MHydromax, I have been doing 10 minutes of 2-3 second jelqs after the 6x6 minute Bathmate sessions like you did.
 
Whats your intensity/pressure like when you do your sets? Do you pump 100% the entire set? Work your way up or medium intensity?

Since I enter flaccid and use a wrap, I go light intensity at first. I start with 5 minutes just to get up to decent size. Then, pull out, put the wrap on and re-enter. At that point I keep increasing the vacuum over about 3 minutes (re-pump about once per minute) until I get to maximum. At that point I just keep re-pumping about every two to three minutes throughout the session.

I believe you said on another thread that you experimented with the Bathmate by using the longer sets as adviced by Bathmate 15-20 minutes with non impressive results and FR, and then you used the 6 min set! my question is, how long did you experiment with the longer sets?

Yes, I did experiment with the longer sets in the first couple of months of starting the Bathmate. I just did not get very good expansion at that time. I think I tried them for 3 or 4 days and then went back to the short sets. I was just looking at my log book and it was about the end of June last year that I switched to 20 to 30 minutes sets because this time when I tried them, the results were VERY good! I've been using them steady since that time. The difference might have been the kegels. That is a variable that makes a massive difference. The second time I tried the longer sets, I was well into kegels and discovering the huge difference they made.

Hi Dan, im strugglng with gains atm. I've made a 1/8'' gain MSEG in 6 weeks. Should i introduce kegals into my Bathmate workouts and how long do you hold each kegal???

My advice would to start the kegels, but make sure you do it slowly. You might start by doing 20 to 50 of them in your first session. They are very intense. If you start slowly you'll give your body a chance to begin getting used to them. There are some people who seem to have a tough time tolerating them as well, so starting slowly is a good precaution. I rarely do holds with kegels. I instead just do repetitions like I'm lifting weights. I just keep bouncing the tube up, letting it down. I usually sit upright because that works better for me. I will do 20 to 40 kegels per minute. Just experiment and see what you like.

Hi

One thing which i believe you may be over looking is the fact that you are sitting when doing the Bathmate routines, sitting forces more blood into the penis and creates a great pressure for girth work, i bet if you stood up, you would get better length gains, and less girth gains.
 
Hi Dick_Slinger, that is a very astute observation and in fact, I had overlooked it! Its very good to keep in mind. For me because of where I have to use the Bathmate its not practical to stand. If it were practical (in other people's circumstances) you are right, guys could likely benefit in length gains this way. The other limiting factor for me at this point is that I'm just maxed out so bad on girth that I don't think it will pull anymore penis into the tube. I've got the first 6.5" completely maxed top, sides and bottom.

hi all been battlin with the Bathmate for 2weeks now was stuck at 170 for what felt like forever past two days fought hard 3mil away from 180 be nice to hit it now i see what settin goals does for ya. also just got x4extender starting to feel the pleasure of the good tug will try some of the wraps thanks for the info

Kegeling while pumped inside the Bathmate helps increase girth or erection strength?
 
No question from my experience it does both AND much more. Kegeling in the Bathmate has helped me in many different ways: Better erections, better girth sessions, increased head size, increased testosterone, increased hair growth, better overall health. I wish I had been doing it for the last 30 years!

Yes, it works extremely well just to sit and do moderate effort kegels. Just keep bouncing the tube. I throw a few harder ones in, but most of mine are just moderate. You find over the months you get a LOT stronger just like with regular weight training. You're welcome Mike. That is the part I like most about this forum is people helping people!

Just keep in mind that you are TRAINING and think of it like going to the gym. The gains are happening each time, but you won't notice it because you're used to seeing yourself. Wait for someone ELSE to see it and you will be surprised at how THEY react.
