Me personally, having been around marketing for a long while and knowing the game, need something a little more substantial these days then the promise of something in theory.

DLD says that someone had gained an inch in that time on this routine. You're right, it may not gain me a mm in size, as everyone grows different, but as for validation of my own views that the all day, intense way is a viable route, it helps a lot knowing real results that back up the title have been forthcoming.
 
Listen, too many guys make an inch sound so unattainable and this is just not the case. I think most men will gain a quick inch in the first 12 weeks if they really stay focused and believe that the gain will happen. So many guys have done this already, there is no reason to create a mental block on something that is really easily attainable, especially with how advanced Penis Enlargement is right now.

Sage advice. I expect to have reached the one inch point within 3 months. That is according to the goal I have set. I fully expect that as I do recognize the mental aspect and a positive expectancy are vital.

I love the idea of putting forth a base belief that gaining an inch in 3 months in the norm! I think that the biggest block from that first inch is the limits we put forth. When men see this thread, they see the potential to make this a reality. I see members like Medicating, that have used this thread as the backbone of their routine, it makes me proud. Will everyone gain an inch in 12 weeks? Anyone that believes and uses the methods contained in this thread will make that gain. I care a great deal for you guys and I know that if you can believe in these things, the way I do, the gains would just happen.
 
I'm just curious. How in the hell does someone find the time to strap this device on throughout the entire day and walk around or carry this thing around in their pants with them.
Don't you guys work or go out in public? How am I to use this product for 1.5 hours at work :-/ Wouldn't that make gains near impossible due to consistency?

Once you learn how to use it, it becomes second nature. Wearing it throughout the day is not an issue once it is mastered. Of course with breaks every hour.
 
Question for the beggining where yu say do 3 sets finish all the stretching once then do it again or do 90 seconds each stretch all at once ?

If you want to gain girth you will need to do a girth exercise or pump. I suggest keeping it simple and throw in a 15-30 minute set of jelqing. The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] will bring you the length.
 
Hey DLD, thanks so much for your reply.

One more question, which PC exercises from your program should I start with to focus on erection quality and shooting distance :P. I am able to get an erection with adult entertainment and such but being able to maintain it without adult entertainment is more of a task. I would like to reach that stage and am wondering which exercises would help with that.

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

It is very easy. Stand up, pull your flaccid penis out straight in front of you, now crank it as if you are stirring a pot of soup. Use big and small rotations to cover a broad area.

It is an amazing workout and I do not think the gains are restricted to newbies, the best advice I can give is to try it and see what happens. My question is that when I do the A-Stretch , should I be focusing on trying to find the angle of stretch that gives the greatest tug back? Does this give the greatest possible results?

I try to get all angles covered but when there is a lot of play at a certain angle I will definitely push a bit more. The best results happen when all angles are included, one is never sure where a gain will come from so it is easier to just be thorough and include angular variance.
 
first of all i would like to say im very happy with my gains so far and im only half way thought DLDS 12 week awsome workout how ever just one thing im not sure about i keep on reading that i should be going for as much pull as i can but not feel any pain how ever im pulling pretty good at the min but i can pull way more as i never seem to feel any pain in the shaft i guess im lucky like that how ever when i pull way more than i should be pulling i get cold head very fast any clues as i think i can gain much quicker many thanks peter
