical in blueprint. Here has been the routine I have been following twice daily for the past month:

*3 reps of the dash rap, about ten minutes each rep. One clamp for the first set, and if needed, I add a second clamp for intensity on the second and/or third sets.
*3 reps of the clamped wall-compressions, 30-60 seconds each rep. Basically the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] with a clamp (or two) on, using the wall behind your hand to provide more pressure.
*100 wet jelqs, slow and hard, with 100% focus on directing the creative visualization of a larger penis into each rep.


So the above routine is done twice daily. Usually, it takes between 45-60 minutes each time. If time permits, I will do 3 reps of the dash rap clamped midday, or ten minutes of wet jelqing, but most of the time this doesn't happen.

Another thing I have thrown in the last couple weeks is ANC. Putting on a cock cushion right before sleep, and leaving it on all night. Makes the morning session very productive.

I notice that my best fatigue sets in during the morning session after having sex the night before. The fatigue is also amplified if I masturbate before putting the cock cushion on at night.

Its funny you mention the Stallion Cushions, I JUST bought the whole set this week. I'm scared to put it on at night though... I tried putting it on after a couple of hundred jelqs, and i could feel my dick goig numb. So i went to the washroom and sure enough my dick was cold and a lil dark... meaning it wasnt getting enough blood.. and that was with the E model, the least constriction. Did you get like this at all?

The E model is what I wear. If you get too constricted, you will wake up with pain...believe me you can't sleep through that. Simply remove it when you wake up if it hurts too much.

E model is good, but I cant say i'm 'semi-errect' in it. im kinda just very hung flacid. not much blood in there, but it definately prevents it from retracting. Question is, how can that help gains?
 
I personally don't think it can. To me, unless the blood is actually being forced into the cells and surrounding tissues, thats the only way gains will come, once that peak is gone, the pressure is off, and the benefits from the workout are over....

well, if you wear it overnight, you will get erections that are very rigid. I don't wear mine during the day.
 
I tried wearing the A model yesterday but was only able to go one hour. The E model really didn't do anything for me - I was able to wear it eight hours straight and only remembered I had it on when I had to piss. Not a bad thing, but it also didn't seem like it was doing anything.

One thing I've noticed with the E-model is that, if I manage to get a hard on, and keep it for a while, that my dick gets a huge expansion. Uniform expansion that is quite obvious is from fluid build up. But nevertheless much more than when I do hardcore clamping. My flacid gets to 6.5", which impresses quite a large number of people that seem to randomly stare at other people's crotches.


I remember reading a post by someone over at thunder's, recommending clamping without actually tightenning the clamp too much. He recommended just having it on for a couple of notches and that in that way he got alot of expansion. I can't understand why or how this works, but it does. Try it and let me know what you get. Remember, wear it on a day that your somewhere semi-private with your girl, so that you get semi aroused but dont do anything other than light stroking. Point is to have your gold... member... engorged (not to the max) for an hour or more. Whats good is you dont have to consistently maintain the engorgement. Now go try it and report back >:( !
 
Sure will. I am wearing the B model right now at it's been on for several hours without any discomfort. Better expansion than the E model.

As far as ligth clamping, I would guess that it closes the veins, but not the arteries.
 
The B model works great for ADC, and the E model works great for ANC...for me at least. I am deconditioning right now, and it is a great time for it because I am overtrained and need to make more time for toher things in my life right now. Hopefully I will pick back up in a couple months and see some gains.

I.... think we started or I heard you start about it, or whatever. I have been doing it for about 3months, some nights after strenous days , I don't get the evening one in, but for the most part I do. I measured like a week or two ago and didn't see any gains. I am gonna measure after my 6months/ at the end of january. any thoughts, encouraging words?
You were adressing someone like a month ago, they were saying they wanted to put on 1/2" girth, u said expect a min. of 6 months to year.
With our practice am/pm, u think that one might not put that on? Is it possible 1/2" in a year just isn't for some people. My girth always varied 1/4" so untill I gain more than that, I really won't know if it is gonna work. When I do see that gain, hopefully at 6month mark I'll know I can get to my goal!
 
Currently, my girth is about 5.875". I grew about 0.25" since starting my girth routine in July, but only since September have I been doing the AM/PM split (two months). I gained about 1/8" from once per day, and 1/8" from the last two months of twice per day. I think the decon break came at a great time, because I had already put several months into my routine, so the gains are likely semi-permanent already.

As far as how fast you can gain, everyone is different. Even the fastest gainers claim only 0.75" in six months, and that is VERY fast. Realistically I think you would have to put in two years (some of which is decon) to gain an inch in girth, but again, everyone is different.

As far as encouragement, I would say keep working at it until you have put at least three months into it. At that time, if you haven't seen much gains in a while, take a decon break. I noticed a 1/16" gain in the last two weeks of NO Penis Enlargement.

It's funny how similar our Penis Enlargement careers are even without us directly communicating what we're planning on doing. I'm in my third week of the 'P phase of the IPR' as in I'm wearing the E model all day. This came at a GREAT time because I have midterms and projects comming out of my ass and I find it so refreshing to be mentally free of Penis Enlargement.

Prior to this break, I was mentally addicted to Penis Enlargement and felt as if any break was time wasted in the journey to a bigger dick. I am now free of that and I don't feel the need to Penis Enlargement at the moment as I know the break is a part of my Penis Enlargement career and that around january 17th, I will be starting my routine again.


I havent measure to see if I've gained anything thus far in my break, but what's for certain is that I haven't lost anything either. My dick seems MUCH leaner and much more vascular than before, which is a bonus.

I'll try the B model for the day.

I also wrap with a strip of paper towel as I find it irritate my skin (even if i put water based lube on). Do you wrap?
