Thanks again for your willingness to share your success with us. I just checked out your thread and to see you gained 1.5" permanent girth in 2 months is supreme. I will be switching my routine over as of tonight.

I just have three questions, if you have time to answer.

1. How often did you jelq? You said you would do 11 or 12 sets of 6 minutes. Do you jelq in between sets or were most of your gains just from pumping doing many short sets?

2. Did you start out doing 11 or 12 six minute sets or did you gradually build up? Ex. started with 5 five minute sets and worked your way up each night?

3. You said you gained .75" length in two months. That's amazing. I'd kill for .75" length in 6 months. Were the length gains entirely from pumping, or did you do length exercises as well? And if so, what length exercises did you do?

I'm sorry for bombarding you with all these questions, but to be honest, you seem to know exactly what the fuck you're doing. When I first got my Bathmate, I read your post and from the information/inspiration of you saying it's an amazing tool and you gained 1.75" in ten months alone, I gained .5" girth in a month. Now that I read your routine thread, it's clear you have put much thought into not only your workout but the concept of Penis Enlargement. So I am grateful for any information you can give me!

Sounds like something I will try. I have built up some "tolerance" to the Bathmate now so I will be doing more intense things like you said.
 
I tried the set method and it seems to be working wonders, I've broken my past limit of 160 and moved into 165-170 territory on my fourth set.

I did four, six minute sets.

I plan on doing 4 x 6 for the rest of the week and then I'll try 5 x 6 next week and so on.

There are quite a few people that have had success with it.

I just have three questions, if you have time to answer. Sure.

1. How often did you jelq? I jelq after each Bathmate session and after each length session. About 15 minutes of jelqing. You said you would do 11 or 12 sets of 6 minutes. Most of the time I did about 6X6 minutes. I found that the fluid build-up was just too much if I went much longer than 36 minutes. Do you jelq in between sets or were most of your gains just from pumping doing many short sets? No, I don't jelq in between sets, just after I'm done. My biggest gains came with those short sets. I would do two to four 36 minutes sessions per day. So, there were a few days when I was jelqing probably one hour per day.

2. Did you start out doing 11 or 12 six minute sets or did you gradually build up? Ex. started with 5 five minute sets and worked your way up each night? I started off pretty fast. I did not really build up slowly and I do not recommend this to anyone. It was what I figured my body could handle and it seems to have worked.

3. You said you gained .75" length in two months. That's amazing. I'd kill for .75" length in 6 months. Were the length gains entirely from pumping, or did you do length exercises as well? And if so, what length exercises did you do? At that point, my gains in length came from the Bathmate. I later gained a bit more from what I call: "DLD Blasters with a twist". I have discovered this over the last year. I don't think taking a day or two off each week will slow down your gains and it may even speed them up. Each person is unique, keep experimenting.

Hey Dan.

Some good news. I stopped using Bathmate months ago because I am focusing on length and I was told pumping can lead to fibrosis of the dorsal ligament, which hurts length gains. So just to be safe, I'm cutting out pumping for now. Also, with pumping, it hurt to wear an extender because of the recovery. But the other day I measured and I was at 5.85, which was pretty much where I sat while I was pumping (got to 6 but it would shrink if I missed one day). So that's good!

But I wanted to ask you a question. You've gained so much girth from Bathmate. Is your penis soft when it is erect or is it still very tight and firm? I read pumping can lead to soft erections but I'm wondering if over time it just legitimately grows instead of getting puffy?

Don't get me wrong, I love Bathmate and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants girth, and I have, but I just want to keep length and girth separate for now.
Once I plateau in length gains from manual stretching, I will move to hanging, then pumping for length.
So I have nothing against pumps and can't wait to use mine again, just wanted to know if Dan's gains are puffy at all or just more penis inside.
