Well I would assume anyone selling knock-offs will tell you they are the genuine thing. I bought mine through the affiliate here. I think it's worth paying the extra money to be guaranteed you get the real thing. If the one you bought isn't and it last a few months then breaks, you'll be out of any recourse for a refund and you'll have wasted any money you spent. Also, lets assume it does work - what if it doesn't work as well as the genuine item? How will you know? Just my two cents.

In related news; the Universal Postal Union has put out a new directive, making it illegal to send/receive counterfeit by postal mail or courier service.
