DLD, what should I see and feel on my penis when doing exercise CORRECTLY? BIG engorgement or it is just medium one? Because when I doing them, 90% erect, I feel some dull pain on the CC, but pump isn't that impressive as it written in the exercise description, I want them to do 100% correctly, and I want it so bad, because it's logic that this exercise is master of all exercises.

You should see good expansion and also some elongation since you are working both areas. The dull ache you feel is good, it is the tunica expanding which is very important to both length and girth.

And DLD, can you give me a hint for super grip under glans, my fingers just slip togehter with skin accros the glans, and should I pull my skin back so the head is "naked" or what?

Yes, pull the skin back. You can also use a little bit of baby powder to increase grip potential.

There are a lot of brothers around hte forum that claim they have seen crazy results from this. I have not tried this exercise, though. I don't think there is a video.
 
Yeah, they give me expansion like nothing else. Can't claim that I gained length thru them but that may be attributed to 1.that my volume is too low to get any length gains because I won't throw them in before at least 10 mins of "warm-up"-SSJing (after that I superset them with SSJs) and 2. because I can't really pull with the hand on the glans due to too much pressure created with my hand at the base. If I go full throttle on them with both hands I begin to bleed because the intensity is just too high, so that tells you something about the enormous pressure (=expansion=latest girth gains) this exercise creates.

I too get enormous expansion and elongation from these. And if you can only do one exercise and want to get both girth and length in this is definitely the way to go.

well in this exercise do i have to pull internal penis or get a good grip only ????
 
I've just done this exercise for a few minutes and I've already seen some awesome expansion plus length gains! I do it a little differently though, I push my balls out of the sack and into the abdomen so that I have all the room and I can dig even deeper. I'm going to incorporate this exercise as well in my routine!

Btw, I did get some redness/darkness when doing this exercise, even if it was just for a few minutes. This does go away right after Firegoating and warming down? Still have it a little now but just checking what your experiences are.

We need a good video for this. Alot of guys aren't seeing results and/or do not know how to perform it correctly.
 
Looks like where I'm heading with my routine. Has there been any regular success with this? Right now I'm basically trying to use one hand at the extreme base and pulling it back with the other in an attempt to kinda wedge the sucker out little by little. Perhaps it would be more effective if I continuously tried to wedge it out deeper repeatedly rather than just forcing it into one spot and holding the grip? Maybe a combination of the two? Blargh

as I am not sure if I did it properly either in the past when I had a go at doing it

Not yet but it is slated to be filmed on my next studio session.
 
I had a quick go at these earlier an all that seemed to happen was , I was stretching with one hand under the head outwards and my other hand just felt like I was trying to jelq the inside penis of me out ? is that what its supposed to feel like?
