Thats got ALL the constriction exercises I use.....they are VERY good indeed for girth in the long run they will build it up...slowly but it happens and to better depths IMHO than with jelqing as ya going past the maximum volume i.e. 100% erection...to 110%.
I also rec' the Horse Squeezes

^^^^^ They are VERY good for targetting an area....I used them and still do to prevent the baseball bat syndrome effect.
Than theirs the Uli's...it aint on this site, but its basiccly a manuel normal Constrictor which is explained in the 1st link....but theirs a post with some stuff on Uli and variations of it here

Also the Normal wet jelq....done at full erection for a count of 1000 reps non-stop or taking breaks after every 50 to get stimulated again than carry on.
Each stroke = 1/2 seconds with a few 5 second ones every now and again suited to the users tastes.
I would thank this exercise alot for getting my girth gains started in the early days.

As for days....simple that really.
1 on 1 off or 1 on 2 off and 2 on 1 off.
I do all three alternating with them depending how buisy I am....it also seems to work best as girth needs time to heal as they say.
I hope all this helps and is detailed enough.....any more questions than dont hesitate.
