I have noticed changes since doing them. I am around 5 and 7/8 now.

I got a definite mid shaft bulge but it is minor and overall I like the uneven shape rather than all one girth.

DLD, like you I started at about 6.5 to 7 inches flaccid and I have been doing Penis Enlargement for about three years now. I haven't measured in awhile, but I think I'm at about 8.25 inches erect (perhaps longer, since I'm rarely 100 pct erect). Whoa. Then the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s. Again, damn. I haven't gained like this in over a year. I've already gained .25 in length just from the Blasters and .25 in girth from the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s.

Three questions: One, how often should I incorporate [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s into my routine? I do Blasters three days a week and girth work the two days in between, taking two-day breaks. Is it safe to do [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s two days a week, or should I mix them in with the Ulis I already do and just try them once a week?

Well width will become a part of the total girth measurement. For me a 1/2 inch of girth came after about 7 months of training. My width became wider after this period when I started to concentrate of DLD Bends and later Slow Squash Jelqs.

Do the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] alone. They will be the fastest way to girth gains. They incorporate all of the movements of both ulis and horses.

You do not have to take a break, I never did. Some feel that it is a good way to break a plateau. WHen I reach a plateau I just work harder or create a new routine. My first break was after I already gained what I wanted.

All of those stretches are very complimentary of one another so I think "using" them for a routine is wise.

Phase 5 was my routine by that point. By the time I was in my 3rd year there really was no over-training. I pretty much was very used to the daily routines.

Late reply I know, but to answer you here I would say that its good to have the penis hard like that and when it gets to the stage you cant apply the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] because its too solid than simply perform a hard Horse Squeeze [Horse 440] and hold it for 5-15 seconds until you cant hold it any more, and this will be due to that pain in the glans, not a bad pain but it gets to the stage where you need to release the pressure.

Do that and you have forced it to engorge more, even thicker and than you have some 'temp' room leftover in the penis from that expansion and so can carry over with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s again.
 
I always start at 100% but when I get into the exercise my erection always subsides enough to get good [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] in.
 
"60-120 seconds and so on. My main objective is not counting or reps but doing each rep as long as I can with as much pressure as I can to create the most expansion I can. After each rep I will dry jelq myself back to optimum hardness and continue. I like to spend 30-45 minutes non-stop as a session. Now applying the CLAMP to this exercise is something I don't do -DLD"

I look at jelqing between reps as necessary for keeping oxygen in the red blood cells. I've just been learning about the pumping effect here, as far as how easy it is to maintain engorgement like after using a pump. 3-5 sets has been typical for me for a few months. Now I'm learning from you more ways to work from the basic tech. Very cool not needing any equipment.

It is the most powerful girth exercise I have ever created. The thread gets lost every now and again but for anyone that is looking for the fastest way to make girth gains, this is it. This exercise can also be done clamped which many find even more powerful.
 
Okay so tried this a couple of times now. I kinda like it, although I'm not 100% confident I'm doing it correctly. I do feel the expansion, but I fear that this will make my base thin looking. There's a lot of ways to make up for that though, so will continue doing this for a while.

Main problem with this one is that it seems I lose a LOT of my erection with each rep of these, forcing me to restiumulate a lot, I don't know if it's supposed to be like that, but my dick kinda looks like a SQUASHED midget after each rep hehe :p

There is a balance of exercise and erection level. I get it one rep and I need to get erection strength back up but a rep is about 1 minute with me so it is not a big deal.

no offense i mean i agree with doublelongdaddy and all and he's jelqed a lot longer then i have but i kinda freestyle it and have created my own routine with a couple of my own exercises and i have one similar to that. i have to agree it works really well for girth. you have to be careful though, its easy to overdo.
 
Wouldnt this exercise over time effect ur erection in a negative way seeing that ur pushing the penis head downward way.. I can't see this being good for ur erection at all

Not at all, the lower hand squeezing is kind of like a mini uli at the base while the upper hand is expansing the rest of the shaft...all areas are covered. WIth that said, adjusting where you place your hands make spot training possible.

see im worried that the base will stay small girth while the rest gets bigger. So would I be able to just hold the shaft and push down towards the base?

is there any kegelling involved after you have clamped off and are halfway through the exercise???, is this part of how you can maintain good pressure for two to three minutes???

It is always smart to kegel while doing any girth exercise as it introduces more blood into the penis. More blood=better expansion.

That is how the grip feels, you just need to hold in as much as you can. Don't become overly obsessed with this, are of concentration should be the blood in-between. You should start at 100% and slowly start the exercise when you subside a bit. I like to be as close to erect as I can while still flexible.....maybe 90%?

I've been following your threads and exercises for a little over a year now and seen some nice gains (1"+L / 1"+G). However, I do have one slight issue. It seems that one area about 1-1.5" in the upper middle of my shaft that is lagging from everything else. While doing exercises, I can expand to close to 6.5 in girth but this middle section is a good 1/2" less. Just can't seem to get the expansion in that area I do right below the gland and bottom half of the shaft. Is this common and is there anything I could do to help this area gain more girth. Thanks in advance and BTW, LOVE the site...:-)

Slow Squash Jelqs are fabulous with spot training. I suggest using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] and make the stress point at the needed area. This will stop gains from happening outside the area and help thicken up the area you want to grow.
