Thanks for reading my log. To answer your questions, I only do the newbie manual stretching. I don't use any devices, as I don't have the privacy to own one of those things without having to explain it to my roomates.... not ready to do that just yet, haha. I'm pretty surprised to have gotten the length gains I have from that simple exercise. Like I mentioned in my log, I just do 30 min. of manual stretching in all direction. I don't count out 30 sec. in each diretion like DLD suggests, b/c it's just too tedious to me. I'll continue this method until my gains stop.

For my goals, I'm looking for 8.5 BPenis EnlargementL x 6 eg. I was lookin at a paper towel tube the other day and thought it's 'girth' looked pretty much optimal for a penis. I measured it, and it's only 5.5"! So, I might be satisfied with 5.5", but I'll worry about that when I get there. I'd like to be a bit longer too, and I'm pretty sure 8.5" of bpel will make me happy. I might go for an even 9 for bragging rights, but anything in the 8's is something to be proud of. I'd like to acheive these long term goals sometime during 2005. The additional inch or so I need in both measurements is a realistic one-year goal. If the past 6 weeks are any indication, I gain length easily but have a hard time with girth. So my main short-term goal is getting to 5.5" girth.

Thanks for the tip on Supra Slammers. I just tried them, and they're fucking intense! Unfortunately, I did my usual Penis Enlargement routine already, so when I tried these exercises, my penis was just too sore to do them. I'll try them tomorrow to give them a proper trial, but I'm pretty sure I'll include them in my girth routine from now on. So many people endorse them in that thread you linked.

I'll be watching your progress, too.

Ahhhhhh I love Penis Enlargement! I just measured my bone-pressed flaccid stretch, and it's way up again: 8 1/16"!!! That's up 3/16" from only a week and a half ago, and it's my first measurement past the 8" mark! Next to pass that is going to be BPenis EnlargementL and then finally, NBPenis EnlargementL. Can't wait to get there...

After measuring, I did the usual half hour of manual stretching, followed by a slightly modified girth routine. I used Supra's model and did his Supra Slammer exercise. First I did 10 min. of regular wet jelqs, and then went into the edging, uli, jelq, squeeze progression that makes up the slammer. This exercise is intense! I could only do 7 repetitions before I started getting some sharp pains at the squeeze point for the uli. I'm not disappointed as it was still a good girth workout and I know my penis will adjust quickly to the new, more intense exercise. I'm trying to ease myself into this advanced routine, because I've only been Penis Enlargementing for 6 weeks now. So far, so good!

Yeah. The slammers are intense. Next time you do it, take a quick Erect Midshaft measurement after you do them and see how big you are. It's amazing.
 
Haven't been able to Penis Enlargement much at all the past week due to a roomate suddenly being unemployed and NEVER leaving the apartment. ugh! The most I've been able to do is very brief manual stretching sessions in the shower, and no girth work. I measured though, and haven't lost anything... but it's just frustrating. I'll be back onto the routine as soon as he gets a job.
 
Still haven't been able to do any real Penis Enlargement sessions lately, just 5 min. of manual stretching in the bathroom or shower when I get a chance. BPFSL is up 1/8" to 8 3/16" though, so apparently I'm still gaining even with the greatly reduced Penis Enlargement time. Newbie gains are the shit! Can't wait to get back to my routine...
 
Sure wish I could get some newbie gains in length. It's tough for me for some reason. My BPFSL isn't jumping up as fast as yours. <:( But it's still nice that you're gaining. Maybe I need to TASR gun my dick. rofl
 
haha, well I'm gettin nowhere on girth... so we've each got our struggles. Good news is today I got in my first real Penis Enlargement session in over a week. Roomate finally decided to get off the couch and go on job interviews. Praise to the Penis Enlargement gods! Before my session, I did a quick measurement and like usual, my BPenis EnlargementL is up and girth is the same. BPenis EnlargementL is at 7 5/8", girth at 5 1/8". I really don't understand how my length is increasing at this rate, I'm just blessed in that department or something. At this rate I could add a full inch to my BPenis EnlargementL and BPFSL in 2-3 months! I have no negative side effects from this lengthening too. No stretch marks,discolorations, or fluid build up. I'll post another pic when I hit 7.75" BPenis EnlargementL.
 
Tell me this bigsack. I won't be measure myself erect wise until the 26th. I do however measure my BPFSL lenght after my stretching some times. I'm up to 7 5/8" BPFSL now. What was your BPFLS measurement when you achieved 7.5" BPenis EnlargementL length? Was it 8" or 8 1/16"? Trying to gauge my progress as I want to achieve 7.5" by January 26th. Started doing a few DLD Blasters and that seemed to add another 1/8" to it. Thanks.
 
For me BPFSL has always been about 1/2" longer than BPenis EnlargementL. I started at BPenis EnlargementL of 7 and BPFSL of 7.5. I'm now at 7 5/8 and 8 3/16". Pretty much 1/2" on both times. However, this difference can vary GREATLY between people. I've read of people having a longer BPenis EnlargementL than BPFSL and also people having an inch or more longer BPFSL. It really depends on the individual. I believe I'm typical though, in that BPenis EnlargementL is about 1/2" longer than BPFSL, so you can try that as a rule of thumb.
 
Yeah mine was .25" difference between the two when I started. Who know's now. If it's the same I should be close to 7.5" BPenis EnlargementL. I hope so. hehe
 
Just got back from a trip where I visited an ex of mine, and got to give my new, bigger dick the first test drive since starting this Penis Enlargement adventure. ok, roomate has now finally found fulltime employment, so I'll be able to get back into my routine. It's been like 3 weeks! ugh... I was starting to get really irritated. So anyway, I should have some new gains to post in the coming weeks. In this tim eoff from Penis Enlargement, my BPFSL has fallen from 8 3/16" to 8". Not very happy about that, but it's inspiration to get back into the game even harder than before.
 
Had a couple good Penis Enlargement sessions the past two days. It feels good to be back in the routine. Hope to post some fresh gains in the coming weeks. :)
 
Great Penis Enlargement session today. Tried manual stretching first, but couldn't stay flaccid, so I switched to girth work. 10 min. jelq, followed by 30 min. of supra slammers. Blew my load at the end to kill my erection. Cleaned up the lube and did 45 min. of manual stretching. Fellow [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] members have said my erections during manual stretching will subside with experience, but I've found no relief other than orgasming. I'd say it's a good curse to have, honestly. I've had great gains even with orgasming after every Penis Enlargement session.

My BPFSL is still at 8".... hope to get back to where I was soon.
 
Great girth workout today. I approach them in a sexual state of mind, like DLD and others have suggested, because it helps keep me hard and as a result I get better expansion. I was really rockhard during the supra slammers today; almost too hard I think. For some of the uli's, I wasn't getting the really intense look into my penis that I'm used to. Possibly, a 97% erection is better than a 99% erection for a good uli? I felt like my dick was so hard I couldn't properly clamp down on the base. Ah well. It was a fun, intense workout anyway. I'm tryin to do some manual stretching now, but the head's pretty sore from the slammers. This week should be good for 5 solid Penis Enlargement sessions.

I can't workout on the weekend due to no privacy, but I'll be in a different living arrangement in a few months. In the meantime I can usually get 4 or 5 workouts per week, which has been sufficient for a noob such as myself. In 3 months when I move, I might go up to 5-6 workouts per week. I'll be more experienced at that point, though, and ready for the increased intensity. In a way, it's good that I don't have the privacy to do more than 4-5 workouts a week, because if I did, I would likely do Penis Enlargement all the time and injure myself. So far, I haven't had any injuries or negative side effects from Penis Enlargement.

Just keep your consistency up, you are building a very good habit and it is paying off. When you get your new crib you will be ready for the new schedule.
 
Thanks for the encouragement, DLD. I think I might be getting some new girth gains; when I woke up today, my morning wood felt really thick. I'm really hoping these Supra Slammers bump up my girth some, because my length has been steadily increasing this whole time. I don't want to end up with a 9 x 5 incher lol. I've hit the girth and length routine 4 days straight this week, today being the 5th. My dick was really sore yesterday from the previous 3 sessions and I had to cut the girth routine short to only 20 min. I'd rather go hard in my routine and have to cut back than to go too easy and wonder if I'm missing out on some results.
