I've been doing this on and off instinctively since I started PE seriously last year. But what I do as a modification is similar to what Satyr posted, except in sitting position.
Basically I get fully erect, then do a half-OK grip, aka a thumb U-grip at the deep base of ventral side(top side) with the sides of that U shape also constricting the lateral sides(left and right CC sides). I don't do the OK-grip as to not constrict the urethra. Then I grip right below the glans with the other hand and proceed to pull and HOLD for about 30 seconds to a minute, ALL THE WHILE maintaining a deep grip hold with the base hand, and NOT moving it up along with the upward pull of the glans hand, so it's similar to Satyr's upward and backward simultaneous method. Then rest and repeat and belly breathing as much as you can.
