Hi Dan!, that's insane that you gained over an inch of girth in only 10 months. I thought those type of gains would take someone years to achieve so that got me hyped. I'm interested in seeing your progress thread. From what I read on this post it seems like your girth workout consisted of multiple 20 min. Bathmate sessions and jelqs before you switched to one 30 min. session. Right now I'm using the Herc and pack it after 20 min. but I wouldn't mind getting the Bathmate maximus when it comes out.

Your routine is similar to mine Dan. Just to inform you of where I'm at right now here's some info. I've been doing pe everyday since January 2nd for new years resolutions and I'm really trying to stay consistent by doing pe 7 days a week. Right now I'm doing 1-2 20 min. Bathmate sessions a day with 10 min. clamping afterward. Then I put on a velcro cable tie which I use as a cock ring to heal in the girth state, I also may edge for 10-20 min. with the cable tie on tight. Like you I also do regular and reverse kegels in the Bathmate as hard as I can and also a kegel to failure for good measure.

Before girth I do an intense set of LM bundled stretching just to stay loose. I'm also trying to work in the SG with VLC for a few hours after a stretching set so I can heal in the lengthened state for a boost in length gains. But I haven't really used the SG that much yet. I've decided to focus more heavily on girth and erect work. Because I'm only at 5.1'' girth right now but pretty satisfied with my over 7'' length.

It's interesting that you did 2-4 Bathmate sets before but now say that only one 30 min. set is better. I would assume more time spent in the Bathmate equals to bigger gains. My plan is to do lots of 15 min. sets per day to keep my penis on it's toes. This is because I mainly want to gain girth, and I heard you can also gain a bit of length with girth work.

I want to work up to 6 sets x 15 minutes. Maybe 3 sets earlier in the day and 3 sets later. As well as adding more erect work such as more clamping sets and edging. Hopefully this intense girth focused routine will get me similar results as you. I also want to make a progress thread soon, I'll maybe even make one tonight while doing a Bathmate session. I'll also check out your progress thread and comment on it. :)

Also just want to mention that a cable clamp makes for a very good cock ring for after girth work. Put one on and clamp it all the way, use it for edging when you feel the urge and it's really intense. Another thing is instead of doing 15 min. x 4 sets in the Bathmate. You can do 20 min. x 3 sets just to reduce the sets and do the same amount of time if your lazy like me. :)

Hi truant! Good to hear from you. You and me both are very surprised by what kind of results I got. I know its highly unusual and I feel very blessed to have achieved it.

I have switched back and forth from 6X6 minutes sets to 20 minutes sets over the months. I don't that it really makes that much difference. It seems to me like the body responds better when you switch things around from time to time to shock and confuse it. Sort of like the muscle confusion principle in body-building. I also think each person is unique in some ways as far as how their body responds. The key I feel is just keep experimenting. Yes, I would say more time in the Bathmate is likely better although there are days when I intuitively know its time to take a day off. Good to see you're doing kegals in the Bathmate. I consider those one of the most important contributors in growth, IF your body can tolerate them, some people are not able to tolerate them in the Bathmate.

Sounds like you've got a good routine going there. The consistency is one of the main keys. It has to become part of your daily life-situation to Penis Enlargement, like eating. Its something you just do regardless.

thanks dan, its going pretty well, im doing stretches like evry side for 30 seconds followed by four five sets of twisted tunica __________ stretche and __________ stretches too. then i do a Bathmate session of 20 mins in morning.

evening im doing same stretches then followed by a series of 5 minutes sets with a minute break in between.

cock feels awesome atm.

one bad thing tho, how do you prevent this turtle/turkey neck effect, and is it permanent, because it dont look good.

any ideas and is this Bathmate routine set up good?

Sounds good karmi. I would say keep experimenting with longer sets in the Bathmate as well. Keep experimenting and you'll find things that particularly work well for you.
Regarding turkey neck, I have no experience dealing with that, but you can find lots of into on how to deal with it here on MOS.

Good question. In my experience, just with masturbation, the only effect I noticed was that I had less 'drive'. It reduces the edge you feel and the drive during a session, but other than that I noticed no difference. For me, the constant kegals in the BateMate quickly restore the sex drive and within one day I feel that intense drive coming back. I have not made love with anyone for nearly two years so I'm the wrong person to answer the sex questions :))

So are you doing some fast wet jelqs of like 1 sec (you would make about a thousand wet jelqs in 20 min then), or more some 2-3 seconds dry jels (tighter, being more erect, and harder more lik a Uli type-Jelq like) ? Or are you basically just mixing both maybe ?

After I read your former post (maxing X-40) that motivated me so much, I'm now trying to make 6 x 5 min sessions at noon + 1 session of 10 min at night to start with (then I'll try to increase the nb sets, durations, etc..)

If one day, my privacy time allows it (big issue for me), I might try to make 6 sessions of 6 sets of 6 minutes (4 hours of work) eventually to see how big that could go :D

I just go for about 15 to 20 minutes and the length depends on how the fluid level is looking. The less fluid, the less time jelqing. Yes, I would say they average about 1 second each. These are light jelqs with about 25% erection. I'm mostly aiming to reduce fluid and increase circulation.

Do you think the 6 x 6 mins sets may be a little dangerous, in bursting veins etc? I don't feel they've been dangerous for me. Part of the reason for this I feel is that for the last 30 plus years I've been supplementing with as much as 5grams per day of vitamin C. The vitamin C has made all the veins, and supporting structures extremely strong.

The gains will come regardless of how many sets a person does or time per day. I feel its about being consistent. When I first started, my theory was to put the tunica under as much tension each day as I could in order to get max expansion in the shortest time. I still feel its a good theory, but a person must balance that with listening to their own bodies signals as to when they ease up and take breaks.

My personal feeling is about 8 weeks. After that, I still feel it would be wise to do at least two Bathmate sessions per week ongoing if possible. You're welcome!

I do not believe in hard and fast rules on when and how to mix girth and length work. Follow your intuition and you'll come up with things that work well for you.
