Just thinking aloud. I'm preparing a bit for my next p-shot. With my first one I didn't have any discoloration or soreness afterwards. I was sort of expecting a healing response as with an injury. It felt fuller and stronger (not erection per se, just that I could work it harder).

* Stop all NSAIDs, fish oil for two weeks prior and at least a month after

If you have to take something for pain I believe acetaminophen is better after treatment.

I'm also wondering about "washout" and what type of post treatment is most effective. I have read that some recommend a week of limited erections, and some a week of pumping. Then again, I understand that some are only getting one or two "shots" whereas my treatment was five syringes.

Second Priapus shot treatment for me was today.

This time wasn't painful at all. Use lots of numbing cream.

Some of my plasma clotted very quickly (within 5 minutes, normally it takes 45 minutes or so but I have special plasma LOL) and so it was not viable for the penis procedure. We drew more blood and made some more

Wound up with a lot extra which would have been a shame to waste, so Dr offered scalp (hair growth hopefully) and facial rejuvenation treatment gratis. Will be interesting to see how the scalp injections turn out because I am bald.

My second Priapus shot treatment was at a discount to $1250.

Cool stuff.

One week update after my second p-shot.

Had some bruising Yay! Lasted about 5 days but now completely gone. It was around the area that we unfortunately had to stick a few times extra with a second batch of plasma.

Not really much change in the penis I can attribute to the second p-shot. I was hoping to have more of an immediate boost as I had with the first p-shot, but it is more subtle this time.

To recap, my first p-shot I give my "best money ever spent" award. The second p-shot (at 8 weeks) I give a score of "probably wasted money."

I'm working it pretty hard this week. Lots of girth work and all day stretch. Not a whole lot of pumping though (it's somewhat inconvenient at the moment), just 10 minutes.

No visible evidence of hair regrowth. That one was a longshot but at least it was a freebie.

Why dont the doctors give the shot while you are hooked up to an extender. Wouldnt this put the stuff where it really needs to be via stretched corpa. The science is almost there but they should draw way more blood (than 2 small vials) and insert the stuff when the penis is way more extended. Idk. If it helps to regrow the tissue; then it should be applied throught out stretched tissue.

I must say that a pump automatically will help you come out temporarily more Girthy. So i think they reccomend pumping after injection in order for people to think that the injection is working, When in actuality it just shows a better girth until the main ingredients fully exits the penis. Doctors are not dumb. And this is why they are not showing their patients real proof that their cells and tissues are actually multiplying and growing. If it was really true and perfected, then they would charge way more money. It seems like its just a temporary dilating effect that looks Okay when pumping for 2 weeks; But back to normal until your next $2000 shot. Doctors who give a discount are salesmen and know that they are selling witchcraft and false hopes. Now they know that there is no chance of product improval; Because if they thought that; then they would have waited to perfect the science and then charged 50k per surgical/injection

It is in fact a filler, but it is more tolerated than artificial fillers and it has the benefit of migrating growth factors and other healing responses to the area. What effect this has to an individual is up for grabs. It's been only positive for me, other than the one bruise which btw healed like super hero speed, crazy stuff.

For those with the means who want a little boost to your PE routine I say go for it. Just don't expect a miracle.

TouchMyJunk: Iam glad you tried it and posted reviews. But please ask your Doctor if the injection can be administered while wearing an Extender. If he says no, Then please tell us this reason for why not. Just curious. Thanks. Because if this is suppose to help us grow; then they should inject while the penis is elongated in order to help with the elongated tissue and cells that really need this extra conditioning. So please ask him and tell us his reply. Thanks for trying and if elongated injections is not possible; then your doctor really needs to come on this site and similar other sites to explain why not. But still thanks for your trying and input. Btw; This is no longer 1999 and the doctor should have made it his priority to keep all PE members (via this site or other similar sites) updated. He knows his marketing base; but never came truly foward. So tell him the brothers have alot of questions for him. Because we no longer believe the $1600 hype.

Ditto. Nothing major here. Beginning to feel disappointed. Still have several weeks before the 3 month mark, but I expected more gains than I have at this point. Clock is still ticking though.

Well, my 3 months are now up. My results were minimal at best. Slightly fuller when flaccid, but no difference when erect. Wife's O shot only had slightly better results, but even that's subjective. Final recommendation from me... save your money. Wish I had more positive news, but I feel it's $2,700 wasted. Best wishes and best of luck to all.

thanks for the update..if anything changes, which it doesn't sound too good for that, let us know. a dr. in colorado has stopped doing the P shot due lack of successes but continues to do the o shot, but mainly for female incontenience.

If this surgery was truly perfected; then the Doctors would have been on here advertising consistently. Close but no cigar. But the technology just needs advance stem cells injection or something similar. We are almost there. Hooray.

Cost aside, it's a pretty non-invasive procedure. Just a few pricks to your prick LOL. Not surgery.

I have mixed feelings regarding the "Priapus Shot" marketing. On the one hand without the marketing, this thread, and my awesome Doctor I would not have done my two procedures. Therefore the "Priapus Shot" marketing is a necessary tool to make procedures like this possible for those who really want it. Even though you should do your own research and IMO take the claims as YMMV.

To do the shot without a solid PE routine, my opinion based on those I've spoken with is that it won't change much. I just don't think that's the way it works. You need a plan to work the penis and take advantage of the increase in healing response.

Believe it or not I am going to do a third p-shot procedure in another couple of months. I expressed to my Doctor that my second p-shot didn't wow me like the first. He's giving me a complementary p-shot at the next appropriate interval. I'm going to see where I want to put it and what amounts.

As far as my penis. Honestly, it's going quite well! I have some sweet exercises I have been working on this month. Combined with the health supplement advice in this thread (coconut oil, l-citrulline, zma, extra sleep) I am getting some great EQ and quite horny LOL. I have another lab order for which in a few weeks I will get some bloodwork done again to see how my T levels improve.

Oh I almost forgot. My Doctor says that weight training for the legs is really good for boosting Testosterone levels.

Doctors are quacks for more than one reason. If doctors were honest they would recognize that what we do works and is valid but they lie and state that natural pe is a waste of time and damaging. Anything to keep the patient in the doctors office paying for his BathmateW.

And.. today was the day for my third Priapus shot. It was complementary because my second shot was kind of a dud.

This one felt close to the first procedure. The injection itself isn't horrible, but evidently on my left side I have some plaque and it takes a bit of effort even with a 30 needle. Most of the discomfort is pressure felt when pushing the PRP because it inflates the penis while flaccid, and that feels squirrely at random moments. I think it would really cut down on the discomfort if one were able to warm up first, but its in a doctor office and the junk is all numb and super flaccid. It's not unbearable by any means, just a few minutes of ouch.

The upside is that this time it turned out similar to the first. It feels really heavy and pumped. Kinda awesome.

I'm really going to capitalize on this one since it will likely be my last. My primary expansion tool will be air pump, used with lube and erect jelq. Exploiting the extra fluid and inflammation response.

As a side note, getting injections in your dick is self empowering. In this past year I've had a no-scalpel vasectomy and three Priapus shot procedures. That's like: 2+6+6+6=20 shots to the penis

ToucHydromaxyjunk: So after 3 sessions; how much did you gain.
In four months I'd say pretty close to 1/4" in length in that time. Dunno for sure, it's hard to get like for like measurement. Feels better though especially around the 2nd half.

Pics from 02-01 and 06-10 roughly the same orientation in an extender.

Also included a picture of a technique I am working on for internal expansion. It is a high flow cuffing using divo suits, flaccid jackets, and intermittent use of theraband LOL. I call it high flow because you can set up a balance of compression which is "just right" to avoid cutting off circulation. Ignoring the theraband coils.. 1" flaccid jacket sections are layered at the base until the appropriate constriction is achieved.

TouchMyJunk: Thank you for trying it out and giving it a honest review. But the next time that you speak to your doctor; Can you please ask him if the procedure can be done while wearing a extender? BTW: I like the pics. Thanks for keeping this thread real.

I never asked him about the extender because I don't know how I would back up my question. I don't believe it is the right way to do it. It would cover up the injection spots, and likely make it tougher to punch through the tunica and probably hurt like hell. I did ask about whether it would be better erect or flaccid and he insisted flaccid. I have mixed feelings about that but nevermind because there's no way I could get a hard on with that numbing cream.

My opinion is that there is plenty of time after the procedure to exploit the filler since it hangs around for several weeks. I just let him concentrate on avoiding veins and not poking the needle through to the other side.

When I've had it done it takes me at least two hours total. There's the blood draw, putting on a robe, application of numbing cream, 30-60 minutes waiting on the centrifuge and preparing the PRP, maybe another numbing cream because I asked LOL, Dr visit to do another 15-20 minutes of stabbing, then ice packs and putting clothes back on.
