And I seriously made it through the second month cycle. I can't believe how good squeezes have been to me. I'm probably going to keep them for the year long thing for cementing. Right after jelqs and before the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]
bathmate[/words] and a brief edging session. I'm looking forward to getting into that. A simpler twice a day routine that figures to take up less than 2 hours a day. I'm sure you can imagine that nearly 4 hours a day is a bit draining.
No slip ups, and good expansion. I took a pic of my flaccid after I finished today, and I really have to appreciate the obvious hugeness after this routine. My nbp flaccid is about 5 standing, when my fat pad really douches it up and is way more an obstruction than any other angle. Seriously though, when I post the pic you guys will clearly see how beat up and huge it looks by days end.
I'm officially starting a diet on Monday aimed at eating better and more consistently to help my metabolism. I have been eating for the sake of delicious rather than survival and
weight loss. So I'm going to change that. I figure I'm almost down to the sub ohm range of e cigs (8 mg dose down from 24 in about 2 months) and I did start up with some basic exercise. Next logical step is start eating better.
So step 1 is eating on a more routine schedule. It's not uncommon for me to skip meals and pig out late in the day, so I'm going to start getting those habits going. Literally just an apple to start the day, a salad for lunch, and a deli sandwich half the time for dinner. The other half I'll have what I'd usually have for dinner, which is usually something grandiose and delicious, which is nice, but stupid to do every day with fat being a high priority for me.
Step 2 is start weening off of caffeine, particularly soda, because it's literally just a nightmare on calories. Kinda built a dependancy that I'm going to have to break away from exactly like with nicotine. I literally get extremely irritable in the same fashion as cigarettes if I don't have it, so I plan to start making time restrictions on it which will be tightened up more over time. For now, past 8 and subbing in a cup of coffee should be a good start.
And step 3 is just follow through. I'm not sure how I will respond to a rapid cut down of caffeine so I'm going to be reasonable with myself. I'm also going to have to get back into my
weight loss exercises full force next week. I think I'm probably conditioned well enough to handle that routine and then some. I also really need to find a missing pin for my treadmill. I need to stop procrastinating because I know the cardio would be a massive help in dropping the excess, and ultimately raising my nbpel measurements. Isn't it nice how that all ties together?
