technical tweak - though, as usual, hard to describe in words -is simple and goes like this: perform the exercise in a standing position. go through the technical protocol as described above (i.e. get hard, dig, grip base and glans, pull). Now bend forward your upper body. In this position you should basically pull downwards (angle the upper body should have in relation to the ground varies according to the erection angle of your penis). Additionally to the pulling force applied downwards you now want to push backwards with your base-hand, so that you pull downwards and backwards at the same time. This way you can add more pulling force even when your base-hand begins to slip up the shaft.
I hope this description is understandable. If you perform it on your own you'll instinctively know or feel where the additional force is coming from. It might help to picture that you will use not only the fingers of your hand but also the palm of your hand (more precisely: the area near your thumb) to make it work as a lever by bending your wrist and pushing your palm against the erect penis which thus functions as resistance point.
It's the first time I feel stretched really well after the SRT size blasters.
