thought i would make a progress log as it may keep me more motivated :D anyway here it is.

Current Bone Pressed Erect Length: 7.7" -- 1 April 2006

Current Bone Pressed Flacid Stretch Length: 8.25" -- 1 April 2006


Goal In Erect Length: 8.0" Goal in Erect Girth: 5.5" -- August 2006

my routine is simple i do what i do i dont really have a set time and duration of my workouts.

i operate mines around wet jelqs/kegels/clamping/pumping/ max vac hanging.

ive only pumped about a week and gave up. the odd time id go just for a pump and bring more vascularity out in my penis ;) might try and pump for 2 5-10min sessions a day.

clamping i am considering putting it on hold for a while. i found it to inhibit on my length.

max vac- just awaiting on its delivery :D cant wait to get it.

girth really pumped up last night i couldnt even touch my fingers together. got it to about 5.4 post clamp size. was fucking awesome lol

just finished a length session.

i warmed up for 10mins in the shower and done 10mins wet jelqs whilst in there. then i dried up and did 20mins of stretching

4mins up 1min rest
4mins BTC 1min rest
4mins down 1min rest
4mins out 1min rest

i do 1min on my left hand then 1min on my right hand for 4mins then rest a minute.

will prob hit some more stretches later. im working 6pm till 2am so might throw in 20mins when i get home or 10 mins x2 during work in the toilets ;) or both lol

felt good. i got an erection felt like 100% and it looked pretty dam big. my bpfsl has jump to around 8.30 :O and im only training for girth. lol

gonna dry jelq and clamp later. with a lot of kegels. then maybe stretch later 2nite i'll see what happens.

my girth defo feels more than 5inches now i hope so. will hit this 8.0x 5.5 soon i hope.
 
recieved my max vac this morning and gave it a run for its money. here is a few pics.

first impressions A**** top stuff. i got a nice burn and was only hanging 6lbs for a few mins.

cant wait to get a 1hr session in later :) will let you guys know how i do

Hell of a flaccid stretch. I don't ever grip that way, seems it would put a lot of pressure on the glans. I would be too afraid. :)

yeh thanx man just looking to get tht extra .8 in length .5 in girth to take me to 8x5.5 :)

gonna maybe get another hangin/stretch session in later. :D did 2set of 10mins clamp last night and went over board and edged to far. so i just blew it out lol.

i wore a cock ring before bed and fell asleep with it on by accident and woke up at 4am with a pumped hardon lol so took it off then.

must of had the ring on for about 3hours my flacid is sitting really pumped ffs. and i woke up with a major wood lol

BTW, how long is ur nbp flaccid stretch? Mine is exactly 8 inches, a little more sometimes while my bp flaccid stretch is about 9.5 now.
 
i got it of my new size website and the hanger fucking rules. ive only been able to test it a bit this week as ive been busy.

my bpfsl is around 8.25ish. my nbpfsl ive never measured but i think its just at 8. i dont have much of a fat pad:)

i measured my girth and it is onlt barely 5 it has went down from hanging :( and from stop girth work.

so im gonna do girth day length day etc.
 
Hey man, just stoppin and saying good journal and nice workouts. Your erect length (bone-pressed) is the same as mine, and so is your bone-pressed stretched length. We're both going after the elusive 8" non-pressed. Good luck, I'll race ya to it!
 
What amount of vacuum do you use when you hang? I, too, have a Max Vac and it is a truly great product, the only one I will ever use from here on out.
 
i hang with 6lbs with no pump and at 8lbs at one slight squeeze on the hand pump.

i dont go heavy so all my sets i dont really need the pump.

i have added pumping back into my routine now using my vacutech. in hope to achieve more girth.
