I have been doing Penis Enlargement for about 9 months and have decided to FINALLY do a log. Easy wasy to keep track of my workouts and progress or lack there of.
The routine I am on currently I really like. It appears that I am gaining length at a steady slow rate now. Which is way cool because that has yet to happen.
Current Stats:
Erect Girth 5.5-5.75 Depends on day and fatigue factor. Started at 5.0
Flaccid Girth 5.0-5.25 Its cool that I am bigger now flaccid then I was erect.
Flaccid Length- Dont know dont really care. Im a shower and dont need to work on this.
Erect Length- I have a bitch of a time measuring this. My cock senses the ruler and hides. My best estimate for BPenis EnlargementL is between 6.5-6.75. NBP I dont know for the same reason.
NBP Flaccid Stretched Length- I measure it by making marks on my desk after each workout. It has grown about a half inch since starting. To measure the marks is 7 inches. Started at 6.5.
My Current Routine:
Started approximately Jan 24th 2005
5-8 minute wet warmup.
20 minutes hang with BIB hanger using 1 and a third full gallons of water. Approximate weight 11 lbs.
5-8 minute wet warmup.
DLD's Newbie Stretching routine minus the upward stretches(30secs 3xs each direction). Cant get a good grip and I always seem to hit the penile nerve. Ouch.
Mixing in some [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] routine. No real consistency as to what I do though.
5-8 minute warmup
20 minutes hang with 1 gallon and sometimes 1 and 1/3.
5-8 minute wet warmup
15 minutes Pump using between 5-8 hcg.
5-8 minute warmup
10 minutes wet jelqs with rubber cock ring, mixed in with slow squash jelqs. About 2 minutes jelqing, 30 sec [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words], then repeat. Seems to really do some girth expansion.

I havent clamped in about 2 weeks and feel really good. I think not clamping after having been adcing for awhile has stimulated some new growth.
