Ive been discussing the idea (with various people) of organizing a summer hangoff for the members here, at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words]. So, here it is. There has been a GREAT DEAL of expressed interest in hanging by numerous members, and, to a large extent, a revival of activity in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] hanging community. Let's cement this.

What is a hangoff? As I conceive of it, it is a loose confederacy of hangers committed to designing a routine, sharing it, following through (persistently) with it, and, finally, every two weeks, updating the board and sharing progress. In this way we can continue to spark interest in hanging, further develop the art by endeavoring to ferret out what works and what doesn't, and, most importantly, all gain together this summer! I say lets set a tentative start date at or around June 1st. If you're interested, just say so and we can, publicly, in this thread, eek out the details. Happy hanging everyone!

Nope. In fact its best that we use hangers of different kinds. Essentially, write out a routine and post it here, in this thread, with your starting stats (that is, at the start of the hangoff). EX: I am going to hang two twenty minute OTS sets at 20 pounds 3 times daily. Regarding the weight, I intend to increase weight by a couple of pounds every other week as dictated by fatigue and growth. Im hanging with monkeybar's vac-hanger modified by using a cable clamp setup. When I get some privacy (probably this weekend) Ill take ACCURATE measurements so that, if I gain at all this summer during the hangoff, it can be duly noted and inextricably linked to MY routine (as generically detailed above).

Sounds good. When you get the chance formulate a generic routine (rather in the manner as I have done it above), and, also, when you get the chance, take as accurate measurements as you can so that we can all know, at a later time, the efficacy of our routines etc.

I'm not too well known on here but I have been really contemplating the hanging thing and this just may be what I need. Yeah, I think that's it, early June here I come the Penis Enlargement routine is getting upped a notch by incorporating some good hangin :s
 
A hangoff - now that I am spending 3 hours a day with weights hanging from my penis alone at my computer, anyone and anything that is going to take time and help me stay focused on what this is all about...

I'm excited for this, ordered a bib. June 9th will be d-day haha, I'm also curious about the LOT theory so I'm gonna be experiencing with all kinds of angles since I think my LOT is low. Over the shoulder sounds pretty cool tho, I think I may like this way more anyway, and if this theory has a hand in my routine I'm gonna be doin lots of high angle/OTS, but it's weird I do stuff BTC and I get a good pull that way too? Are u not supposed to benefit from BTC if ya have a low LOT, cuz that's beyond a low angle if u know what I mean, just curious.....

I gained .5" from hanging BTC and SD and I have a LOT of 6.

No, the theory just states that if you have a low LOT (and exit point) you will probably be hard-pressed to gain as much and as quickly from BTC/SD angles as those with high LOTs and exit points.
 
I believe that the next logical step in preparing for the upcoming hangoff would be to formulate a specific routine that I intend to keep throughout the hangoff. Specifically, I think it is best if each of us can, in the next few days, formulate and post a semi-detailed routine which stipulates all the Penis Enlargement work (perhaps even tertiary work such as cardio fitness etc.) to be done during the duration of the hangoff. Following the posts of these routines we can, as a group, discuss and critically evaluate the routines. So, to set an example:

MY HANGOFF ROUTINE

Hanger: Monkeybar's vacuum-hanger with a cable clamp vice supplement.
Secondary Equipment: Static Stretcher

Penis Enlargement routine to be followed: Hang two 20 minute OTS sets at 20 pounds, three times daily (specifically, morning, evening and night). During the interim period, following and preceeding hanging sets (save when I sleep), I will wear the static stretcher device set to ~ BPenis EnlargementL; routinely, this should accumulate ~ 5 hours per day of SS wear (a conservative estimate).

Tertiary activity related to Penis Enlargement: 30 minutes of cardio, five times per week within target heart-rate range with an acceptable deviation of 5 or so beats.

I'll post updated stats tomorrow.
 
EDIT: I should add to the above that I intend to increase the total amount of weight hung per session two pounds every other week as dictated by induced fatigue. Perhaps I will increase more speedily, depending, as I say, upon induced fatigue.

so I received the BIB and upon the initial opening it is a bit more intimidating than the vacu-hanger. At the same time it looks like a wonder of medival archetecture.... perfect for hanging weights from my penis I would imagine.

The Anti-Turtle sleeves work very well for wrapping, but I have only hung 7.5 pounds as I want to build into the BIB correctly. By the time the hangoff officially begins I will have built up my base capability hopefully (I can hang 17.5 with a vacu-hanger for a short period).

So this time will be my pre-hangoff experience. It is kindof like revving up the tires before a race and making sure all the parts are intact. It is a wonderful time to consider, reconsider, and one more time consider why I have chosen to create a longer healthier penis. I have become somewhat bored with the training as I have realized on a deeper level at this point the rock has to be carried uphill every day. Every damn day. But good things come from this and I have had a small but sweet taste of success.

So for those of you interested in the hangoff lets get our act together because in the summer of 07 our lives and the life of our penis will never be the same. Typing this I have 12.5 pounds hanging from my penis at 5 oclock and in another 168 hours (or 2 months of this) I plan on having a much longer penis. I am ready and will wait out these long hours in measured success.

june 9th is too early for me, i've got alot of shit that needs to be done in the up-and-coming 1 1/2 months, so i will have to leeap on board as and when i can.

It is from Monkeybar's Vacu-Hanger site - basically it is like a super soft blue sleeve you can keep your penis extended with. It adds a little but not too much bulk to the area and will keep me about .5 inches above my normal (extended) flacid state, which apperantly helps the crinulations (i know i can't spell it right - the micro tears along the tunica of penis) extended in the healing state. The price is fairly high for them - but I have found they work (as well as the silicon sleeves for hanging) as a wrap for the bib. I also use smaller ones for constricting with a clamp.

Hopefully this is a little helpful.
 
initial comparison of BIB and Vacu-Hanger:

First I need to clarify why I felt the need for a BIB. Heavy hanging leads to good results for many people at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]. So does continuous longer lighter hanging. I want to be able to do both types and could foresee the Vacu-Hanger stopping me from going much above 20 pounds if that.

My initial assessment is that the Vacu-Hanger is more convenient at lesser weights and will remain that way. Users seem to be able to keep this on much longer than the BIB as circulation is better. In addition I do most of my hanging at the computer in a standard chair. The Vacu-Hanger is small and agile so I can set up a simple pulley under the chair to create a 5 o'clock angle rather than the standard sd angle of 6 o'clock, which I feel a little more on my ligs. The BIB is a little bulky to do this in my setup as it hits the chair.

All things considered however I can tell the BIB will work for what I want. It is surprisingly well made and simple to use. And there is no doubt this sucker will hang 20 plus pounds which I want to be able to do with it.

Saying this my number one goal in starting Penis Enlargement is to not get any injuries so I can keep training consistently and hard. So I am going to be smart building my penis shaft up to the BIB and have read as many of BIB's posts as I can find. I am only doing 7.5 pounds but will keep you posted.
 
K I had a bib starter back when and I just ordered the hardcore for this hangoff, should come soon. Anyway, without a doubt vice type hangers can hang more weight with greater ease. The BIB is the best around for that, and will hang 20, 30, 40 lbs all day no problem (if you wanna hit that level, albeit not many can make such claims) but that's what it's for. I also think that vice type grips really grips the inner penis Tunica/Septum better than anything else, and it's a shredding feeling when you're doing it you'll know what I mean. Vac type hangers are more convenient and I'd say a little more comfortable for wearing longer due to circulation being better. I'm lookin to go hard and heavy though (periods of 10 to 20 minutes), then break for circulation, think that's what I need to gain.....steppin it up.
 
As soon as I have the spare cash I'm going to order a Bib starter and quickly transition into using it. However, at the time I am hanging 23lbs per 20 minute set with a slightly modified vacu-hanger setup.

Autoextender Penis Enlargement Device is a photo of Monkeybars Anti-Turtle sleeve I use - I am sure there are many silicon type sleeves that will work I just happen to have this one.

Also - I have to say I am new to the BIB and may find other things that work better...I will keep you posted.

im by no means an authority on the Bib set-up, but i know that the teeth should be more-or-less clamped into one another. you will need to alter the butterfly nuts on the undercarrige until you've got them interlinking. this assures that the internal structures are evenly exerted and you have the best possible grip fullstop.

... or so im led to believe. could always ask Bib.

From the looks of the gel padding, which, at the bottom is already coming into contact with the gel padding from the other side of the hanger, I don't know if its physically possible for him to further close his hanger. Airshy?
 
well I loosened up the bottom nuts and now I can close the top on more so the teeth are touching more. It does not feel any different at this time but I am not able to notice yet the subtle sensation differences.

By the way at the head area where the padding is bunched I let it do that as it is just excess (for using it as an anti-turtle I fold it back over). I am consistanly tightening the BIB over only one layer of this silicon.

By the way - my guess is usually the teeth are tighter only because they are consistant with the closing of the bottom area so pressure is distributed evenly. If someone was very think (or has thicker padding like myself) I would think the teeth on the top and bottom closing would be more open. I am reading and trying to find the correct answer.

So the last few days I have hit my hanging goals of 2-4 hours per day. I am rarely going to get in 4, but if I do I will take it. It makes it extra tough because every night I am doing girth routines and cannot hang after that (I like to wear a stayer and sleep engorged).

I am slowly able to handle more weight with the BIB already, but the vacu-hanger is still my bread and butter because I am so used to it. The strange thing is, I get more sore in my actual ligs doing 7.5 for 20 minutes with the BIB than 12.5 for 30 with the vacu-hang. That doesnt make sense to me - but I am going to keep going with both.

I think that this is because, with the vacu-hanger, a lot of the stress is being placed on the skin; that is, because the generated 'vacuum' is so minimal, and really only exists in the tip of the cylinder, the great majority of the stress of the weights is placed on the skin (via the sheath). I mean, it has to go somewhere, and, in my opinion, it is the superficial skin of the penis which handles most of the stress from the vacu-hanger.
 
At 17 pounds on the Vacu-Hanger I feel like my whole penis is going to come off. At 10 pounds on the Bib I can feel the ligaments coming off of my pubic bone.
 
Im still with you J. I still think this is a great idea and good for motivation.
I will hang with 12.5 lbs and do:
20min straight down
10min left leg up
10min right leg up
20min BTC
Total of 60min

Then at night when I do my other stretches like the Newbie strecthing routine and DLD blasters after I do those I usually do a 10min set straight down with 15lbs. Then I go into my girth routine. Usually takes me about 1 hour.

I try to hang every day but my night routine I do 3 days on 1 day off.
Like I said I think this thread and idea will give me alot more motivation and a better commitment(which I have been lacking lately, not with hanging but with my night routine)<:(
So with this idea Im ready to commit myself 100%

Sounds good, IF, your dick is able to heal in an extended state. I, on the other hand, have just about given up with the vacu-hanger; it keeps sliding of my cock (waiting on that Bib).
 
I'm in folks. I'm gonna try a routine that hits high angles only while doing limited number of sets day and night of max weight I can tolerate. This is all with the inclusion of a cool [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] supplement I'm doing. I lift pretty seriously, and I dunno I have wanted to give this type of routine a try to try and blow the roof off length gains for myself, I think I need intensity whereas overtraining is not an option for me. I think for my body the harder I stretch and the longer I'm in extended state, the more I grow. Let the hangin begin.
 
heck yes I am still in! been traveling but still hanging and knowwww I have made gains. because I am not measuring more than once a month though I won't be able to say what until June 20th.

Lets keep hanging... anybody play xbox 360 and hang haha?
