All i know about the Blasters is that they work, never had any change in my penis as in shape or anything.. my penis was tired surprisingly and its like my flaccid state went from one thing to a whole nother. My dick was like a button (maybe cus of my weight at that time and still had a pretty big fat pad back in august) to an actual normal size and had an increase overall of half inch or a little less in a super short amount of time. Blasters rule and I owe all my length success to them. Manual stretching got me to 6 nbpel.

can the concept of Reverse Kegel apply to any sort of stretch? since its relaxing the PC muscle and then you just stretch it.

Also any way someone can post pics or vids of DLD blasters?
 
I'm wondering if anyone else has the problem I'm having. I stretch pretty damn hard all of the time, and it's tough for me to maintain grip to stretch any harder. When I do squeeze harder, the tip turns dark purple and I'm worried I'll injure myself. n a positive note, I'm waiting to see if it's just my imagination or because I was using a different measuring device, but while I was jelqing today I noticed that I looked bigger and did a couple of quick measurements and found that I was a full .5 inch longer (BPenis EnlargementL, and I wasn't even fully erect) than when I started Penis Enlargement less than 2 weeks ago!!! I know that the gains would need to be cemented and I'm going to wait until I do an official measurement and use both measuring devices (the tape and the ruler) before I make the post in my tracking thread, but I'm excited!

Hard to tell. It will depend on many things. My advice is to put your all into it and keep good records. Don't be obsessive but be sure to watch closely.
 
Hey DLD can you please answer my question from page 5. I'm starting to think that they are safe as long as not taken to extremes. After all the other stretches would stretch those same structures too it would just be more linear whereas this is increasing the degree of the stretch on the opposite side and I think it wouldn't be enough to really damage nerves. Opinion? Have you ever noticed a decrease in [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] or other negative PI's.

Nothing but gains here. As a matter of fact, I have never heard of a injury using DLD Blasters in the 7 years they have been around.
 
i think i just did the correctly for these first time in my two serious years of Penis Enlargement. I stretched out at .25 longer FSL after a set of 25 as I lack the necessary forearm strength for a full set of 50. I have been looking at manuals again as my time to spend on hanging is getting less and less. Wish i would have figured this out when i began as my length goal woudl probably have made it by now as well :D

Laying down is preferred but sitting is usually more convenient.
 
I tried these the past couple of days but it's hard to get the right grip. I can easily make the A stretch but it just hurts like a bitch when i pull. Can you do the blasters in any direction? if so how would you do up?
 
Up would just be pointing as far upward as you can. The wrist will be in the way at some point so how far up is limited.

I think DLD Blasters are one of the best length exercises and I see no reason why you can not include them in your routine.

I do, I think mostly by habit. The reverse kegel will help excel gains in most stretches while the kegel is a great way to bring more blood into the penis during girth work.

So then:

1. Do a reverse kegel whenever I stretch and a kegel as I jelq?
2. Blasters: Get yourself into an A stretch, Pull yourself away from your body and kegel, stay there and reverse kegel and stretch it futher...do I have it right?
 
how could i incorporate these into the beginner's routine from the video? it seems like it might be overdoing it to have this extra exercise for 50 reps after doing all the rest of the routine.

Don't change the stretches, just add the logic to the routine. When you are stretching practice doing a reverse kegel. Hold it as long as you can (it will get longer with practice. Prior to doing your stretches do the newbie PC workout to pre-exhaust your PC muscles.
 
Alright I'm going to start doing these before my hanging sessions. Its weird b/c I stopped wearing gloves when lifting and I have calluses around my the grooves of my thumbs and I've been vacuum hanging for a couple of years but these aren't as bad as I remember them. I have a lot more length than I did when I first tried these so they get easier to do the longer you stretch.

in DLD blasters, after doing the 5-minute kegel do i relax the PC muscle and then stretch or stretch while the PC muscle is tightened?

Your stretch should be firm all the way through. During the reverse kegel the penis will give a bit of slack so you can increase the stretch.
 
yooo i tried out the DLD blasters a few days ago. the first 2 days i could not get it right at all. Today i tried it out and i figured out what i was doing wrong. all before i was not pulling my dick away, i was keeping it close to my body. mann i pulled it away from my body and did the DLD A stretch along with the stretching exercise that blue whale talked out in his " mother of all lig stretches" thread and, 5 btc stretches, and 5 DLD bundled tunica stretches and oh my god. i got done doing my pe for the day and measured myself because i was just curious to see how much i had gained since everyone on here was talking about gaining temporary length growth. my length is 6.75 inches. when i measured myself again, it was 7 inches. thats a .25 inch increase. i am sooo happy about this. now that i know what to do, i feel extremely confident about gainin more length than ever before. you're the man DLD.

There is a big reason I became famous and it was this exercise. The reason it made me so famous is because it is the best length exercise. Almost all length exercises now utilize a part of this stretch is some way. When I started Penis Enlargement guys were gaining like an inch in 2 years, I was like "fuck that" I want an in in a minute. This exercise gave me 2 inches of length AFTER I gained 2 inches using basic stretching! CRAZY!
 
It truly is the best temporary length increase exercise I have come across in my five and a half years of P.E. When I am truly relaxed and the blood flow is strong, and I am totally into it, I can kegel and reverse kegel my dick, (I am not exaggerating here), a full two inches. If I start at 8", I can get it up to 10". If I start at 9", I can get it up to 11". I wish I knew how to do a video of this. Maybe some summer when I am free, I'll devote a block of time to just this project.

WOW, that is crazy. I never measured directly after blasting but I know I am not getting those stats...great work!

I just jelqued once in a while and had for several years, getting OK gains (.5 inch length and 1 inch in girth) to about 8.5 inches erect length and 6 inches girth and then I did these. Wow. In one night I gained .25inches length. These do work, people. The only question I have is how much can one gain from this exercise alone? I do these every other day with Horse Squeezes and Ulis on the off days, 5 days on and 2 off and there seems to be a difference.
 
Yea these are probably the best proven length exercise around but I got paranoid doing them because of my turkey neck that I'm getting rid off and this method made me more cautious as I have to pull the skin back and push back at the base which loses my momentum, but its the king with a reputation no one can argue with really.

Thunders and countless other pe forums members gained tons from these in the early 00's when dld was a member and countless guys here too.

The king of stretches and it can be done to attack ligaments & tunicae by varying the angle.

Yes, exactly what I think. Surely there must be a limit on how much you can get from stretching and exercising?

Or is there no limit?

The limit is what you believe to be the limit. Many men never reach 9, 10 inches because their mental cap is set much lower.
 
Hi, im new here, as of like an hour ago lol.. but after reading just this thread ALONE. I can't wait to get started.

I still got more to read to find out what all this BPenis EnlargementL, BPSF, etc means and also other Penis Enlargement exercises. I started with basic jelqing back in the day but was also one who gave up and nowwww. This site has me pumped. I am a very sexually active guy and always after my girl every night, but if ejaculating too often can slow down my gaining process then its time to chill and focus on some gains. Yeas, you simply flex your wrist to increase the stretch intensity.
 
How would I know if I had a good session of this exercise or not? I'm currently doing it but am not sure if I'm doing it correctly as I feel relatively little after the routine. There is no soreness, but I do have a slightly more stretchy penis.

Trust your ruler. Gauging a routine on soreness is never good as it happens sometimes and not others. After my first month of Penis Enlargement I rarely felt soreness. If you are a member of the pay-site here is a video on: DLD BLASTERS
 
I have one question: When ever i stretch my penis, and i put up a little bit more tension, my penis slides away, lack of grip. I tried toilet paper, but after a time it irritates/lets go. Any other alternatives?

Have you tried baby powder? This worked for me great. You can also try a small amount of water with the baby powder, seems to give even better grip. I also have used leather gold gloves and latex surgical gloves...both are great with grip. You may even give dish washing gloves a shot.

I still haven't quite figured these out yet. I understand the RK and can feel the ligs relax, but i still feel more of a lig stretch when i do a normal SO stretch. When I do the blaster stretch i kind of just feel the stretch throughout the shaft. Is this how it supposed to feel? Also, should i be ending the stretch pointing down or straight out? In the video on the site it looks like DLD is pointing down.
