It is not a bend, it is a roll, almost like a slinky. The penis should NEVER be bent in an erect state.
 
Over time, will this cause your penis to bend downward slightly?

Also, will this technique give you the best permanent girth gains?

I think they deal with very different gains in some ways. Oh, OK:) I suggest men do length before girth in most cases as the penis is more pliable in it's soft state. Doing girth first will make stretching that much harder but that is not a bad thing either. What I suggest is to do length pre-girth most of the time and once per week do girth before length to try to effect some of the erectile tissue.

I notice that the head of my penis is very sensitive to touch and it takes me like 5 minutes to get to erect size to start my workout(girth). Is this a sign of over training or this is normal, and my penis will adjust to the stress...and also because I am black, I can't see no red spots on my tool( so I don't know if I am over training)..Thanks in advance DLD
 
I do this exercise and its visually obvious it works...but im worried in the long run it will form my penis like a baseball bat?

This will not happen, I have done them for years an there is no evidence of baseball bat unevenness. Maybe some other experienced men can give their opinion.

I get myself fully erect. Once I have an optimum erection I will kegel as much blood into my penis as possible than with one hand (as shown) I clamp off at the base. I need some room to move the blood around so I will squeeze my glans releasing a small amount of blood than I clamp off again. The hand clamped off at the extreme base slowly and intensely jelq up maybe an inch. Once in this position I take the heal of the other hand and squash the blood from by head downward against the hand clamping. I am still applying upward pressure with the clamped hand as the heal of the upper hand continues to push the blood around

I thought that it wasn't recommended to jelq when fully erect? What do you mean by squeezing the glans?

When during the exercise do you bend the penis (as shown in picture) ? When semi-erect?

You should not jelq 100% as a newbie because it can increase the risk of injury however once you are used to performing exercises, there are quite a few of us who jelq at very high erection levels (increases the intensity in my opinion).

It really depends on the individual.

If you are comfortable jelqing and are performing many reps in the proper manner then you can afford to try a few [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s and slowly increase the number.

If you are not comfortable fully with normal jelqing, then you are not yet ready.
 
Just a tip.

I like to do a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] right before clamping. It means my penis is very fat which gives it a big starting size for some hardcore clamping.

Highly recommended.

I do it with it pulled back but I think it restricts a bit of expansion. Thoughts?

I pull back although i have no problems with expansion.

Best left for the last exercise or superset with jelqing once in a while. By squeezing the head, it releases blood through the bottom grip so what's left will be able to move a little more freely. Less chance of hurting yourself.

What I do is grip the extreme base of my penis like a Uli and I prefer to keep it clamped for a couple of seconds and unclamp just a little bit and then kegel some more blood in. I want as much blood as I can into my dick and keep it clamped tightly. And yes, the action is similar to crushing a beer can. I take the palm of my hand and squash it down slowly while taking the other hand and pushing it up.

Yes! I think with SSJs you can target these certain areas. I sure do, my base is alright as well but the top portion screams for more mass.
I usually might grab a hold a bit above base, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]slow squash jelq[/words] to the target area and then press/push the glans. Seriously, excellent work out.
 
I have been getting some slight fluid retention doing these this week. I'll start up with a hot pad warm up and get into 15-20mins of wet jelqs. Did we ever get a movie of this? I am so fucking confused lol. I would love a jelq i could do dry would be so much easier to work in but I really don't get what you are doing.
