More of the same. Good this and that. No muck ups. Guess I dehydrated myself on the treadmill after the second hour because I have a thirst headache to address. Working on that with some power aid zero because it's good shit. Just doing my kegels and heading to bed. I'd say more but it would just echo yesterday but no sex. So I guess that's all for today.

Great update! So glad you did not lose a post. I lost half of the posts I made yesterday due to a database error. Twice the work today :(

That's balls. You guys sure there was none of that hacker crap going on? I'd love to help but my PC knowledge only grew to the hardware and removal of malicious software level. Databases are beyond me.

Crushed it on all levels. Wednesday is always a bitch with this schedule and I really had no issues. My eq was lower than yesterday but it was still great. Skipping kegels for my first drink in a few months. I'll try and do some extra tomorrow. May or may not do fitness tomorrow. Depends on hangover status. That's all for today.

Horrible hangover. Not even the vomit kind. My head just felt like soup all day. Totally skipped kegeling again but I did all my work pretty easily actually. My eq was absurdly good for how I felt all day. My expansion was also right up there with the best days. Pleasantly surprised with how well it went today.

So I'm going to try and catch up with kegels the next few days and get right back in with working out. I have taken my time building myself back up to a condition where I can actually handle some intensity and the rest of the month will just be to further that agenda Starting on the second I'm going to be going full bore with weight loss. Great progress so far, but the hard part is coming up soon.

Blew my last session pretty badly. Guess 5 days was the limit. I only have a little more than a week to go and I have gotten better but I expected to have it down to a completely voluntary reflex. A little unrealistic I'm sure but no nuts in 5 days and that much edging in the routine definitely is a good improvement.

After the blown session I did about 5 hours of kegels. Just trying to make up lost time. Had a big dinner, and did what I could to work it off. Still bloated but I feel like I have done enough to merit the excess on Christmas. And I'm definitely going for a more aggressive approach next month with diet and exercise. Should be real good.

Still horny as hell, so I just did like you suggested before, and resumed session a few minutes later. I was getting sick expansion, and came a second time XD! You've been doing kegels a lot right? I swear those things are magic.

I think for me I'm just kinda tired of edging. Months on end, hours a day, and the gains haven't been good enough to really justify the mental drain. Shit is kinda hurting the sex life. Es no bueno.
 
I never got how you could edge so much bro my boner gets tired after forty five minutes training. During this I edge a good bit, and kegel as much as I can before my PC gets semi-tired. If I wait about four hours my PC gets a little better, and all the fluid is gone which lets me do another shorter session. It needs be shorter because of all the expansion (the more expansion I receive the tougher it is to have more because it reduces my internal pressure :))

Well with edging the theory is the hormones produced should be beneficial to pe in general. So with that in mind adding a ring to create the excess pressure should be a great exercise, and it has been in the past. I'm just porned out and tired of spending so much time on it when I basically have what I want and just have some fat in the way. And I usually go all out on strength training when I do shit, which really isn't a big help for the fat pad.

So now it's basically drop down to as bare bones as I can and then build up my strength later with the whole protein murder diet later. Need to get thin. Feels like the other way around is backwards for what I'm after.
 
I think there's a cutoff for hormones because they're stored up type of thing like adrenaline. You can do strength training, and eat certain foods like egg to help produce more test. I know edging drains me pretty quick, and that might be I don't have as much 'passion' as you do XD, or I got adhd. The days when I can feel the hormones im just primed since I wake up, and pretty much know whether ill have a good routine or no

Yea, no. Edging is fun once in a while. Just to push the [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] issue as far as you can. What I've been doing is feeling way too much like a job. Kegels have been a life saver for me. I really don't need to be into it at all to get where I need to be.

Another well done day with no complaints. I have a week left of training with edging. After that I'm going for squeezes in the morning and jelqs at night. Fitness wise I'm just going to keep trying to cut calories and add work. The calories I haven't done great with yet, but the training hasn't skipped a beat. Just looking to continue the trend of improving what I can.

Usually we never lose any data, I am not sure what was happening this time. The base was fixed fast enough but I guess the 6 hour backup was at it's end and crashed before the next back up so we ended up losing about 6-12 hours of loss. Things are obviously on track now that I see you are at 7 days till the big day! SO excited for your results!

Yea. It's kinda hard to deny all the pluses I've been seeing aside from just looking better. I feel light and generally more energetic. And my eq has been just literally as good as ten years aga, or better. Another few months like this and I should be in respectable shape, and then I can start looking at some of those hobbies you kinda let die when you turn into a beefalo. That's way down the road though.

Yea, I am really just finishing strong because I promised myself I would. Trying to use things like this to boost my faith in myself. Just constantly finish things even when I really don't care to. Confidence building I guess.

77 days of straight up grind. It's been tough too. I was hoping to realistically see a quarter inch for my minimum eg from a starting point of 5.4. The rest of the shaft generally just comes right along with it. I really can't wait to move on to the less intense years worth of cementing and taking any gains as a bonus. Especially with the new focus on weight loss and then strength training later. So close to the first finish line it's crazy.


Thanks for the encouraging words guys. Kinda wiped out and been a little discouraged just because it's hard right now. It's getting easier though, and after this week it will be even more so.

Full on routine and perfectly successful. Have not reached ponr in a few days and the impact plus kegels and exercise is kinda absurd. I think if I could stay that hard all the time I'd have gains like crazy. Regardless, I'm going for no slips for the whole week for this final week. I've gotten a lot of lessons in avoiding slips that I apparently forgot but I have them back and I don't think anymore slips should really be necessary. Unless I just get overwhelming and unfamiliar sensations, but right now my shit gets harder than it was getting on Viagra a few months back. Zero exaggeration. Pretty sweet.

But yea, everything was good, and I'm about ready to crash. Got a busy day tomorrow so I'd be wise to do that up asap. Really haven't had a lot of time or energy for coming around lately. Kinda burned myself out in November, then got way into cardio, and then holiday season and life. I feel like I should be around more often, especially since this [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Goliath[/words] actually kinda does kick ass now that I have it down. Kinda makes me want more length. :p

But that's enough observation and complaining. I'm out. I'll be busy as a ball sack on Venus all day tomorrow.

This was an internal issue so there was no outside hacking. It is pretty difficult to hack us as the hacker would need to hit 3 servers, all in separate locations with security and firewalls that lead to more and more twists and turns to get to the data. Even if the data is breached, which is very unlikely, we will never lose more than 6 hours. I see other forums go down and lose days worth of data and they have no safety net in process and it really hurts them. Last time T's place went down they lost 2 weeks worth of posts, this killed their forum and they will never get back to where they were. Loosing 2 weeks worth of activity is a death sentence for a forum.

Thanks for reading. I've found it really helpful so far as just keeping myself motivated. Really feel pretty good about keeping a log for this type of work. It's not the most effective I've seen, but it has made it's mark. Honestly though, it's time to kinda settle up because I've got a few pics now that might scare an average girl away.

Another day of success. Did 2 hours straight of the treadmill, which is the most I've been able to handle in a while. Had to battle for the last 15 minutes but I did what I set out to do. Other than that, fantastic eq, good expansion, and just really good sessions. I'm feeling like getting through to 7 days without a mistake is entirely achievable. That's going to be the biggest thing for me. I feel like having no ejaculations is extremely beneficial for pe. At least on the girth side.

I failed to get through the last Wednesday in my awkward schedule without a slip. Happened right as I was going into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]. Temperature difference surprised me but I went ahead with that session anyway. skipped the mid day to recover and just finished my night routine, which I had great eq for. So not the best day but still pretty solid.

Exercise went fine, but I've been refraining from anything but cardio out of laziness. I was kinda thinking I might be wise to rest a little before the amped up version of that routine starts next week. My arms are actually faring really well considering all I've been doing is push ups. Gonna keep on with that next month. Just doing a lot more sets.

Tomorrow I'm going to take it pretty easy. Have plans I don't want to be worn out for and I'm not sure if I'm going to be looking at a hangover on new years. Going to definitely hydrate way better so I stand a better chance. But there's no telling how I'll feel Friday. Knowing me, I'll be fine and do the whole usual routine. Really depends though.

Can't really finish strong if I don't have my tools for the routine. So I'm going to measure tomorrow and start with cementing and maintenance tomorrow, sans [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]. For that I'm just going to do a half hour of high erection ring supported slow jelqs twice a day. When I get my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Goliath[/words] replaced I'll just throw it in every night for one session.

But yea, [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] kinda ripped off on me and I definitely wasn't going at it vicious or anything. Pretty much, eh, about it. Defects happen here and there right? Guess I'll use the replacement lightly for a warm down kind of role. Hopefully that doesn't take too long.

Probably going to hit the treadmill a little bit, but I'm going to just take it easy otherwise. Tomorrow I want to start going at it pretty hard for a solid 4 week period and see where it gets me. I've lost a lot of weight, and picked up some energy and strength. I know I didn't reach my target for girth, but I always have rings, so honestly, fuck it. Really, the measurement tomorrow is most likely going to confirm that my last increase was a stubborn temp gain. One thing is definitely still true. Kegels should be in everyone's life. My eq has been great, and I would imagine it can still get better. Kinda thinking maybe I should just run with an insane amount of kegels daily and see where it goes. Such a great little exercise.

Also should note, but this wasn't free. I have a hard knotted up lump around the foreskin fold I have to hope will dissipate with jelqs. Actually kinda hurts when I do jelq, but I have been a little bold with the rings and I am going to have to deal with the repercussions. Aside from that, I also have a pretty good itch going on pretty constantly from using a ring pretty tightly all day. And all of that is just for gains that could fade really easy if I don't maintain them for a long while.

I've also dealt with water retention, lymph fluid build up, heavy discoloration, and a slew of pains and discomforts that I'm going to say I doubt most guys would envy. Edging that much is literally depressing. The potential for injury has been high. I just wanted to do what I could in 3 months. I don't recommend my approach, and I certainly can't say you couldn't get an injury easily. I am just a little reckless and a bit indifferent to my personal well being. Everything at a price.

That said it did what I wanted it to. I can treat discoloration, and break up the lump, and heal the itch. So in the long run, it was worth it for me. What I should have done is keep up with jelqs the whole time to avoid the lump, and used more variation on where I put the ring around the testicles, because that's where the itch is. Really like the results with rings. They have never let me down. Over the next year I wouldn't be surprised at all to beat the 6 inch goal on my way to cementing. Just with an hour a day.

I am feeling annoying though. Enough of this thread.

I bought like 8 different rings trying to find something better and pretty much everything stretches out over time and becomes ineffective. This one will always get as tight as I want it. Well my motivation fell into the toilet. I've been really lazy and tired for whatever reason. Meanwhile all I'm considering doing is working out and getting myself on track physically. Not even depressed or anything. Just wiped out and unmotivated.

Usually when I get here I have to analyze until I literally figure it out. All I can think is maybe I clipped my testosterone because I haven't exactly been oppositional to climax lately. And I think maybe I kinda thrive on having a legitimate routine. So I'm going to make one and I'm going to to set a deadline. Not having one I think makes everything seem like it will never end.

So another 12 weeks at least of a daily maintenance routine. The aforementioned half hour of edging with a ring and jelqing with a ring. Avoiding climax as a mainstay. And then 15 minutes of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] whenever it's available when bathing. That is basically all I feel like is necessary pe wise, other than getting back to hours of kegels throughout the day to the point where it's an afterthought, except for days when sex is imminent.

Fitness wise, I need to put a ton of effort into cardio, meaning 2 to 4 hours a day, and a whole lot of the basics like push ups, sit ups and squats on a 2 on/1 off basis. 10 reps mixed in with the cardio. Switching more to zero calorie drinks and making a point of eating light meals for dinner at least 3 times a week. I should be able to use my usual soda at a rate of about half a liter a day and everything else will be a good improvement on my current diet.

And that should all be covered in a weekly update. The more you do, the better the results, as long as you don't hurt yourself or do so much you faint, which is a damn hard zone to reach. Talking 14 hours on the treadmill a week at least, but as long as my legs don't randomly give out and I stay hydrated it's nothing more than a massive fat buster.

So far as that for fitness, that's what I want to do for 4 weeks and see where I'm at. At a certain point the focus will go from loss to strength gains. Depending on how I take to the work and the diet, could be sooner than later, especially with how much I've already lost. Not like I have much better to do anyway.

Just an update because life went upside down, but I'm doing extremely well weight loss wise, but really am going very light with pe. I don't really care to get into specifics but the shit hit the fan and I am going to be cleaning that up for months at least. Super depressed and shit but I'm not going to spew. Hope all is going well with your guys stuff but I know how shitty I can get when I get low. I am going to get help with that though, so I'm sure it will work out eventually.

Generalized update; I've continued losing weight at a pretty nice pace and my fat pad is less than an inch for the first time in Idk how long. I'm definitely going to keep working on that until there's basically none left. As it is now it's eye popping compared to how it was. It's freaking great.

Basically trying a fasting routine to get things in check due to a lack of time from bs. I've actually managed to go 3 days and it's really not hard after a while. Still trying to get in cardio when I can, but honestly the risque method of dieting works pretty well. Don't worry either, I actually read up on it and there's a lot of studies to support a variety of fasting diets. Like I said, when I do something, I do it all the way.

But yea, my life is still pretty much crap right now. It's nice to see so much more nbpel. That's been a long time coming. Still getting in kegels when I can too. My eq is easily the best it ever has been.

I generally want to avoid imposing on the brotherhood with my dumb dramatic ass. Other than that, just plowing through bull shit lately. Life and it's cycles right?
 
Longth by fasting routine you mean you didnt eat now for 3 days ?
DO you go full fasting, just water, or do you do like juices and fruit ?

Im happy to hear about ur fat pad progress, it has massive potential for nbpel.
 
Well I still drink whatever is handy really, but I have gone up to 4 days without eating and there's basically no way my current body weight is being supported. Kinda hoping I can get back to my classic weight of 170 and maybe beat it for the first time as an adult. 140 to 180 is apparently the target range for my height since I'm not very muscular. So I think 155-160 is pretty good to start building up a healthy version of the weight I've been. Who knows how much toxic crap is trapped in my fat.

Pretty much wanted to do a reset, and my fat pad should be virtually a non factor after that step. Already looks huge again and I'm kinda loving it. My fat was kinda hanging out when I slept on my side and it's finally becoming a non factor too. Progress on progress. Tired of what I allowed to become my status quo. Soon I'm going to actually have what I want and I can stop worrying about it.

Surprisingly easy to fast though. Thought I'd get sick but I'm fine. I might be the type to actually make it through the crazy sounding 2 week phases. Those apparently can give you 10 pounds of loss per sitting. Don't know if that will be called for, but it's an option.

Life is still a hole, still trying to climb. Bla bla bla etc etc. Gotta get out sooner or later.
 
How is your breath during the fasts ?
I find people who fast tend to have pretty bad breath, they know it, and its stresfull for them in their jobs etc.
Brushing teeth several times a day doesnt help, as the smell goes right "from the stomach" up.

I fast for months at a time when I do it and I have never experienced bad breath from that. I think when fasting drinking a lot of water is very important to keeping the body clean inside. When I fast I judge my health by urine color, if it is dark I continue to fast, if it is consistently clean and clear I will back off the fast and start to slowly include food into my diet. It was the fastest way to lose weight for me (with the exception of mania).
 
My breath is pretty easy to make accommodations for with mints, mouthwash, and minty flavored ecig juice. Kinda getting into a habit of just maintaining a mint style breath constantly. Pretty nice after years of tobacco breath.

I don't think I would emotionally survive months without food though. After a few days I drool over ramen noodles and carrots. And god forbid there's a cheeseburger around. I actually get teary eyed and get a big sad lump in my throat.

Forgot to mention, I also recently started omega 3 use. I tried to find the purest kind I could but I'll take suggestions for sure if any of you guys know of anything particularly good. So far my mood does actually seem more stable and my mind seems to be working much more efficiently from idea to idea. Seems like good shit. My life sucks shit right now but I'm pretty ok. And not that synthetic ok you get from antidepressants. Like I'm not overreacting. Think I might have found what I've been looking for in a solution for my mood disorder.

If my life ever settles back down I'm going to come back and light it up with a jelqing routine with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] and see what happens. Wish I had more time right now but it is what it is. I'll keep checking in. You guys are cool just for checking up. :)

Months fast you mean months with zero calories intake ? (meaning only water, not even water with lemon).
WHat I personally do is intermitten fasting, I fast daily for 16hrs and eat in the rest. This can be mainteined year-round and works nicely with my schedule.
