With the ring on it adds about .3 to each and after my routine it's about .5 more. So right now my minimum is 5.9 during sex. I'm going to go ahead and not be disappointed at all because it is clearly very large. My plan is a bit clearer after taking a few pictures which I'll share in a bit. The thing is big. I can't hate on it anymore. My block hands and fat pad can suck it.

And I found out my ok grip is closer to 6.3 or so. Thumbs are a little odd so I guess it's less than it should be. Still, beating that should make the same true for 99% of women. I'll write more later. I got things to do.

I'm not going to bitch about being too big for that huge ass thing. I actually kinda find it funny. I'm just worried the bastard is finally going to break the skin or something. Now is really not the time.

Anyway, those are the only 2 pics other than the post routine flaccid pic that really reveal anything. You can probably tell my hands are annoying sized bed that I'm at least starting to look less like a fat bastard. That's all for now. More later when I do the daily update.

The objective is to press on with kegels and weight loss, get some fat pad to die off, have beast eq, more girth, maybe some coincidental length, and good consistency. I am not 100% ready for the fitness routine to be that extensive, but I think I can be up to it by week 11. Going to try anyway.

Today was good. Good expansion blah blah barf. I've all but figured out how my year long cementing and tilt correction is going to work. Should be a cake walk on the pe end. Fitness is going to become a bigger deal for me and it's overdue. I'm going to build up to a lot of work scattered throughout the day. And then start using the weighted this and that when I need more of a challenge. Once I have some shape I'll probably start lifting again. It'll be nice, because I'm not in a rush with that and I kinda enjoy watching the weight build up.

Not really much else I can think of right now, but it's late and I'm tired. Probably swing through the popular forum areas and crash. And it's time to start another count down.

Hey Longth, I have a question for you. I just read the thread "tell us your gains!!!" and in that thread you mentioned how you gained in what I believe were two separate periods. My question is can you tell me more about how you believe cementing works and what I would have to do to cement? The reason I ask is because I was about 1 inch longer after hanging for 6 months last year, but after stopping I am now back down to my original size. Thanks man!

I really don't know. In the past all I could really attribute to cementing well was pretty much just edging. More recently I cemented girth while training length for several months just by transitioning the routine and then keeping up [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] while I was training length. Honestly don't know why I didn't lose some length of late unless kegels and edging were enough.

So I guess edging. I guess it makes a little sense since it is an extremely hormonal process if you do it for hours. I really never expected the gains to fade either. So there could be some mentality effecting reality stuff there, or I could just be lucky. Truly should have never completely stopped if I'd been smart though.

Could have, should have, would have makes no difference in the NOW. You made great gains and now you are armed with better understandings to increase these gains.

I'm feeling good about my prowess with [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] and control again lately. Very rarely blowing sessions and my eq has been very good. The toughest time is right after the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] sessions but I feel like they're a good help with making the expansion last forever. I definitely do get a lot out of squeezes, edging, and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words], so I hope to see this last heavy month be more productive than the last.

I have started kinda rolling my squeezes downward once the erection hits 80% or so. I'm kinda looking to just get some extra beef in there with a bend kind of thing. Or maybe I'll try out templnites suggestion with twisting the squeezes. Shit, why not both? It would all go towards more expansion at least in one area. I always [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] after so it won't get that deformed looking. [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] really seems to be the equalizer so far as gaining as uniform as possible. Aside from everything else it's great for.

Speaking of which, the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] bite is reaching new extremes and the marks are lasting longer. I'm going to need to sport some vasoline for the time being because that shit hurts when I pull out lately. I have to go super slow when I hit the release and I have to kinda slowly let the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] peel off of me. What a problem to have. My base girth is the shit.

I'm hoping the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] people come through for me and get me a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Goliath[/words] sooner than later. I never expected to need that monster when I started with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Hercules[/words] over a year ago. That thing seemed huge when I started with it. Then I got bites and upgraded but felt like the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x40[/words] was too big. Here I am less than a year later saying the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x40[/words] is honestly too small for me. What a world.

Anyway, that's enough rambling for today. Wrapping up kegels and exercise in a few and then bed. Back at it tomorrow.

Tough day. Not unusual for the 3rd day of heavy work in a row each week. Eq was tough to control for the 3rd session. Which really sucked because I shanked the shit out of my second session. So I did 15 squeezes, 30 minutes edging, [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words], and another 30 minutes edging just to have to squeeze at the end of that. Plus my eq was wonky, so I had inconsistent expansion. All I can say is I did the work. Wednesday is a bitch with this set up.

LIGHTNING has informed me that I will be receiving a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Goliath[/words], which is great news because I am in serious need of that breathing room. Can't wait to try it out. Plus I have the vac u vin to throw on it so I'm probably going to get a beast pump going with this. I checked out the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] site for kicks and saw they've added a few things since I last looked. Like the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x40[/words] maxx and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x20[/words]. Thought that was pretty cool, making a pump for the smaller end of the spectrum. Also saw they have some rings. Those I might be curious about. Has anyone tried them?

I'm doing a shitty job with starting my diet. It's literally just laziness and I really like fat food way too much. Just need to get into a routine, just like everything else. Literally need to just bite the bullet. It's a conservative plan to just eat better half the time and cut the crap with soda, which I have cut down on a bit. I have to do this. Tired of mediocre being the best way to describe my physique. And it's been forever since I have had it any other way.

That's all for today. Better job with diet plan tomorrow. Better execution on my routine. Find the stupid pin for my treadmill. Live a happier smarter day than yesterday.

60th Consecutive

Totally normal light day. 5 squeezes, 15 minutes edging, 15 minutes [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words], twice a day. If you're keeping up you probably know these days are intense on kegeling and fitness. Almost done with the 4 hours of kegels and many sets of simple exercises. Followed through on the diet today. Including the limited soda intake. So that's good.

FedEx was a little off apparently. It is bound to be delivered tomorrow though. And it's a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Goliath[/words]. And I need it bad. Really wish I'd been smarter with the sleeve because the pain gets tougher to deal with daily. Fortunately I will finally get to stop worrying about it. And with no time to spare. I'm finally getting some leaks in pressure when I reach a certain intensity that I can't seem to beat. It's at a point of ridiculous pressure, but that's kinda what I'm after. Tomorrow is the day. This freaking [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x40[/words] has been a trooper. Gonna have to make it into a trophy.

So I'm already pretty close to the end of the hard stuff for week 9. This approach works for me. Every week feels short despite the fact that it's over 3 hours 5 days a week and another 4 on light days. I spend 1 out of every 8 minutes doing active pe. And then another 14 hours of kegels. Not a light hearted approach, but usually worth it. Just got to get another 3 weeks and 3 days and then see what I got. This is going to be another fine and gainful month.

That's all for now. Wrapping up kegels and fitness. Then sleeping. Or watching TV. Who knows.

The thing gave me my best expansion yet, and it wasn't brutally agonizing like the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x40[/words] had gotten. I was surprised because I felt like I could have gone a lot farther with the pressure and been good. I think I'm going to use it stock for a while and see if the expansion is routinely that good. I will have to figure out how to get the wine vac on it otherwise. There any solutions for that around here?

Or maybe I shouldn't know. My expansion is seriously great today.

Got the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Goliath[/words] today, just in time for my first session. The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] doesn't allow as much suction per pump, but I do get good pressure going on after 2 or 3 pumps. Biggest gripe, really need to watch my balls with this sucker. I thought I was clear both times but I apparently was not. That's user error though. The only design flaw I see is the valve seems to leave a little air in the tube. So I can't quite get to [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x40[/words] pressure, but my expansion was excellent nonetheless.

Still got [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] bites oddly enough. Nowhere near as bad as what the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x40[/words] was doing, and only for the second set. Guessing that's just cumulative expansion taking it's toll. My expansion really was exceptional today, and I can thank the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Goliath[/words] and fantastic eq for that. Kegels are really getting me where I want to go eq wise. Wasn't until the last session that I finally noticed a dip, and it really was nothing compared to recent weeks.

Other than that, trying a few exercises for the off days from kegels and fitness. Trying everything I can find regardless of dumbness to burn off the fat pad explicitly during days off. Bicycle kicks and some other weird thing I don't know how to describe mostly for now. I'm also going to be starting up the treadmill tomorrow. The pin I need is gone so that's no longer a viable excuse. I am going to have to get creative and fix it up somehow.

Today was my other day in my every other day diet plan. Had a single instead of a double though. And the soda reduction has continued as planned. None after 8 PM, which is apparently about my half way mark. Tomorrow is going to be a cheat sort of, but it's not the worst thing to go from every day to every third day right? I am going to do every other from that point on though. And hopefully between that, the soda reduction, and adding in cardio, I should see some even better results than I already have. There's much to be done. Best start doing it.

The wine vac is really easy to make. If you can't find the directions, just let me know if you need a hand. My advice is to make the adapter and don't attach it, but rather use it just as you need to pull pressure with the pump. Does that make sense? You stick the wine stopper in the adapter, stick the stopper in the wine vac then hold the adapter end, that you heated and molded to form a flange type thing, and hold it lightly against the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] valve and without pressing it too hard against the valve, you pull the wine vac and get more pressure. It's good to have a towel around because you are pulling water out as well. And as soon as you break the seal between the wine vac and the stopper, water will come out. Good luck.

I'm betting there's some YouTube videos for this. I think I get what you're saying. How do you heat the adapter you just mould it so it can encapsulate the valve I'm assuming? I was kinda thinking about going for a hand pump style mod with a more easily moldable rubber material. Maybe some kind of sticky silicone and a thick'ish tube I can just slip the adapter on or in. Shouldn't be too hard as long as I can keep it from blocking the pressure release.

Either that or an adapter to widen the adapter. Same premise. Just not sure where to start or what I should be looking for exactly.

All of that shit sounds convoluted. All you need is a 2" piece of 3/8" vinyl tubing a cup of hot water and your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]. I stole mine from my local hardware store, which i kinda feel bad about, but not really cuz I stood around for like 20 min waiting for someone to come cut a section off for me. When no one came, I just pulled out my pocked knife and sliced off a section.

Do you man. I just know what works for me. Kinda sounds like you got your own ideas about how you wanna do it. If I find the thread I'll bump it, or I'll just make my own.

Very simply go down to a hardware store, (Home Depot, Lowes, etc.) and get about 6 inches of 3/4" clear semi rigid tubing. You will not need that much but now you have it if you make a mistake.
Put about and inch of water in a microwave safe measuring cup (Pyrex) and nuke it until it just boils. Put the end of the tubing into the hot water and wait about 30 seconds.
Now the fun part, the heated tubing will be very soft and pliable so take care here. Take your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] without comfort ring and stand vertical on the counter with room to work. You are going to start at
about a 15 degree angle and push the tubing down and over the air release valve on top of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words]. It needs to go down until it rests about 1/16" above the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] plastic housing. That is so you can push down and release the vacuum slowly.
If you get it down and in place on the first try, AWESOME. If not let it cool then pop it off and reheat and try again. Once you get it down and into place let it sit for a few hours to cool and allow the tubing to form to it's new shape.
Congrats, the hard part is done. Now to fit your "wine cork" to the tubing. You will only need about an 1/8 inch gap between the vacuum stopper and the top of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] release valve so trim it down and you are done.

Start off without the stopper and use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] exactly like you have been but when you are ready for more simply press the stopper into place, put the vacuum pump on the end and hang on for the ride.
It's going to be INTENSE the first time you try it but once you do you'll never go back to the gator only pull.
Once you are ready to stop simply grasp the tubing at the upper edge of the release valve and press down.

Now BEWARE! The extra pull is amazing but keep your sessions fairly short, say a 5 minute max, until you know how your body is going to react. I'd also suggest you try a few trial runs to make sure everything works properly before your first regular session. Incase you put the tubing too close to the housing and don't get a fairly quick release, squeeze the tubing just above the valve and roll your fingers forward. That will pull the tubing up and push the valve out the bottom to create more clearance or to take the tubing off altogether.

We all know this but "Use at your own risk"....

So this is what I based my shit off of. Go to page 11 of the wine vac thread for this quick demo and then almost at the bottom of the page are pics of the adapter or no adapter. The no adapter way didn't work for me, so I just stuck it out and made the adapter. Honestly, it's the easiest and most simple mod you can do.

It's definitely different from the other models. Even the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] is designed different. I expected it to be like the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Hercules[/words] but it's really not at all. Works pretty nice though huh?

62nd Consecutive

Expansion wasn't as good today but I let myself go at the end of the first session thinking I'd be fine the rest of the day. Also kinda ate too much for dinner. Guess that's an oh well about now. Wasn't even that good, just hate wasting food. I did start using the treadmill today. So I can at least say I'm working on getting things done. Plus my soda intake is still down from the usual. I know I wasn't gaining weight how I was going. So adding in the cardio should at least keep things progressive.

Finding it hard to keep my balls from getting sucked in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Goliath[/words]. I obviously don't take up as much length wise, but I definitely take a lot girth wise. Pretty sweet.

You can also just strap your nuts back with one of your cring don't ya think? btw I have been more proactive about timing my meals/have smaller ones, and have noticed an improvement in energy. I don't believe my eq has changed so its for the better to rely more on my natural fuel than stuffing my face with anything I can . Sometimes I just eat because, and that's totally unnecessary plus I ain't sixteen anymore the love handles are starting to show XD. Here's to a fuel efficient body

Yea. I really need to get to consistent diet land. It kinda sucks because my body is kinda rigged to give me an endorphin high off the one big pig out I call dinner. So not doing that literally hits me with a wave of sadness. It's really annoying and it was really irresponsible on my part to allow the mental wiring set up like that. I'm trying to ride the fitness high but it's really not the same. Plus the caffeine reduction and cigarette quitting it's all a lot of basic turmoil before life even gets involved.

Good thing pe is there and the mirror is getting kinder. I'm basically outright denying myself some major constants that seriously need the alterations. Strange days indeed.

EDIT: It actually occurred to me last night I should probably try a ring for separation. Definitely on my list of things to try today.
 
Yeah I was never a big eater, but I guess you're a connoisseur of smoking on munchpacks. I don't think you're obese though, so its possible to shed all that weight in half a year of intense gym. I mean intense though like no compromise, gushing swet(leaving whole gym drenched), and making everybody around you uneasy.

Light/maintenance for pe today. 5 squeezes, 15 minutes edging, 15 minutes [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Goliath[/words], twice. Did stick with my diet and did all the exercise I set out to do. My pelvic floor is actually pretty close to cleared up of fat, and the fat pad is also clearly getting better from just kegels for a while there. I'm obviously expecting the results to accelerate with the additional work. Especially the cardio.

Expansion seemed a little lax this morning, but normal again at night. Might just have been sex last night. I try to make it an endurance challenge type of thing and not even finish, but I always seem to get lost after about 15 minutes. I used to be better about that. That's just one more thing to work on. Shouldn't complain, but I am not at my peak with too many things and it's time to reclaim some shit.

More on topic, I am planning on making my middle routine only 5 squeezes in hopes that is the balance I need to have the best eq possible for my last session each day. I'd like to think this will be the last change I'll feel the need to make. Other than bumping [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Goliath[/words] sessions to 20 minutes starting tomorrow. Now that the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] isn't chomping at my bits I think it should be pretty easy to handle. I also think I've got the testicle snag solved too. Just kinda angle the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Goliath[/words] forward a little and it seems to keep it from happening.

I'm going to keep doing cardio every day for at least a half hour. I've also got some alternative work for days off from kegels that should probably hit the pelvic area. Going to build up the fitness routine pretty frequently until I have my ideal workout, and from there it will be adding a weighted vest. Then adding weight to that weighted vest until I have 60 pounds on me all day. I'm going to get this fat pad and this gut and I'm going to like the way I look.

I guarantee it.

Well, I did everything I set out to do. Expanded my wang and all that. Eq waned toward the end as per usual. Got on the treadmill and worked on the fat pad a little. Trying to get to bed now so that's it for today.

Freaking rough day. Literally did not sleep last night. Had a lot of shit to deal with today. But I got it all done. Including the weight loss routine. Didn't slip an inch at all either, but my eq was amazing. And I got the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Goliath[/words] ball bite to fuck off. Figured out I needed to have it centered and higher on the pelvis. Now the 20 minutes per session is only tough because of expansion and some water retention. Going to see if that fades as usual. Doesn't seem particularly special or bad.

I am definitely seeing excellent expansion each day, and still using the all day ring with a light wrap is still giving me a great flaccid. The fat pad is slow to fade but I feel safe saying it is fading. Fat is leaving. Things are tightening back up. The process of having a semblance of health is returning. Things are moving in the right direction. Just need to keep up the no quit attitude and I'll be back to form in no time. Going to try and bump up the work load tomorrow, but after today, I'm really not sure I can handle it. Might need some extra sleep. I'll have to see how I feel.

I feel you on the fat pad, I am seeing the same thing, it is fading more and more as this fat comes off my body. I am actually feeling pretty good about it now but I know there is still much work to do.

I hope yet get better rest tonight, lack of sleep can really fuck up your mojo.

Just got to sweat it all out and burn it all off. I've been annoyingly busy and have barely had time to do anything other than work and pe/weight loss so far this week. Gotta form the habit regardless of life.

Managed the full extent of the routine again. My eq was great all day in spite of letting myself go at the end of the second routine. Really felt like I needed the release I guess. So that's different for me and a definite improvement. Expansion in the usual ranges today. Still beating the ok after my work. Can't ask for much more than that.

Other than that I guess nothing new. Just going to kegel and crash.

Light day went fine pe wise. I wasn't really thrilled with my expansion with my second routine. Might have waited too long between sets. Who knows. Other than that I did an hour of cardio with 5 sets of my chosen exercises. Got difficult near the end but I got it done. Also still working on the last bit of kegels for the day. It all takes a lot of time to get it all done but it's bound to be worth it to be rid of the fat pad, have a strong PC muscle, and actually be in shape. Should get easier right?

The valve slipped for no obvious reason on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Goliath[/words] during my last minute today. I also tried out the rings to keep the balls from getting bit. Felt a little less snippy. I think tomorrow I'm going to try using a ring on the shaft and see if that has any impact. Something is going to make it cozy. Just have to figure out what.

I'm stepping down to a 3mg dose of nicotine in my e cig use. So that's about it for a while. I'm going to stay with that until my use falls off and then probably just use it when I get stressed or something. I'm glad that's finally more of a sub issue. I've been trying for years. It's about damn time.

Started late but it all went well. Took the day off kegel wise and only did an hour on the treadmill today. Haven't done great diet wise but for the most part I have at least done better than usual. I've got some flavored seltzer water to start trying to drink tomorrow just because soda is an empty calorie hell hole. My e cig use is down to 3 mg starting tomorrow morning. So, for the most part, I've stayed on track, although I've been much busier than usual, and the weight loss stuff is adding spent time to an already pretty full schedule this past week.

My eq is, again, obviously improving. It's taking a lot less time to get back up after each rep, and my erections are generally obviously harder. I think I'm in a pretty good place, eq wise, to really get the most out of a jelqing routine complimented by the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Goliath[/words]. I've got 2 pretty good thoughts on how to go about a year long routine and I think it's going to depend on the measurements. I think I might be OK with maybe just going for 2 sessions with 30 minutes jelqing and 15-20 minutes [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Goliath[/words] as long as I've made a little progress to get me closer to a 6" girth minimum. Let's say 5.75 or more gets the straight jelqing treatment. Anything less gets squeezes is the morning and jelqs at night.

Other than that, getting a little better at setting up the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Goliath[/words] to avoid the nut biting, and my gut is diminishing steadily. I'm goinag to bed though. Long day tomorrow.

Did everything good today. [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Goliath[/words] for 20 minutes per session, no slips whatsoever, which is becoming a trend for me, all the fitness I set out to do, and the kegels, always with the kegels. I only have 10 more days like this one left, so the hard part is almost over.

My expansion and eq were as good as ever. I'm wondering how much higher the eq can go. And the smooth muscle legitimately bulks up and gives everything this mean kind of look. I'll have to set some intermediate goals for that. Maybe just completing a set time frame at a certain intensity. Figuring on doing that with weight loss and all that next month anyway. This is a build up period so far as that goes.

Going to start supplementing with a multivitamin. Nothing special, just store brand crap with a broad spectrum. probably going to split them in half and take one before breakfast and another before dinner. Just to at least give my body a chance at absorbing a meaningful amount of all that.

Guess that's it today. Tomorrow is easy on the pe, heavy on the body and kegels. Might be the first 2 hour day on the treadmill. That'll be the goal anyway. As long as I don't pass out.

When you say the smooth muscle bulks up are you talking about the part just beyond the fatpad? It takes muscle to pee. Not much, obviously, but it's enough to work on at least a little bit.

2 hours of cardio, 6 sets of basic exercises, 2 sets of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] after 5 reps of squeezes, 4 hours of kegels, and light days are honestly anything but at this point. Things are coming along pretty well too. The weight loss is apparent, the fat pad is still fading, the eq is great, and the expansion is good. Only have 2 more weeks to go at this rate pe wise. Feeling pretty good all the way around. My metabolism has also increased noticeably. My appetite has been high, and I'm being smart about avoiding overeating.

That's about it for today. Just doing a little cardio tomorrow and my usual pe routine. Really need the rest as far as I can tell. Gotta love muscle confusion right? That and 0 calorie drinks.
