Thats got ALL the constriction exercises I use.....they are VERY good indeed for girth in the long run they will build it up...slowly but it happens and to better depths IMHO than with jelqing as ya going past the maximum volume i.e. 100% erection...to 110%.

I also rec' the Horse Squeezes

^^^^^ They are VERY good for targetting an area....I used them and still do to prevent the baseball bat syndrome effect.

Than theirs the Uli's...it aint on this site, but its basiccly a manuel normal Constrictor which is explained in the 1st link....but theirs a post with some stuff on Uli and variations of it here

Also the Normal wet jelq....done at full erection for a count of 1000 reps non-stop or taking breaks after every 50 to get stimulated again than carry on.

Each stroke = 1/2 seconds with a few 5 second ones every now and again suited to the users tastes.

I would thank this exercise alot for getting my girth gains started in the early days.

As for days....simple that really.

1 on 1 off or 1 on 2 off and 2 on 1 off.

I do all three alternating with them depending how buisy I am....it also seems to work best as girth needs time to heal as they say.

October 31st: 20/25 Mminutes of high % erection [NO CONSTRICTION] Tunicae Bends and TOW's.

November 2nd: 20/25 Minutes of Constrictors in the shower [1st time] I didnt do any real bends here...just normal Constrictors.
I tell ya summut? my member looked HUGE when I came out the shower...alot thicker than normal it was freaky man..even when flaccid I was 6.5 inches in girth...the heat did summut on this day.

November 8th: 30 Minutes of Constrictors with CTS/TCS and TOW's, Erect bends....did infront of a facial sun-lamp [1st time - read summut about UV rays maybe helping?] .....anyways this heatsource stopped ANY marks from the constriction that I get..also could really see veins and other markings that aint visible normally...I will keep using this method from time to time and see if it does help healing and growth.

I than had a 10 minute break before having a hot shower.
I did 15 minutes of constrictors their.
I got out and it did indeed look larger than normal but not as large the lasttime I went to the shower....this was probably due to me working out prevoius and also not doing the cons'' as long.

I can SAFELY say that I have gained....I can just tell man.
I mean these last 2 days when I get a stiffy and I wank it feels fuller...I look in the mirror and it seems thicker and alightly wider and even some veins more prominent.
Also could have gained some length slighlty....but my girth has gone up yet again....my girl even said its thicker and more filling inside her vagina.
She can barely fit it in her mouth now..this really turns her on though [MONSTER COCK].
I am now really confident like NEVER BEFORE....I aint down about this like I was....I am seeing great stuff that I aint for a long time...finally a big growth spurt....my visualisations while exercising, postive thinking, with consistancy has helped me here.

I gunna keep at it religiously still.....and also start some work on stretching the internal tunicae.

Alright ya'all who follow this thread of myn.
Not much been happening.
'Av'' done buts here and their but over the past 2 weeks I done nuthing really cos I been so buisy thru'' 'xmas and all.

Anyways I want to firstly point out the link made by ItsElectric on various exercises I do...the constrictors mainly, he has published pix to illustrate them.

Okay so now for my update.

November 18th > Did the Usual for about 35 minutes.

November 19th > None

November 20th > Usual done again for 35 minutes.

November 21st > None

November 22nd > Usual for 30 minutes than 20 minutes of just normal constrictors in the shower.

November 23rd > None

November 24th > None

November 25th > None

November 26th > 30 minutes of tribal third leg stretch while in bed. went alright.
Later on tryed alnight version of the above.
After 2 hours wroke up with a numb and cold penis, I couldnt feel it.
I washed it under the warm water, however it looked massive while flaccid...really fat and all so it wasnt a waste.....just I had wrongfully had most pressure from the pull on my nerve area.
Took about 12 hours before full sensation came back into my penis.

November 27th > 30 minutes of tribal third leg stretch - penis looked longer slighlty or so it seemed their was no measures; but it seemed longer erect and flaccid.

November 28th > None

November 29th > None

November 30th > 40 minutes of usual, than went in shower and did a less intense version of the above for 10 minutes and also did wet jelqs, helishakes and also the new Triple Horse squeeze.

December 1st to December 6th [6 days] > None

December 7th > 20 minutes of Normal constrictors in the shower.

December 8th till present day [4 days] > None; although I have done a odd stretch here and their and messing about with another new exercise I call the Press Jelq [Dry] which is essentially the presser exercise but moved across the top chambers of the penis while erect so it works like a jelq but for width.
Seems to work alright upto now.

Summary:

Nuthing much..I havent measured and dont intend to until the new year.
I dunno about any new gains yet.
When I get my head clear I will get back to Fulcrum hanging for length along with my current plan.
 
Hey RED. For the last 6 months I've read your posts and routine's. I'm just curious what your gains have been in the last 3 months with these routines your doing. Having seen you post it since the UK forum. Cheers.
