I've been doing this on and off instinctively since I started PE seriously last year. But what I do as a modification is similar to what Satyr posted, except in sitting position.

Basically I get fully erect, then do a half-OK grip, aka a thumb U-grip at the deep base of ventral side(top side) with the sides of that U shape also constricting the lateral sides(left and right CC sides). I don't do the OK-grip as to not constrict the urethra. Then I grip right below the glans with the other hand and proceed to pull and HOLD for about 30 seconds to a minute, ALL THE WHILE maintaining a deep grip hold with the base hand, and NOT moving it up along with the upward pull of the glans hand, so it's similar to Satyr's upward and backward simultaneous method. Then rest and repeat and belly breathing as much as you can.

And did you also gain length this way? I'm asking because maybe my problem is not the technique but other, more general issues (hardened cord or whatnot). In fact, I feel a relatively good stretch with these. I also felt a good stretch during the last months I performed the Mandingos (about 6 months ago) but actually I had stopped gaining from them even four months earlier. The last time I gained in length is almost a year ago. Seems like I hit a plateau lengthwise after gaining 0.8 inches. though I've to say that I don't make real efforts to gain there since more girth is still my main goal. But It would be nice to incorporate length stimulation in my girth workouts. That's why I was fascinated by the SRT size blasters in the first place.

Have you taken any good deconditioning breaks?

I'd say so, yea. Like I said, I stopped doing Mandingos 6 months ago and had limited myself to pure girth work for more than 3 months before I incorporated the SRT size blasters into my regime in late May. These give me good expansion and it also feels like a good stretch (if I do it the way I described, preferably with a reverse Ok grip>thumb towards fat pad) but I haven't gained anything in length.
 
A good decon will be at least a week where you do no type of PE at all and give your penis complete rest.

I gained about half an inch in length in a few months from various kegel exercises, including my version of size blasters. But keep in mind my workouts are usually no more than an hour at a time and done usually at least 5-6 days a week, meaning I could do a lot more and could gain a lot more. Currently I'm searching for the best feel-good stretching exercises to add to my routine, I've tested a few out and the only thing I like so far is the SRT/Newbie stretches, because most stretching exercises are uncomfortable to me and unenjoyable, and they waste my arousal. If you have any recommendations for good and comfortable stretching exercises, please share.

I forgot to include that I also hold a Reverse Kegel while doing my version of the Size Blasters
 
I was messing around with these today. I was digging for ligament gold. Still not sure if I am doing these correctly or not. Is this on the members (video) site to get a idea. The last few pages in this thread have been very helpful. Just unsure of my technique.

I'm afraid I'm not the one to give thorough advice on stretching techniques because everything I've gained in length I did with minimal effort (way less than you). That means that I've gained about 0,4" just by classic jelqing (which I primarily did to gain girth) and the other 0,4" solely with the __________ stretch which I liked very much because it allowed to do some length work while sitting on the couch and watching tv. so this was the only pure length workout I had so far. I almost never did any isolated specifically length-oriented workouts.
Aside from the Mandingos - from which I gained over a time span of about 3 months before growth stopped though I performed them 3 or 4 months longer - I played around a bit with the V and the A stretch and perceived both as very powerful (especially the V stretch), though you have to be a bit careful when putting pressure on your penis from the top since your nerve might be affected (experienced a sharp pain once on such an occasion>shaded Sam reported similar). Otherwise, of course, the btc and generally all downward stretches (esp. done bundled)

That is always a smart move especially with this exercise as it works both length and girth.

TBH I hold a RK for almost every rep of any exercise. It has made my base much thicker, and my base used to be thinner than shaft.

The DLD Blaster technique works with almost every exercise, so glad you have realized this, it will bring gains that much quicker.
 
You can always feel your penis give a little when you RK and go just a bit further. Seeing my size fully stretched like that makes me eager for the changes in EL

My base almost doubled in girth from RK or DLD blaster in just a few months. As I practiced it, it eventually became a norm for everything because I felt the need potential to build it. But my focus now is length and gathering any info I can

That is awesome! I can see how hungry you are to gain and your efforts are seen throughout the forum, you will accomplish your goals with such inspiration!
 
Does it matter the placement of the pulling hand? Better to pull from below the glans, middle-shaft, or near base above base hand?

I work as close to the base as possible, I want to take advantage of every bit of internal penis that is exposed, this is where the gains are.
