I took saturday off, but returned back to the routine today, sunday. I like doing my Penis Enlargement routine like this, 6 or more days in a row and one day off. I need some real intensity to gain on girth and I think my routine setup is doing just that. I say it's an hour of jelqs, b/c that's the main exercise, but I throw in a few other exercises. Every now and then I'll edge, do a horse 440 and lots of regular uli's. This keep plenty of fluid in my dick which i use to expand my dick in the jelq motion. I'm pretty sure I'm up to 5 1/2" midshaft, but we'll find out in a week when I measure formally.

My orgams are as intense as they've ever been in my life now. I have to sorta block my load when I bust, b/c otherwise it'll fly 3+ feet somewhere and cause a mess. I just need to find an appropriate cum dumpster for it. That bisexual girl never got back to me, and instead her away message is about having a threesome with two other girls, haha. Well, we're already two and a half months into the new year. What have I accomplished in that time? About a 1/4" of girth. I topped out at 8 1/4" BPenis EnlargementL right around new years and have maintained that since. I really want to hit 9" BPenis EnlargementL and 6 inches girth by next new years.

I'm gonna set a more short term goal now to better plan this year out. As long as I'm maintainig my length with my current routine, I'm gonna keep going on just girth til I hit 5 3/4". I'm at 5 1/2" right now, or maybe just short. I'd like to hit 5 3/4" by July '06, three and a half months from now. When I make it there, I'll restart the hanging in the hopes of boosting that to my final goal of 9" bpel.

I did my girth work for about an hour and a quarter today, to make up for a less than stellar 40 minute workout the day before. My dick was really sore a few hours after that workout, and I think I really stressed the bitch. I'm not fucking around with the intensity anymore. I'm here to make my dick grow, not give it a massage! Once I get to 5 3/4" I'll really know I've made progress and will feel better about restarting the length work again.
 
From this girth work, I feel my width is increasing. I never measured it, so I found out today it's 1 7/8" midshaft. This is harder to measure than length or girth b/c you gotta eyeball it. I'm also getting very close to 5 1/2" midshaft... rofl
 
Tomorrow's my day off and the official "measuring day". i'm afraid I might not have made progress since my last measurement 2 weeks ago, but we'll see. Thursday's Penis Enlargement session kinda sucked, I only managed 40 min. of girth work before giving up. My expansion sucked and wasn't very sore after. Today was much better. I got in the full hour and really felt the session.

Because I find Penis Enlargement so boring to actually do, I always put on a movie to watch during the session. Today it was March of the Penguins, which is probably the least sexy movie in the world, so I found myself referring back to my computer screen of adult entertainment frequently.:P The movie's great, though, if you haven't seen it. Just measured and I'm still at 5 3/8" midshaft. Fuck! I need to work harder I guess. My length is just past 8 1/4", so that's doin fine. I'm gonna stick with my current routine, but just try to make it more intense. I'd rather not start with more extreme exercises b/c I'm sure they'll discolor my dick.

And being the consistently stupid guy I am, I had sex with that same ex from Florida last night. And like usual we had the talk the next morning about "where does this leave us?" Ugh, I'm a retard. The sex was nice, though, she felt a little tighter, so I think even the slight girth increase is making a difference. I'm gonna try to keep my dick out of her vagina tonight. Wish me luck.

I'm sorta frustrated from not gaining anything girth lately, so I'm looking to other means. Earlier I'd tried the powerjelq but found it very difficult to use and not much more effective than a regular jelq. I've also had increasing pain in my right wrist, the same pain I got from doing manual stretches, so I've decided to try clamping. Many people swear by this exercise as giving them massive girth gains.

I just ordered some cable clamps online and we'll see if they bump up my girth. I'm very concerned about discoloration from this exercise and I'll continue with the hydroquinone and light jelqs to combat this problem. I also wonder if my length will suffer from stopping the hour of jelqs. I'm not sure if the jelqs have kept all my length or if that's just a cemented gain. If I do lose a bit of length I won't be too sad. If I fall below 8" bpel, I might worry though. I can't fall back into the 7's! Anyway, I've had a nice length for a while, and I'm praying this new girth routine is what I need for substantial girth gains.
 
Today I tried my first session of clamping. My cable clamps haven't arrived yet, so I rigged up a ghettofab version with just a shoelace. Really anything that wraps around the dick and can cutoff the right amount of blood is okay for clamping. I got the idea from Redzulu, who used this method first.

Anyway, my dick really ballooned up from it. I did 2 10 minute sessions, doing some horse 440s as the exercise in the clamp. My usual midshaft girth of 5 3/8" became 5 5/8", and my head went from 4 1/2" to 5 1/8". My dick didn't seem to dark during the session, my only worry about clamping. I don't feel terribly sore, but I'd rather be cautious on this extreme exercise. I'd rather not go too intense until i get the cable clamps too. When I get them I think I'll take some pics. My dick looks so girthy under the clamp! I'm gonna try doing this 4 or 5 days a week, seeing how my penis reacts.
 
I've switched over to using a few hairbands as my clamp. These are too thin and don't provide enough pressure, but I'm making due. I'm trying to get the most expansion possible during the session. I'm aiming to get my clamped Uli up to 5 3/4" during the session, but I'm a little short. When I get my cable clamp I'm going to try some girth sessions with a little viagra to see how the pump is. I have a feeling it'll feel amazing!
 
The routine continues unabated. I only take a day off if it's necessary for time constraints or excessive soreness/pain. I haven't had either lately, so it's been everyday on. I added another set for now 3 x 10 min. of clamping. In the clamp I mostly do edging and then horse 440's. This puts an insane amount of internal pressure throughout the penis especially down by the clamp. I got my midshaft up to 5 3/4" (new high) under a full, kegelled, clamped horse 440. This is now my goal during the set, to steadily increase my max engorgement. As long as I can move that number up, I figure the permanent increases will follow behind.

The hairbands weren't providing enough pressure, so I switched it up to a dress sock wrap and a shoelace tied around. This was very comfortable and let me clamp as tight as I needed. Hopefully I'll have my cable clamps soon, so I can clamp more safely.

Like when I started hanging and felt a brand new intensity, I feel the clamping intensity is something entirely new to me. I just have to gain from this. I hope to be to a solid 5 1/2" soon. I just realized I haven't measured in almost 2 weeks, so I'm due for that. I think tomorrow I'll measure before my routine, later in the day so it'll be less likely I have swelling. I know it's better to wait a full day or two after a routine to measure, but I just don't want to take a day off!

I mentioned a couple girls off myspace I was trying getting with and nothing's panned out. They were futil ventures anyway. That model's made a resolution of not having any sex (what's up with this, anyway?), so I never had the hopes. As for that girl that just wanted sex, I was kinda getting weirded out by the situation and she's been kinda tough to get much out of, so I let it fizzle out. I'm gonna focus my attentions on the DC area, where I'll be in a month or so.
 
I'm slowly winning this battle against the ruler and the tape measure. I'm just barely grazing the 5 1/2" mark midshaft. It's odd because my dick really doesn't feel any thicker to me than when I was 5", but the tape doesn't lie. I suppose the 1/2" increase over a year and a half was so slow it's tough to detect. As for length, I am inexplicably gaining in that department as well. I'm very near 8 3/8". This blows my mind, since my routine is only clamping exercises, which hardly stress the penis longitudinally. I was very worried of losing length during the time when I'm not doing any hanging or even jelqs. So again, I'm longer and thicker and couldn't be more pleased with my progress.

I plan to do a routine of 4x10min. of clamping today, and continue that as my new bencHydromaxark. My dick has taken the clamping stress with ease lately, and it's ready for more. I worry about injury, though, as these exercises are some of the more extreme ones out there. No problems so far.
 
Too funny... I was in the middle of my routine when the buzzer for the front door rang. I'm clamped and watching some party hardcore (good stuff), so I think 'fuck if I'm gettin the door'. Well the person at the door was pretty persistant, so I unclamp, throw a shirt and some jeans on and check who it is from the balcony. Sure enough, it's the FedEx man with a package for me. So with my half-mast boner, I sprint past my landlord and downstairs to sign the package. Then I realize it's my cable-clamps. Yes!

So I finished up the last two sets of my 4x10 clamping routine with the clamps and they work great! I used a dress sock as wrap and clamped down to the second to last notch. I get great engorgement like before, but this is so easy on/off and can be released quickly if necessary. I got my engorgement up past 5 3/4" today, so I'm already making progress.rofl

Had a shitty workout today. Got a little carried away edging during my 3rd set and blew my load. It's all good, not every workout is gonna be amazing.
 
Came back today with my best clamping workout ever. :) I did 5 sets of 10 min., blowing up my max midshaft size just under 6". I measure my girth frequently throughout the sets to see if I'm expanding properly. I got my head size up to 5 1/2", too. I attached a couple pics I took during the set so you guys can see how engorged clamping gets you (apologies for the out-of-focus glans shot):
 
It's been well over a week since I've had a rest day, so tomorrow will be a day off for me. I think I'll measure too for the hell of it, but I'll just be happy to confirm my 5 1/2" measurement. I seriously doubt I'll pass that at all.

My routine was another great one today: 5x10min. of clamping. I'm trying to get a lot of horse 440's in while clamping. In the first set my fully engorged size is 5 5/8" midshaft, but by the fifth set I'm 6". This is a marked improvement over only a few days ago when I could only get it to 5 3/4". Always pushing...

Clamps are really productive aren't they? Just be careful if you go over 10 minutes. I did 15 and paid for it. Lost erections for two or three days. Really scary.
 
Haha, yeah clamping seems to be kick-starting my girth progress again. Length definitely came easier than this, but as long as I'm making some gains I'm happy. I took the day off today and did a measurement. Like I'd hoped, I'm still 5 1/2" midshaft. I wasn't sure if my last measurement was legit or not. (I always worry about my measurements being accurate.) Length is just past 8 1/4" BPenis EnlargementL still. I love keeping this length while finally boosting my girth to some respectable numbers.
 
I've measured my girth a few more times lately, and I keep getting 5.5", so I'm very happy that's a real gain and not some fluid buildup. This new clamping routine is what gets the credit. I've only been doing it 2 weeks and have already seen real results. I'm excited to think what gains are possible. If I can get to 6", great. If not, I'll try something new, though I don't know what's more intense than this routine.

What's better is the discoloration is under control. I've been consisently using the Hydroquinone and my dick hasn't taken on that blackish color I used to get with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s. I never go more than 10 min. in the clamp before releasing and letting the blood circulate. My dick is a darker color as I mentioned, but it fades in the days off and I have a feeling it'll completely return to normal when I stop clamping.

Last night I restarted my routine with 4x10min. of clamping. I got my max engorgement to just over 6", so again, I'm making progress. The limiting factor is my pain threshold, where my dick just feels like it's going to burst from all the internal pressure. I'm just riding that fine line between good gains and injury and hoping for the best. So far, so good. Erection strength is still strong and no other problems to report.
 
Did a 6x10min. clamping session today, adding a set to my previous 5x10. I didn't get my engorgement up any higher than 6", but I remind myself patience is a virtue. I'm just trying to push the slightest bit harder each session, and I know the gains will come. No injuries or problems yet, though I'm concerned I might. Clamping is so frigging intense!

In gash-news, I plan on meeting up with three girls I found on myspace when I get back to DC in May. Two I actually know from way back in junior high but the other's random. One is my first crush ever, going back to 4th grade, haha. If it's possible to be in love in elementary school, I definitely was. It's been 10 years since I saw her last, so getting drinks with her is gonna be an odd experience to say the least. She looks great too; the time has done her well. The other was a girl I liked back in 8th grade, too, but I think she might've gained some weight since then. It's a shame; she had a really tight but shapely body back then.
