Dld says you should stretch everyday cuz it doesn't interfere with girth training.
 
Yea but wat I'm asking is can I exchange regular stretches for these SRT blasters?....since they work length as well.......wat I'm planning to do is SSJ in the morning, kegal thru the day then SRT blaster at night

So how many sets do you do?.........and cud I do lik 2 sets of stretching and 2 sets of jelqing?.....10minute per set? Then erect stretching in between those 4 sets?

I don't do sets I mainly just go for a set amount of time, usually 30-60 minutes. It would be hard to count reps with this exercise.
 
These woop ass! I don't feel anything familiar during my session, but after I'm certain my all-around ligaments had a good stretching.
Will need to keep practicing to know the ins and out, though I know these have merit. Thanks dld, and could you point me to the feeling I'm aiming for as I train plz( or any brave homies trying these out)

They have so much potential but they are very early in creation. Like any exercise I create it takes time to catch on but this exercise is a real solution to those who can not get in both length and girth work, these train both with superior intensity.

I have noticed that I need to use some of my scrotal skin to become part of my shaft to keep gains coming quickly so I am sure to leave as much slack as possible and as I need more skin I can access it. This transference in skin will not only help guys with Turkey Neck but it will help you turn that skin into skin needed for the shaft. Remember, SRT is transposing and repositioning the body and this exercise certainly embodies that.

Working both Length and Girth it is an amazing exercise. I will have a video up in the next two weeks.

I like to use �naked people movies� as a catalyst for the work but I go with the most innocent martial as possible. As more and more of the internal penis comes forward you will be able to make longer jerks in motion as new penis will appear. 

I like to spend about 45-60 minutes doing these to get the best results. After you can go two directions, go and use the massive temporary gain or slip right into another exercise or the SG, Bathmate etc. Going into the Bathmate directly after for a couple of short sets of 3 minutes in the tube and 3 out seem to seal the deal.

Awesome. And I know I've mentioned this before but a slow squash jelq video would be awesome too. Your drawings and descriptions do a good job but I always like to see video to make sure I have the technique down and things like that.
 
A video of the Size Blasters would be great! I can't really get my head around this exercise.

Like any other exercise a good warm up can be had by simply starting out light and progressively working up to your full potential. This exercise is a blast to do, it brings crazy temporary expansion and length.

I meant warmup as in hot towel/hot shower warm up, like we should do for jelqing, for instance. So, not necessary, then? :)

Yes, those could be a warm up but I think starting out light is just as good. I hate spending time warming up, always have so Ii have always just practiced progressive routines that are gentle and work up to a maximum intensity.
 
i did these for like an hour yesterday edged and did them im pretty sure i waas doing them righg

ill make one as soon as i get vid software for my webcam lol yes it is hard to find , infact ill make like 10 vids 2 of my new personal excersizes i want to show the world

Can't wait! I really wish more guys would use the video server, it was a great expense to instal.
 
I still don't understand why his exercise works on girth. From what I understand you just pull your internal penis out. Where does the girth come from?
