Ive know of Penis Enlargement for years but could never really do it with my living situation. Now I can start and there's no use wasting any time. I am logging my work outs and thoughts for several reasons. Mainly for myself to be able to look back and read how far Ive come and to keep me going daily. Also for others who may feel discouraged or in denial they can achieve success changing their body's in the way they desire I keep this journal for anyone that may one day come across my routine and see that It Is Possible.

Well that is my plan as of now

For the record I have seen a major difference in the last nine days of all manual exercise. These changes aren't amazing gains but a healthier fuller longer flaccid and harder erect penis. And only a mere 9 days into only manual work.

2nd Day Work Out and Then....

Today was my 2nd day of work out. I counted my Jelqing to 300 a lot easier this time. My questions still haven't been answered in the newbie forum but maybe Ill find them in the Pay-site once I sign up there. Before I do that I am going to buy the Water Base [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penis Pump[/words] that seems the most promising. Since this is my 1st blog I will probably cover more than my work-out but I am going to try and blog my exercises daily.

I have been searching the forum over for the thread about how to get rid of the bit of fat above my dick area. Ive got about 1.5" of fat there but I still haven't found it. The first time I measured in 2007 I was 5.5" length unknown girth between 4 - 4.5" (average). Right now I am at 6.25" length and still unknown girth something like 4.5 - 5". I did exercises back then for about 2 months but had practically zero privacy and had to stop. Since then Ive taken pills, creams, and lost 40lbs. I am still over weight but If I could loose 35 lbs I will be a nice shape.

ALL of the knowledge Ive gained since I started Penis Enlargement has shown me it is possible to feel happy with my own body. DLD has to be One of The Most Awesome greatest people I have ever seen period. Even though it is not the typical results to double in length I feel so grateful that he would put himself out there and share all of his techniques and hard work. Im sure he has changed countless lives and saved many men the grief and suffering the horrors of being condemned to an unsatisfactory penis.

My mother and father were divorced in 2006. My ma always would make fun of my fathers penis after they were divorced. She told me he couldn't get hard ever and that he was never good in bed. This did so much damage to my self-esteem. Luckily I found this out after I found out about Penis Enlargement but I still struggle with her grunts and long sighs or when she rolls her eyes at me like I am not enough of a man to do anything right. I wont go into details now of why we live together still but all I can say is right now I am stuck here for a while.

After that I do push-ups and sit-ups and jog/walk 1mile or sometimes 2miles. I haven't completed a testicle massage yet but I sure love the feeling bc I have a overly large scrotum and testis. I always felt it was backwards to have large balls and average penis but hey that's how I started in this life.

The last thing I wanted to mention in my 1st blog is that I am doing this for myself. I want my body to feel satisfactory to me and not anyone else. Not my mom, not my girlfriend, not society but I want to wake up and be superman in my life. Its hard to remember that sometimes when I feel like the last 25 years Ive been a chubby average guy. But I dont have to be. Thanks to the guys on this site I feel like I belong again. Like All the horrible things Ive been through in my life will someday be a blessing and Im not doomed to the depression of feeling like I will always be less. I just want to add that you CAN do it too. That there is a solution out there and you are not alone. Some people are narrow-minded and some people are fat-heads but anyone that wants to change can change and you or I do not have to accept where the rest of the world would place us. Because if we did we would be nowhere and we would be dead. But here we can have life.
 
3rd Day Workout

So I ordered the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] today. Idk why I started my work out feeling really discouraged today. But I did notice all day my flaccid length seemed longer and thicker. My erection hasn't changed in length but I do say that it felt fuller in girth. Its been only 3 days and i see progress already.

Im sure discouragement is natural. Right in the middle of Jelqing I felt like giving up and felt just stuck. So a combination of all of this stuff could be leaving me feeling hopeless and alone. I read today DLD said he could stretch all day. So I put a lot more time and effort into my stretch. When I got dont there was a little purple spot in my head but it doesn't bother me slightest. 4th Work Out ++ New Measurements

So Id be able to say I finished my 4th work out but my mom needS me to stop and help her before I could start the PC Fitness. Luckily I can do kegals right now as I write. Im so excited because I measured myself while doing Jelqs today and since I last measured my girth I gained a whole inch! I measured 4" in 2007 and today I was 5" at the base. Its not really attributed to exercises becauz I just started 4 days ago but was still 6.25" length which Ive known. I would say that edging, pills and weight loss have added to my length and some girth and most of my girth may have been from using cock rings the last three years!

To me this is a miracle. I do think the exercises may have given the extra cm to reach 5" circumference and I feel SO MUCH JOY right now. A complete opposite from yesterday. And only four days it is making me so optimistic about these workouts and the next months dont feel as hopeless as I felt.

Day 5 and 6

I didnt get time to blog yesterday. Buy I did the exercises and everything went fine and I was actually feeling good about everything. I didnt get to jog and that made me disappointed because I ate ice cream!! I did the exercises before work and was busy after that for the rest of the night.

Today I did my exercises and for some reason I just feel real discouraged again....

Idk if I am getting used to the way my penis looks or if I didnt get as erect but with my excitement from my new measurements the other day Today I felt so so average. I think a lot of it is psychological. And the fact that I AM just average...

I met a girl that I like and shes quite a bit older than me and I felt so confident talking with her. I got home and did my exercises and thought about her while I did them. Day 7 and 8 and Bangin

Ahhh so I have just finished my work out for the day. Yesterday was day 7 and I didnt get much of a workout but it still wasnt much of a rest day.

Day 8 and 9 Woot

So yesterday was day 8 and I was getting busy once again until the early morning so I couldnt blog. Not much to say about the sex since Im keepin this strictly about Penis Enlargement life. But ok a couple things. I was having a hard time maintaining an erection which Ive heard a few guys say but even with that I came a ton 2 different times and she said I was thick. 2 WEEKS!DAY 14: My Day is Incomplete With Out My wORK oUT

Ive been suffering from a really bad soar throat and I had to see a dr today its been hurting so bad and... I have strep throat.

I'd stop taking it personally. Most men have gained tremendously without the use of supplements. I do believe in the use of natural supplements, but when you start having chest pains and there was a study of six men with heart attacks who have died taking those supplements, that sort of raises a flag maybe y'know? Try Yohimbe, natural Viagra. I'm in the process of getting some myself. I hear it works wonders. But always be careful and take note of side effects and how you feel.
 
Sounds like acid reflux. Pick up some Prilosec, available at any drug store, take that for a couple days and the pain will be gone. They will cost you about $20 a month but they are worth it.

I wouldnt say Ive finished my workout for the day yet.

Day 31: Part 2

Holy shit what a Jelq session. I fucked that shit up. It took everything in me but I got 300 and like 30 min of edging.

I also did get a 1 hour walk which I finished in 45 min for the first time. I hardly took a break at all today and it still took 50 mins. But I stretched longer than 30 secs about half the stretches. After that 6 A-STRETCHES.
