8.3 or so. That means I have about 17lbs attached. That is some pretty good weight if I do say so myself. Hadnt thought about how much it was until now. It definitely takes time to work up to it. Has been a decently slow process for me. Do you use a bib or the capt? I couldnt see holding as much weight as I am now with a capt. I have both, but only use the bib now.
 
If you can afford it I would get a bib now. It takes a while when you first get to get the adjustments right and in doing this you have to lower the weight. It can be frustrating to go backwards sometimes in order to go forward. The sooner the better though.

Yesterdays routine went well, used the bib in order to do my upper manual stretches and holy shit it worked very well. Normally I have trouble doing the upper stretches, but with the bib they were no problem and it saved alot on my hand. Instead of using my hands I loosened the strap and just used my whole arm to lift it from my wrist.

Funny thing after I started my routine today I noticed that I got longer and thicker alot quicker. Also Im noticing that I am gaining length really well right now. How did you reduce fluid buildup? I used to get fluid buildup and donut effect when I clamped, even for like 10 minutes. Now I can do an hour of jelqs, horses, and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s and have no donut effect.

But now that I hurt my hand, I have been having to resort to constricting methods and thus fluid buildup.
 
Jelqing helped me reduce the fluid buildup. Try some one handed jelqs and see if that helps. Edging has helped me in the past as well. That sucks about your hand also.

I hang approximately 6 hours a week. Maybe on the low end, but it is all the time I have for it. The bib can take A LONG while to get the adjustments right. It can be frustrating at first, after you get used to it though it is great.

My girth today got the biggest Ive had it. I dont measure cause it tends to fuck with my head. But I always use the same big mouth container in order to do my wet warmup. After I was done with the girth routine(which was all of twenty minutes) I BARELY fit in the container. Ive found that I can only do so much girth and then I start to get diminished returns. I did do a wet warmup mid girth set and that definitely helped. Plus for the past week or two Ive made it a point to "Mentally create my penis", I have to believe that this has helped significantly. Been very busy as of late. Didnt have time for a full workout. Got in a decent length workout, but girth suffered.

Added weight to the hanging.

Took off the long bar on the vimax and put the small bar back on. The long bar was too hard to get on. I put the rope one about an inch behind my glans, so its more difficult to get on with the long bar. I added some stuffing into the white holes in the vimax so it will extend further even with the short bar.

Wore the vimax for an hour today.

Since I was here last:
I have air pumped with a Kaplan pump since roughly 2005 on and off w a bit of clamping and gained about 3/4 in girth and maybe(optimistically saying this) gained a 1/4 in erect length.

What I am into these days:
STARTED Tb500 today. Started with 2 ml of saline solution mixed w 2 ml of Tb500. Pain levels in my body are my neck and mid back under my left scapula. Pain level 3
