You gotta picture it as an extreme version of an Uli: You have to constrict your base with full force, that alone gives you a lot of expansion. But on top of that you also push downwards with your constricting hand which increases the expansion enormously while at the same time you grab your glans firmly which will also further the expansion (though you're pulling with it but still: since you have to grab it with force while being erect it'll also produce additional expansion) . The only way this exercise could produce even more expansion would be to concomitantly push inwards with the second hand on the glans (like in a SSJ) but that would counteract the length portion

i just made an improved version of the size blasters !! now i have 3 manual exercises that are extremely potent 2 length 1 width
 
I tried size blasters for the first time yesterday. Like others, I'm still trying to feel my way through this exercise, but it seemed promising. Very intense. I did 30 second holds, constantly trying to dig deeper into the base, however, simultaneously pulling on the glans end was tough. Maybe I had too much erection? I also did my sets with a light cock ring on the base.

Are these to be done every day?

What I can tell you from my experience is that most of the stretching work is conducted by the hand that constricts the base while pushing outwards/downwards whereas the other assists the pull and increases expansion. This is at least my experience and it seems reasonable to me since this exercise is considered to induce an expressive stretch which is always performed by targeting the base of your penis. So my advice would be not to bother too much with the hand that pulls at the glans when focusing on the stretch. I always get a good stretch with the base hand (though I haven't gained length lately but this, I think, is more a matter of overall volume since I mainly use the Blasters as a girth exercise and combine them with several other girth exercises) while the hand on the glans gives me additional expansion and additional stretching force but the main work is done by the base hand.
Also if you have problems to ig deep enough into your fat pad you might consider using the reverse ok grip. As some others here I can grab much deeper this way and get a better stretch.

These Blasters really rock! After I had resumed training last week (had been out of the loop for 2 months due to injury) today was the first time I did the blasters more intense and more often again. The very first rep already immediately boosted my temp expansion like nothing else and also the stretch was amazing! Can't advocate this exercise strong enough, for me it's just the best manual exercise you can do.
 
Are the size blasters typically done everyday? Or is it best to treat it as a "listen to your body" concept?

In the beginning they may be too intense to do daily but you will quickly get used to them and should be able to do them daily after about a week. They are intense so expect some soreness and fatigue after training.

Thanks for the advice there. I was a bit sore after yesterday's workout where I did about 10 holds/pulling/digging for about 30-40 seconds each. Afterwards, I did some dry jelq with cock ring for about 10 minutes. Now, today, I'm a bit sore, but nothing too bad. I'm really hoping that I'm doing the size blasters correctly.

Is there anything you recommend for post workout? like a cool down or warm down?

Listen, if you are feeling that good soreness after working out you are doing the right thing. As far as warming up and down go my favorite thing to use is a heating pad. I just crank it up and wrap my package in it and let it do its work. Before working out it makes the penis so much more malleable and stretchable, after training it is soothing and keeps me expansed and elongated for the entire time.
 
Can I expect some solid gains if im doing only size blasters and kegels or i have to put one or two more exercises?
 
Yea dude I always expected to gain no matter what I was doing as long as it was regulated correctly

The Size Blaster covers both length and girth and can be used as a stand alone routine.

If a plateau happens and persists for more than a week or two it is time to turn up the intensity of the exercises you are doing or change the exercises completely to more powerful exercises. Sometimes a routine change is exactly what is needed to get the gains to come again. Also, some men go for de-conditioning breaks when they hit a plateau, they will take a couple weeks off completely and then come back to the same routine and the gains will start again. If you get to this point just simply post your issues and we will help you get through it.

You wrap your balls in it too? Heat is supposedly really bad for testicular health. Whenever I'm in a hot tub I refer to it as softboiling the eggs.

Well yes but it takes a lot of heat for a long time. If your do 5-10 minutes everyday that won't cause any negative side effects. Of course you can just wrap the penis as well. I refer to a hot tub as the panty dropper.

Mostly the penis in the wrap, the scrotum hangs out of the wrap.
