try a cockring or shoelace to trap the blood and your penis will become twice its size FULL of blood...your erection level will subside a bit and it wont be hard but filled with blood completely.....then perform this exercise and see the difference....
first time it didnt work for me too....

SlowSquashJelqs are very intense and they will bring red dots and temporary discoloration (will not last longer than 10 minutes after training.) Bruising is different, when you say this do you mean the red dots or actual purple bruising?

When you get better try only doing enough to get expansion, and later see if it the fatness went down so you can do a few more

Purple bruising you will not want to work through. If your work through a bruise in erect, or close to erect work, the bruise will continue to be refreshed with blood until it become permanent. You can safely train in flaccid state but I would stay away from erect work until the bruise yellows (maybe 4-6 days).

Itching is a sign of skin and tissue being stretched. In some cases it may even be a burning feeling. This is part of the gaining process and a good sign you are using proper form and intensity.

But in order to get this itching, and therefore gain..I also have to get the purlpe brusing all over the penis and the glans too..Is there something else I can do?
 
The itching is a noob symptom it will pass as you grow experienced. Soreness occurs after you raise the power, but it will pass too. You should always try to get some type of 'worked out' feeling post session, but don't stress too much because you aren't always gonna have it.
You know you will gain when you are consistently hitting good expansion, and elongation (check post session girth, and bpfsl) occasionally exceeding your best marks.

Ok, so after a good session that i'll get all this purple bruising..Can i continue next day with lower pressure? or wait till the bruises are gone?

Working through bruises can cause lifelong bruises. I have a bruise that I did not let heal and I have a permanent bruise now because of not resting. It is best to allow the bruise to yellow before pursuing erect training. Flaccid work is fine but erect work should wait.

It could be because that is what happened to me. Open bad bruising I worked through it and most of the bruising went away but today, ten years later, I still have a small bruise on my penis about the size of a dime.

maybe a lot of pressure loads up in to this spot plus the small scar and it doesnt go away? even after a week+, maybe some ointment for brusing would help? because it is there and doesnt matter if i work out or not,as far as i see till now..has anyone any scars, and while working out get bruises around them? or even look kind of bleeding?

Can't be too sure without seeing it myself but most bruising goes away. When bruising starts to become permanent is when we have a bruise, that is currently still bleeding, and we force the injury again. That is what happened in my case, I has a bruise but I would not stop training. Today it really does not bother me.
 
Those have to be fixed right when you get them bro. As soon as one comes out I cease training, and use heat with massaging between the fingers to dissipate the blood. If you just ignore it it'll get darker, and darker until you're stuck with it. Great advice! Heat and massage are great ways to help prevent discoloration. If it is surface discoloration the Apple Cider Vinegar should work but if it is deeper it may take time to heal up. Just be careful not to work through an active bruise, as it can make a permanent spot. wait until the bruise yellows to train.

I apply a healing ointment for the scar, but it will take months to heal completely, so I am gonna wait a little bit more and see if it gets any better, and then start working out again...What would you recommend as a timeframe and repetition for [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] for a beginner?

I couldn't exactly say, but you'll get to a point of maximum expansion from which you should move on to something else so you don't 'burn out' the tissues

I think what he is saying is mix in other exercise to keep tissue from become used to the same training. I though it would help. Have been trying some of these - quick question.

I clamp with my hand almost as hard as I can, after pumping as much blood as possible into my penis. As I push down with the heal of my other hand, and gently upward still with my clamped hand, they come together slowly but don't stop, such that after 30 seconds or so my hands have no more room to close in on each other.

Is this because I'm not clamping hard enough? Not enough blood in the penis? I was hoping to be able to slowly squash for at least a minute

Probably not clamping hard enough. If it happens try to gently ease your grip, kegel more blood in, and then clamp off with your hand as hard as you can again. In my experience your fingers should run deep into your penis.
 
If you can, use a wall to push against. Far easier. That way you can concentrate on the hand your squeezing with. Be careful if you do, it's a game changer, but you can control it easily.

I could do that, could fit the PF with my expansion.

Best way is to try everything for urself. WHat may not work for one brother, may work for the other.
