Here's my first log entry for my Penis Enlargement routine. I'm doing this mostly for myself to monitor progress and see what works in the coming months. Feel free to add your comments and suggestions, though. I did a Penis Enlargement routine a couple years back involving just jelqs and kegels which gave me a 3/8" gain in girth. I gave up on it though, as the girl(s) I was with kept telling me how "big" I was. I'm really just a bit above average in length and dead on average girth, and I'd like to be well past it.

Currently, I'm 7 x 5. (BPenis EnlargementL x midshaft EG) My end goals for the moment are to be 8 x 6. I think that measurement is ideal, but I'll likely modify those numbers as I get into this venture. Realistically, I'm thinking it will take me about a year of dedicated Penis Enlargement to acheive this goal, though I'll work hard to do it in a shorter amount of time.

Alright, it's only been a couple days since I started this thread but I thought it needed an update. I just took measurements and they actually read 7 1/8" x 5 1/4". I said I was 7 x 5, b/c that's what I've measured every time before this, and assumed it would be the same. Possibly the DLD routine is already working for me? I know I've never been over 7 inches in BPenis EnlargementL, not even when I was doing a jelq routine a couple years back.

Anyway, I just had to add this since I'm super stoked with this new info and can't really tell anyone about it cept you guys, haha.
 
I've been goin everyday on, no off days since I started. I think I'll keep doing that until I get too sore to work or it's a day I can't find the privacy or time I need. I worked 14 hours on Saturday and still managed to do get in a great Penis Enlargement session afterward, so I'm pretty sure I can keep this up. :D

I'm now doin 20-30 minutes of manual stretching, followed by 10 min. of jelqing with about 80-90% erection, and end with about 7 - 10 min. of various kegel exercises. Besides the gain I already noted, I've immediatly noticed some major changes in my penis. Before I started Penis Enlargement, my erection quality was just terrible. My sex drive in general had declined so badly in the past month, I thought I might be depressed or have something seriously wrong. I'm 23 and am used to always wanting sex. The previous 4 weeks I didn't even feel like jacking off before bed sometimes. I attribute this to the new job I started and the stress it's put on me. So anyway, since starting this Penis Enlargement, I've noticed a complete 180:

My sex drive is through the roof, and I'm randomly getting hard on the subway or at work. My erection quality is as good as it's ever been, too. Today, I was doing my manual stretches and could stop myself from getting completely hard. I had to jack off and then get back to it. I'm ignoring that no jacking off around Penis Enlargement time rule, b/c otherwise I won't be able to get anything done! :D Even after I jacked off, I started getting hardons, 20 min. into the manual stretching. My refractory period is completely reset again, I love it! I haven't seen an increse in ejaculation distance like I found the first time I dabbled in Penis Enlargement, but it's only been a week back into it.

I took my bone pressed, flacid stretch measurement for the first time today, and it's 7.5". I think this is a pretty pointless measurement, but it's good to know.

bigsack, Your attitude is great and of course I love your routine choice:) Forget the ruler for now as getting caught up in obsessive measuring does more harm than good and can lead to insecurity complexes. Try this, find an object that is the size you want to be, it could be anything, but be sure it is your goal size. Make visual comparisons to this object once a week, when you are there you will see it and the measure pressure is off you. Good luck and keep us on top of your progress.

That's actually how I measure, I have a book that is 8.5" long. I see where I am along that, and then compare with my measuring tape. I use the book, b/c I can't do a bone-pressed measurement with a measuring tape. This book is also the perfect size for my comparisons, since it's exactly my goal length.
 
Have upped manual stretching to 30 min. now, and 15 - 20 of jelq. New bone-pressed, erect-length of 7 1/4" after the workout. :)
 
I took off the weekend from Penis Enlargement due to having some poorer quality erections and not having the same privacy I get during the week. I had Penis Enlargement'ed the previous 7 or so days straight before it, and had noticed my erection level dipped toward the 6th and 7th days. Today, Monday, my erection strength is back on to full. I guess non-stop Penis Enlargement is too much for the ol' boy?

Because of this, I had the usual problem of getting hard during manual stretching, so I jelqed first. I did that for about 20-22 min. and finished up with jerking off, to get rid of my erection. I tried manual stretching after that, but my head couldn't handle the grip pressure after that workout. I'm not exactly sure how to deal with this, other than just stretching with a partial erection. I wonder if stretching with a 70 or even 90% erection is helpful at all. I'm mostly interested in girth gains, but I'd love to get some more length too.

Kegels continue at 10 min. of various patterns of exercise. I've found it's hard to stop doing the motion after the time's up, but it sorta feels good so who cares right? :D

Will measure again 12/23, one month after my first entry.

Work's been ridiculous lately, did a 15 hour day yesterday which leaves me with little energy for other things. The only thing that's stopped me from Penis Enlargement is privacy issues and the erection troubles I mentioned before. I've noticed after a long manual stretching session(20+ min. for a noob like me), I have more trouble getting a 100% erection. My erection quality a day later though is just great though, so I'm not worried. I think it's a sign that I really worked the thing out. :D

I'm trying to hold off measuring, but the temptation's too great, especially when I'm getting these rock hard erections. I didn't get to Penis Enlargement today due to privacy, so I took a "cold" measurement for the hell of it. It came in at a 1/16" past my previous BPenis EnlargementL, and the girth was at 5" along the circumcision scar. My previous measurements were after a Penis Enlargement session, so I think that may have boosted my numbers, especially girth. So, instead of 7 1/4", I'm 7 5/16" whatever that's worth, haha. I'm going to give more time to jelqing now, b/c the length is certainly increasing, but I'm not sure if the girth is keeping pace. Girth is more my concern, since I'm already ahead on length. I don't want to end up with an 8" x 5" penis. I think if I get to 7.5" BPenis EnlargementL w/o any girth gains, I'll switch to just doing girth exercises til I get to 5.5" along the circ. scar.

Tonight, I did some uli's for the first time. I just found out how to do these, and was surprised how intense they are, compared to jelqs. I did about five 30 sec. uli's, and felt like I got a really good girth workout from them. I noticed some small red spots just above where I was squeezing too, but no real pain. I did these mixed in with regular jelqs between uli's.

I think this exercise may lead to a baseball bat shaft though. After the uli, I notice the shaft is dark red from the blood at about 1/3 way up the shaft to the head. The bottom 1/3 is normal color, which makes me think it isn't receiving the same engorgement stress. I'm not too worried, as my base girth is somewhere around 5.5" and only 5" up at the head, so it wouldn't kill me to gain some girth only in the upper region.

I'll do an official measurement in a couple days, one month after starting. Things are aleady progressing nicely, though.
 
Keep up the great work! As DLD says, you have a great attitude and will go far. Be sure to get enough rest in the first month. Think of it as a time that you are acclimating your penis to exercise. Although gains are normal (newbie gains) during this time, you must remember to progress slowly and get adequate rest. As time passes and your penis is more conditioned, then would be the time to start increasing the intensity of your workouts. Intensity can be modified by applying more pressure/tension, adding more reps, adding more exercises and resting less. If you listen carefully to your body, you will know when the right time to rest is - and you SHOULD REST at that time. Going beyond that point can prevent gains, not guarantee them, and can definitely cause injuries.

Don't worry yourself with the "BASEBALL BAT EFFECT" now because things have a tendency to even out as your Penis Enlargement progresses. Girth exercise in general has a tendency to produce uneven results, especially at the base, but downward stretching more than makes up for this deficit.
 
Alright, I'm officially 1 month into this quest for a bigger shlong. I've gained 5/16" in BPenis EnlargementL, but nothing in erect girth. My bone-pressed, flaccid stretch is at an all-time high now of 7 7/8". The length gains are blowing me away, honestly. A few years back when I did a half assed Penis Enlargement routine, I only did jelqs and kegels, and only gained girth. My BPenis EnlargementL was, and remained, dead-on 7".

I really need to focus my efforts into GIRTH. My routine is to blame, though, and I am already changing things. I've been doing about 20-30 min. of manual stretching, and only 10-15 min. of girth work. I think I'll keep the manual stretching at the same amount of time, but increase girth work to 30 min. I've incorporated uli's into my girth work in the past 2 workouts, and really like how they feel. I plan on doing a combination of jelq's and uli's for 30 min. for my girth routine from now on. I may not be able to do this amount of girth work more than every other day, since it makes me pretty sore now, but I'll do it as often as I can handle it.

My PC muscle routine has been +/- 10 min. of various kegel exercises. When I started I could barely do 30 sec. of quick squeeze kegels w/o taking a break. I just did 10 min. straight of quick squeeze kegels without too much problem. I think I will start to do more hard squeeze exercises to bring my PC strength to a new level. With what I've done so far, however, I think my PC is in great shape. Instead of dribbling like before, my cum is now shooting. Also, more importantly, my erections are strong and solid. It's fun to hang a wet towel on it after a shower. :D
 
I had a great Penis Enlargement session last night. Did a half hour of manual stretching in all directions. I don't really make sure to do each direction 30 sec., I just approximate and make sure to get in 30 min. total. After that, I did a half hour of uli's and jelqs. Again, I didn't do a count of either, but rather worked toward a total time of 30 min. I did the girth work to some Kelly Madison adult entertainment (high quality slut :D)and was getting some really raging hard-ons. The Uli's on top of that had my penis in such an engorged state, I'm really sore today. Not an injury sore, but a good workout sore. I'm very happy with this new exercise. Hoping for some girth gains in the next month!
 
mmm k, I'm following the routine I listed in my last post. I've mostly been able to do this routine on consecutive days, though, I had to take a rest day after the first time I did this routine. The Uli's are more intense than regular jelqs, but my penis seems to be adjusting to the stress. That brings me to another topic. My erections don't seem to be hurt by my Penis Enlargement as much as they were before. As I noted earlier, I was having trouble getting fully erect after 6 days straight of Penis Enlargement. I took off a couple days, and everything returned to normal. Lately, though, I've been doing this more hardcore routine and still getting rockhard erections. Unfortunately, I haven't gotten laid in 4 fucking months, and haven't gotten to use out my new and improved toy on a girl. I'll be visiting a couple ex's in a few weeks though, which should result in a nice test-drive or two.

I've decided to measure once every 2 weeks, b/c I've started to get frustrated with the lack of girth gains. I just need to put that out of my mind and concentrate more on my routine. I know the gains will come.
 
Gained another 1/8" on BPenis EnlargementL, but holding steady on girth. Current stats are in sig. Haven't gotten any Penis Enlargement related injuries yet, knock on 'wood'.
 
I have to confess something. I'm addicted to Penis Enlargement. I went home for a couple days and couldn't get in any Penis Enlargement work, and felt like my penis was shrinking. I really crave that sore penis feeling I get after a good workout. Anyway, I'm not shrinking, in fact, I'm bigger than ever. :)

New BPenis EnlargementL measurement of 7.5"! That's a full 1/2" in about 5 weeks! Haven't measured girth lately, but I think it's maybe up an 1/8". I look thicker, so we'll see...
 
Finally some girth gains! 5 1/8" at the circumcision scar. I'm using this point for more consistency in measuring, though I'm bigger the farther back I go on the shaft.
 
I'd first like to say nice gains BigSack. We both started at similar sizes. You're ahead of me on length and I'm a little ahead of you on girth. I definitely need to increase my stretch time. I do 3 sets of them.


I haven't measure EG since I started but I know I've gain atleast .25" since starting in November. I won't measure until Jan. I can however tell you what will help your girth possibly. And that is Supra Slammers. You'll definitely love them. The link to the thread can be found here. Let me tell you, it's similar to the ULI's you do but there's extra twists included. After the work out, My girth get's extremely close to 6" midshaft. I, like most people I've seen, have big base girth and it descreases as you get towards the glans. So I wouldn't mind getting a base ball effect since my base girth is about 6". But you definitely might want to add that to your arsenal. I did 10 of them and I got swollen as if I had pumped. Hope this helps.

And also, what's your final goal and your first goal Penis Enlargement wise that you want to accomplish and the dates you want to accomplish it? That should help you gauge your progress some. I'll be keeping an eye on your thread since we started the same time and started out the same size. Maybe we can find some ideas that can help each other out.
