Hello folks, newb here. I've been reading this thread with a lot of interest. Just out of interest, how much have you gained in girth from doing this exercise DlD, and how long did it take before you saw some visual gains? :)
 
This "slow squash jelq" reminds me of the "double forced jelq and bend"... only they are slightly different.

Looking at my penis during the exercise, I can see why these would be good for gaining girth. My results don't seem to be on par with everyone else's though.

They are very similar witn the biggest differences being the slow, steady stroke and the squashing is more squashing then bending.
 
I have since tried this execise and MAN ITS SIMPLY AWESOME.
Got superb expansion and although I've only messed with it, this exercise will be soemthing I do in constricted sessions instead of Horses.
This really gets my penis thick in VERY FAST tme.
I would say this execise is more effective than standard constrictors.
Do this constricted if you dare, I got tons of red spots when I did....aint had them since I was a NEWBIE....also I had a cut on my penis ,well a gash from the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] I use. I trap my skin in it reguler. this is an intense workout that requires a more conditioned dick then someone who just started peing imo. i think you should wait awhile longer.

Hmmm...I wouldn't say performing them clamped is an unsafe thing, but I would be extremely cautious. SSJs by themselves cause awesome expansion and usually you only have to do a few reps. I would try them without just to see if it's necessary.
 
Wow, I had the same idea and started doing these 2 weeks ago instead of compression squeezes in between sets of double jelq's and bends. I like them alot better, I seem to get more out of them. I didnt know they were a "real" exercise already lol.

I dont even know if I'm doin it rite.
By that I mean I cant hold a errection for that long
when doin them. Maybe 1min tops. 30 secs or less in most cases.

But Jesus! it pumps the girth a beaut. More so than I've seen with constrictors or Ulis.

Replaceing my constricters as well, I did it ONE TIME and I was covered with red dots...gotta love that rediculous expansion.

ive been doing these wrong the whole time but i get great expansion the way i do it. i get near fully erect then jelq to about an inch below my glans then clamp with my hand then squash my glans against a wall while clamped(i literally push my dick against a wall while clamped behind the glans). this exercise works great. i think i made up an exercise lol.

The bend is an illustration of the action of the pushing hand. It'd be very difficult to show what the top hand is doing unless you show that it's exerting some type of force in the opposite direction. The video is the best thing to go by if you have access to it.

Use a cable clamp dude, put it as close to the base as you can get! I cannot stay hard for long enough to do a session of these as they are so intense. With the clamp on you can keep a high erection level for a long time, just loosen it up now and then and kegel some more blood in, then snap it back tight again.
 
Man these things are awesome, Ive been wanting to test this for awhile, and when I did get the chance I did 2 of them about 30sec each , and I got many redspots on the shaft and head , I didnt do a warm up nor a warm down... I know that was a bad choice.. but do the redspots mean good? And how long b4 they go away? And can I continue with the excersize even with the redspots?

Blood spots happen from the intense pressure that [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s give. Eventually this will subside. My first time doing them (the night I invented them) I was blown away by the expansion, it was unparalleled to any other girth exercise I had ever tried. I knew these would become a hit.

I've found that going to the clamp is a bit risky, at least for my first few reps. I like to go all out with my hands first, because I can control the amount of pressure more readily as I can feel the pressure through both hands and not just the top hand. Once my hands go I like to put the clamp on and go for 2-4 more reps of like 30 seconds to a minute. This is a great exercise if girth is your only concern.
 
DLD, i have two doubts:

2.Since you clamp off the base of your dick then jelq a inch and hold,the pressure will be restrained only above the clamp, so the base of your dick will be thiner than the rest of it??

It's closer to a Uli squeeze than a jelq, but it is it's own exercise and is meant to be very intense and produce rapid expansion without having to perform numerous repetitions. Also, as far as Penis Enlargement goes the base hand will cause expansion of the tissue above and below. You don't have to worry about yoru base being thinner than your upper shaft, because for most men we manually stretch or hang as our length work so it's not a concern otherwise.

I simply get fully erect, clamp off with my hand at the base and than push against the glans towards the base the slowly jelq the clamping hand towards it ... I even hold stationary midway between to keep it engorged and I get a better pump than with the Horse's and it feels nice and spongy afterwards which is like I got in the old days with wet jelqs.

That is awesome Red, sorry I missed your post. These are my best work in the girth department and I have found it difficult to come up with a better Girth Exercise. I'm sure it will happen but for now I agree with you, They Rock. I was also curious if you have tried them with a clamp?
 
I haven't done these in so long but I remember getting that really deep spongy feeling post session. I could only manage 4-5 of these for 1-2 minute holds. I experienced a TON of bruising with these though, but that comes with the territory when you're trying to attain maximum expansion at every rep.

They can be brutal. When I first started doing them they were very intense and I could only do so many before my hands would cramp up. Eventually, after such a long time doing them I wouldn't even notice it.
 
I urge you all to do these FLACCID ... I think the key to flaccid girth gains lies in this exercise ... it blows it up like something insane.

After a workout?? I think I have had this as well but you guys make it seem like it is a good thing??Why is the spongy feel a good thing? Does it have to do with Cell breakdown and eventual rebuild???

I gave these a try last night and I could definitely see the expansion. I'm going to make this a permanent part of my routine. I really want more girth.

if you a newbie I STRONGLY recommend you start off with basic jelqing. and that mean STRONGLY suggest. you gon see good gains with jelqing then you can move onto more advanced routines.
 
No, i'm just a noob to this site. I first started Penis Enlargementing over a year ago, had some small gains then quit. I started again recently. I'm jelquing as part of my current routine as well.
