technical tweak - though, as usual, hard to describe in words -is simple and goes like this: perform the exercise in a standing position. go through the technical protocol as described above (i.e. get hard, dig, grip base and glans, pull). Now bend forward your upper body. In this position you should basically pull downwards (angle the upper body should have in relation to the ground varies according to the erection angle of your penis). Additionally to the pulling force applied downwards you now want to push backwards with your base-hand, so that you pull downwards and backwards at the same time. This way you can add more pulling force even when your base-hand begins to slip up the shaft.

I hope this description is understandable. If you perform it on your own you'll instinctively know or feel where the additional force is coming from. It might help to picture that you will use not only the fingers of your hand but also the palm of your hand (more precisely: the area near your thumb) to make it work as a lever by bending your wrist and pushing your palm against the erect penis which thus functions as resistance point.

It's the first time I feel stretched really well after the SRT size blasters.

I think I've been getting it right. Are you suppose to imagine you are pulling your inner penis out or should you physically see it come out? Also which way should I tug? I've been doing just pulling hard and straight out but does it matter if I pull up or down?

Both, visualize it and with strong visualization and intensity the physical internal penis is exposed.

So get 100% erect use one hand to dig into the penis as much as possible under the pubic bone then use the other hand to stretch everything out for as long as possible,then if erection subsides get erect again and start again?

Yes and also change hands every minute or so to keep expressing more penis and more. It is a process of exposing inner penis and jelqing and stretching it as close to the base as possible.

It is a great stretch largely because you are erect when doing it and in addition it is very expressive. This will help cementing gains and also bring new external gains through the expressive nature of the stretch.
 
What does the hand at the base do apart from digging depper? Does it squezze and/or stretch?
 
I must say that this exercise still works only as girth blaster for me (but this it does brilliantly). There's absolutely no way that any inner penis comes out in my case. When erect my hand on the glans just does minor pulling work (no chance, that I get a really good grip here), while the base hand has to do this job. And that only works when I use the reverse Ok grip and thus manage to get under a certein ligament at the base (don't know if it's the lig susp). But after about 20 or 30 secs my base hand will slip above these lig. and the stretching effect dampens additionally. either way: I haven't gained anything in length from this while it does give damn good expansion.

Have you tried doing this laying down with your erection pointed downward? This help me get much more inner penis and with the erection pointing downward it is very easy to stretch. If you slip simply regrip and keep going.
 
You mean laying on my back with my erection pointing towards my feet?
 
How long should this exercise be done on a daily basis? Until the base area/inner penis feels tired/sore?

Would it be helpful to do this twice a day but for shorter periods so the penis can rest in between? Or better to go all out on one session daily?

I spend about an hour doing it in the evening but you could go twice a day. If you experience too much fatigue dial it down a bit.
 
Ive been this exercise combinded with SSJ'S before i do the SSJ ill use my other hand to pull forward then when my hands gets to sore ill remove it and begin the SSJ
 
Will be trying my stretches with this method from now on. I already try to work on the deep ligs as much as I can. Let's see if this helps.

I was thinking on this exercise yesterday and I wanted to put it forth as a good exercise to complete both girth and length work as it works both with equal intensity. For men who have little time to train it would make sense that they use this exercise to make their goals.
 
I found it hard to keep a good grip for long with my weak hand pushing down on my internal penis. Maybe it's time to grab some pliers haha.
