to add to this: this is why I pefer to use an reverse ok grip (as advised by someone - Asa or Jakb - in this thread). This way you can grab much deeper into the tissue since your thumb and index finger together are much stronger than your pinky in coop with the heel.

I've never been able to get a good grip doing these. I'll see if I can do them reverse gripped. Thanks for the tip.

I agree again, a reverse grip will gather more penis internally with a better grip.
 
Should we hold the pull or make small pulls in increments? I usually dig deep in base with one hand and then pull base out for 30 seconds with other hand

I make constant small incremental adjustments to further expose inner penis and effectively stretch it. I don't really time it, I go for as long as I can before I need a rest.

Favorite has been the same for a while, the BathMate for 5 minutes followed by the SlowSquashJelq for 5 minutes and repeat as many times as I can. I save the Size Blaster for night time use if I am going to masturbate, I require 20 minutes of Size Blasters before I get off...a reward if you will.

You should hold a Kegel or RK anywhere between 9-30 or more seconds or whatever you can that feels good while in the BM for even more gains than you already have.

I Kegel in every girth exercise and Reverse Kegel in all stretching.
 
I just tried these amid my constricted session. I took off the cockring and got a badass grip at base,stretched great for like three seconds. But as I came in and stretched with free hand I felt pain shoot up throughout the middle (I suspect it was my Cs giving). Do you think I'm better off dedicating a whole session to blasters only?

They are a young exercise but the few that are using them are seeing grey expansion and elongation. With any new exercise I create it takes some time before it catches on and become mainstream. These can be done in a routine alone and the user will realize dual gains in length nd girth. I would say a solid routine would be about 30 minutes.

Glad you are going to try. For someone who has little time for training doing these will cover both length and girth in one session. They cost nothing to do and they brings incredible expansion and elongation.
 
Is there a video on how to do this bcuz I don't think I'm completely clear on how to do it........I understand that when ur penis is erect grip the base an sink ur hand deep in ur pubic bone while the other hand grips below the head and it pulling forward.....but in a later post I see ur saying somthin abt strokes.....so I was wondering if there was a more detailed explanation u cud give me or a video to show me how to do it

It is on our video list to shoot. Right now we are working to get all other videos up that have been shot already. This video should be up within a month.
