Yeah, I likely did karmi. I'm not familiar with the term "turtle neck". I've always heard the retention under the head called a "donut". Check this thread here. I found something that works real well to get fluid retention to a minimum and build head size fast. Red and Mike helped to to discover this and they are the ones that deserve the credit.

Bathmate is the girth tool. Period. This combined with a cable clamp. And ssj (cable clamp is cheap as fuck and ssj is a manual exercise) can give incredible gains. Well you can see my gains in my signature. What you cant see is e fact that i have hold back on my girth gains. Even though im not at my goal yet. Why you may ask? The more girth. The bigger part for stretching (havent hitted my lenght goal yet)

I looked at dan clizer when he was pretty much a noob who was experimenting with his Bathmate.

You want his secret? Consistancy and experimentation.

I can inform you that i have been doing extreme tugging to the point of my arms exhausting. And thhe only thibg i have ever seen of side effects from Bathmate is the fluid build up (donut ring) which goes away quiet fast again. (less than a day usually) and if you want to avoid that just make a proper warmup. And do a couple of 5 mins easy sessions with the Bathmate. First. And you will be over it.

The Bathmate is the supreme core tool for fast girth.

My theory of girth work:

Bathmate: sucking it out with vacuum. Warming it up really good. And is good for long workouts (you put it on and watch tv)

If you had to count how many kegels a day do you do?
Also, if you didnt do any kegels do you think you would suffer lower EQ due to increased girth?
Have you suffered any EQ issues since gaining girth?
and how much length gains have you gained with the SG extender? and in how many months?.

No problem Mr. Slinger, we are all here to support each other. I really appreciate it most of the time when people ask questions especially when you can tell they've done their homework as far as research and application goes.

I would say probably about 800 kegels per day. About 40 per minute X 20 minutes. Yes, if I did not do kegels, I feel erection quality would be worse. There are days (probably about two out of ten days) when I double that figure because I've done two sessions, so more like 1600. The kegels are to me like adding a super charger to an engine, they just flat out produce in LOTS of ways.

I have had some erection issues, yes. They are getting better though in just the last week or so, I've been waking up throughout the night now with erections. I feel most of it has been two things: 1- it took time for my body to learn how to fill all the extra space in the CC's and CS. 2- there has been lots of fatigue because of just how hard I've pushed it the last year.

I have not gotten my modification on the SG done yet. So, not up and running with that. I still have to find a couple of attachments for my son's Dremel tool before I can finish it and get started, hopefully in less than a month. I will keep you posted on that.

I have developed a new excercise which aims to produce gains found in priapism, and it includes a lot of kegels to it. Check it out, and let me know what you think, it will help in EQ , Girth, and length.

step 1 Get an erection without touching your penis, step 2 then use kegels to strengthen the penis in increments of 3-5 second holds and relaxing for 3-5 seconds, so as not to over exghaust the pc muscle. step 3, When the penis begins to lose hardness, jerk off the glans till the penis is super hard again, e.g 10 secs, then repeat steps 2-3. I would do this for 1 hour.
 
Once a stage 2 erection is achieved which is exhibited as a rock hard erection, one can stop kegeling, and just periodically stimulate the erection, at the base, pubic bone, sides, and glans, along with stimulating at the testes.

No, it really isn't. I worked up to it kind of gradually and I don't put out maximum muscle contraction. I just keep the Bathmate swinging up and down on a good pace throughout the session. Just the weight of the water and the X-40 is a fair workout, but my pelvic floor muscles are never burning with fatigue. I usually work up a slight sweat. Thanks I'll take a look at the website.

Cool! I wonder how much longer it can get :) Just in the few weeks I've been using the Bathmate I noticed slightly more slack in my skin. (I'm also circumcised)
 
Well......my impression is quite a bit longer. I've been at it for almost a year now and I've not hardly scratched the surface of what could be done with this tool. Its incredible how effective it is when combined with manual work. I think you'll be very pleased if you stick with it week in and week out. Jelqs help as well when you're trying to gain length on the skin and they are a great supplement to the Bathmate.
