Day 1
36th Consecutive

Good day today. Good expansion, good break from kegels, [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] holding up. So far so good. I'm not even sore after yesterday fitness wise. So I'm thinking I'll just work it into my kegels like a have been on light days and see how that goes. I like 5 days a week for stuff like that as well. So I'll give it a week like that and see if I want to progress if that quickly into a heavier routine in that department. A little surprised about the lack of soreness, but shit, I'll take it.

I don't think I lost anything by taking a maintenance day, which is cool, and my flaccid is obviously plumper, as well as the usual length boost from the CRandtowel wrap to keep the glans exposed. plenty of the signs we look for that indicate gains are coming. Much moreso than with what I was doing last month. My guess is those doc Johnson rings just weren't cutting it for the kind of expansion I look for. Stupid Oxballs discontinuing the perfect ring.

That'll do, watching the game and chilling before bed. 20 days til measuring.

Another solid day without complications. A little bit of pain but nothing unfamiliar or threatening. Expansion eventually bested yesterday during the last edging session. Kinda in a groove with this routine. Very draining but seems worth a shot for a while.

Starting on fitness training 5 days a week now. Doing that all mixed with kegels like I did last week, just 5 times a week and only 3 sets 3 out of 5 days. See how I hold up to that before I start doing all full days. Odds are it'll be fine and I can start the march back to decent shape during the winter, which is usually my time to get fatter and lazier, but since I'm on heavy pe and kegels anyway, might as well.

I've been away from smoking regularly for over a month. I'm down from 24 mg fluid to 12 mg and getting close to going down to 10. Probably one more week. The goal is down to 3 mg by years end and starting with sub ohm vaping and cloud chasing, which I find particularly cathartic. And I'm getting away from cigs during a stressful time with this routine and now exercise. I'm going to take that as an accomplishment.

Good news on the smoking, I am proud of you. I too have been vaping and have gotten myself to about 5 cigarette a day. I think I need to move up in nicotine to see a greater reduction in cigarettes. But, I am very proud of myself too for dropping a pack a day habit.

I've gotten to the point where cigarettes seem kinda lame compared to the stuff I'm using for vaping. It's an aspire cf vv 1600 mah battery which looks awesome and feels more like a cigar in hand. Now that I'm used to it cigarettes feel puny and wimpy. The juice I get actually tastes good too, so it's a nice win win. Cigarettes taste like a chemical plant after using this a while.

It's literally saving me about 250 a month and it's nowhere near as bad for you. I want to keep going until I get to cloud chasing and just use that when I get anxious eventually. Smoked for 15 freaking years and tried everything else. Guess I just needed cigarettes themselves to evolve.
 
Nothing massages the lungs quite like cowboy killers bruh :/ jk I haven't smoked more than ten cigs in about three months. I would feel accomplished but its not as tough to lay off when I saw dramatic increase in eq

I guess my eq wasn't affected. I saw no difference until I started with tons of kegels. Now it's getting to the point where a minute to get up seems like a lot.

Cigs are worthless. They pollute like crazy, the butts ruin the soil, the smoke ruins your body and the money spent ruins your bank account. Shit, the act of smoking is like quietly admitting you're kinda fine with killing yourself a little, and that guilt is cumulative, so it fucks with your soul too.

I don't think it should be illegal to smoke them. I think it should be illegal to MAKE them. Nobody would ever start if they weren't right there at every damn corner store. It's not like crack where you get all these efforts you could enjoy. It's literally an invitation where corporations literally steal willpower and get young people to burn money.

Meanwhile I'd be better off not caring.

38th Consecutive

Woke up late, so I finished late. Pretty much went as planned today up until the last 2 reps of squeezes. It was at that point where I had a battle royale with my PC muscle which culminated in an uphill battle in getting my eq stable again to finish the damn set. I don't care what anyone says about ejaculating not affecting gains, because I've seen it take away expansion more than once, including tonight.

Other than that nothing new really. Just kegels a little exercise and crashing. Tomorrow is a light day, so I will only have 2 sessions that won't have squeezes, but I'll have a lot of kegels and exercise instead. I still tend to see improvement on these days. So here's to hoping that trend continues.

18 days to measurements.
 
True story about ejaculating it happened me today as well. Don't matter I still had to come hard in the evening like ejaculating crack, and regained my work. When you have your light days bruh, do you think you loose much of your expansion from the heavy day? I don't like taking any kind of break otherwise temp expansion declines too much.

Not really. The light days are still 2 hours of work and it would probably be a decent routine on it's own. Usually see progress on them. It's just light enough to get me through the next 2 days until the maintenance routine on Sundays. Those days are just bundles and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] twice. Just enough to keep up what I have it seems.

I've had all kinds of lumps and bumps along the way. Never had anything linger overnight except for one time where I popped something. Shit was scary as hell. Looked like my dick got whacked with a hammer. Bruised and swolen. I took one day off and decided as long as I still get wood it's fine. Was gone in 2 days.

I think I retain well because I constantly use a ring. Not even loosely so much anymore. Just tight enough so there's no pain day and night. I don't have any amazing pe genes that help me grow other than maybe a lack of squeamishness and a knack for reckless abandon. Can't recommend the latter but the former gets to be crucial if you're trying to literally deform your tunica so it's girthier.
 
Yeah that's a broken capillary I've had a few small ones. I would use a ring, but I think this would inhibit my lymphatic ducts to siphon away fluid retention properly. Your scrotum never gets cold from the rings bruhs? What diameter is it (the ring)?
 
It's adjustable. If you use it around the entire scrotum it should be fine to use all the time. Seems to block the main out for blood and I haven't had problems with fluid retention lymphatic or otherwise. No coldness or numbness. Just always a bit farther than it would be otherwise.
 
That's why I was looking at the horseshoe because the main ( dorsal vein) is blocked while leaving some breathing space for the vas. Do you know anything about them?

I go by pain and numbness or cold. Obviously avoiding them. But for the most part my dick isn't abstructed. Kinda gets pulled into the balls a bit around the base so everything but that main blood escape vein is clear. I didn't arrange that on purpose. Just a little luck. Seemed to help in the past. Seems like it's doing what I need it to now.

Middling light day. Still had expansion that beat the ok grip but not by much. That in mind that's actually massive and I expect to be shy of the heavy days on the light ones. So odds are I will see improvement tomorrow just because even these days are what many might consider a full routine.

Third straight day of surrounding kegels with a basic fitness routine. Light days bare the 4 hour kegel training so I got in 6 sets today, and while I'm not sore yet, I'm not going to be surprised if I am come tomorrow morning. The sets got a little challenging near the end. Haven't really been since the first day last week. Hoping I can keep stacking more work next week. As long as I'm right after my rest from kegels and exercise tomorrow I'm pretty sure I'm going to. Seems like I'm seeing some minor benefits already, but I am ready to make this a regular facet of my life. Tired of the cycle of loss and gain.

Doing battle with a head cold I caught from someone. Did my routine in full without much of a problem though. I did notice a puffed out something during edging, but I had the ring on way too tight. I did my last set afterwards without any negative side effects. Expansion was normal, but not really improved. Might just be the cold being a prick, but Idk.

Was my scheduled day from kegels and exercise at least, so I didn't need to power through that crap tonight, but I am pretty beat. About to crash and sleep a long while. Hopefully I'll wake up in better shape.

Rough day for me. Unstable eq and both of my early sessions were screwed up. I'm just going to use [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] again tonight and try some edging for a while. Doesn't look like it's going to work today. I must just be dealing with being sick. Guess it's hitting my eq just enough to make today suck.

The other possibility is I'm overtraining still... Somehow. I don't know. But I have 2 more weeks planned like this so I'll try and see it through and make adjustments as necessary in a few weeks. I have seen great temporary expansion from this, with a lovely boost to flaccid, so if I can make it work I want to. Today is just a stinker.

And just to get back to normal faster, taking the night off from exercise, but still plan to kegel. Those are light enough I'd think, and I'm still noticing pelvic fat burning off slowly but surely. The sooner I can kill the fat pad the better. Just need a minute to wipe out a cold and I'll get back to the usual workload on Monday.

Both, constantly. Both are the hardest part, followed by teetering on the edge without slipping. The mental part has been hard lately. Shit it's all been hard lately. Scraping consecutive days together with a one day at a time mentality but I get that fuck it feeling a lot going like this. BUT, when I do burst sprinting training like this I can make a jump faster and then cement with what's comparatively nothing.

I'm doing one more month of the rigorous shit after the next measurement and starting a basic jelq [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] routine after that's over. One year twice a day [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] and 30 minutes jelqs. Maybe I will try another few months somewhere in there, but the jelqs and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] routine sounds like cake. If nothing else I'll correct my tilt.

6 more weeks, then next year will be the year of the jelq.
 
Jelqing is fun partly because you can do it whenever, but you need to be real gorgy to make the best of it. I been getting better at pushing the edge, but this is because of the constant kegeling through training. I start getting close, and be kegeling rapid fire then clench down (this provides control, and much engorgment which I use with bends, or whatever). After the training my PC is usually all warm, and tender (feels good:blush:)

Update

Not quite as good expansion wise but pretty close. Definitely better than a totally blown day. But considering the really good expansion I'm wondering now if maybe I'm doing things less efficiently than I could.

I'm kinda thinking maybe I should bundle first, then do the edged squeezes, then [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words], then edge. And maybe just do an extended edging session mid day with a few squeezes in the middle to make a light version of the other two work outs. I'm using a lot of time on this every day and I really want to make it as effective as possible.Probably going to give it a go Monday. Seems like a good idea as of now.

And it's late, I'm sick, so I'm not going to do 2 hours of kegels. I'll say maybe an hour and pass out. Tomorrow is a light day. I'll make up for it then.

Gotta find balance so you don't need to back off. And then when you find it you'll catch a cold and not be sure if you actually had a girth busting monster routine that doesn't ravage your eq.

One inch in one month has been done on numerous occasions. I think it is totally possible with consistent, intense work. It also takes a great ability to see the gains before they happen. Being able to imagine yourself with the size you desire will allow you to get there much faster. Remember, belief comes before manifestation.

I tried doing 15 minutes edging with a ring and 15 minutes of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] today. Got to admit the cheap adjustable ring gives me great expansion because it doesn't lose tightness. I can nearly get ok grip beating expansion with just that in 15 minutes, and that's without bundles first. I think I'll leave the maintenance days like this because I prefer to do at least a little manual work, especially considering the results.

I felt mostly recovered today from the mild illness. My immune system really did a number on whatever it is after the first night, meanwhile the person who gave it to me is still reeling. I don't like having missed the exercise time but I don't screw around when I get sick. I want that shit down and out asap. Worked well this time. I'd barely consider it a cold at this point. +1 for strong immune systems.

I'm going to try the new approach to get superior expansion tomorrow morning. 15 reps of edged horse squeezes with a ring,15 minutes [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words], and 30 minutes edging. I'm thinking I can get good expansion from the squeezes, better expansion from the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words], and hit a maximum during a 30 minute edging session. Could be wrong, but it sounds good in my head. If it's good I'm going to probably try to use that the next 6 weeks to start and finish, with the middle retention session still there for good measure. Just want to crush the girth like crazy and get gains in to cement.

I ordered the vac u vin pump and a sleeve finally. They were cheap enough for me to be able to splooge on during this apparent period of busted ass brokeness. Hoping that sleeve helps the bite because that is becoming a pretty persistent problem. I'm not sure I exactly get how it'll work but I'll try it out since it's been acclaimed by many. Looking at the opening which is clearly bigger than a beer can I don't exactly get how the thing is so brutal. It is what it is. Between that and the pump, I will have my rigged for survival [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] a little more effective and a little less painful

Working like it should pretty much. Occasionally the seal gives and I have to start over. Only problem is the gash in the seal is creeping along and it's eventually going to just be ruined. So I'm either going to have to get lucky here or maybe pull an accounting magic trick next month. At least it's held up this long. Kinda proud of it for battling it out with me. Gonna keep it like a trophy whenever I replace it.

I did not do a good job today. I did ok with the first set, but I lost about 15 minutes of my planned 30 edging because I had a Hell of a time after having to slam the breaks for some reason. Second session went good. Then the third the breaks kept needing to be slammed after 10 reps of squeezes. I struggled with it for a while but only got to 12. So I took a break, came back and edged for about 45 minutes no problem (wtf), and ended with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words].

I'm REALLY getting annoyed with myself for not getting the job done with the squeezes lately. To my credit, I am trying to get myself up to a 100% erection 50 times a day and have been able to pull it off, but it has been a struggle. I guess it does make sense that it would be harder to get it up that many times and keep it up for hours every day. I'm being hard on myself, but I know it can be done, and I need to do it right. It's all mental and I know I can get this shit right. Tomorrow is going to be flawless.

Sticking to my kegels cycle so tonight is a night off. I know the stronger muscle is playing a role, but I definitely know how to control it if I cut the mental lapses. The pelvic floor has thinned out to just beyond the point where the muscle would be visible. Fucking thing feels huge when I flex it while erect. Definitely happy with the progress there. Just wish the fat pad was going that fast. Pretty sure I'm back to 7nbp but that's still 3/4" more than I'm aiming for at the minimum. Struggle struggle struggle gain.

Off to bed. 12 days until measurements. Let's make it a good one by not screwing up my routine again.

Rings have the power you seek. But nobody really wants to go this heavy for long. I'm only going for 3 months with high intensity like this. Going to taper off after that and try jelqs and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] mostly for a year. See if I can correct a tilt I have while I cement and maybe progress a little.

Jake, cop some of that Viagra I bought, the shit is off the hook strong and cheap as fuck. For 81¢ a day it is so worth the investment and if you split them in two you are talking .40¢ a day! Takes so much stress off your mind not having to worry about eq during girth work.

I think I'm using the ring too tight because I got a big fat puff going on. I know right. My dick is swollen who knew. I expect it to normalize by morning. Nothing I haven't seen before. Anyway the reason I'm assuming too tight is a little desensitization which has since faded. I know better than to flip over these things but I think a noob would go to the hospital. One of the benefits of experience, virtually nothing freaks me out anymore.

I made my 3rd session a little lighter to compensate, but in my experience the state I'm in is definitely not the time to back down. Might leave me a present as it heals. Aside from the third session, the first 2 went perfect. My mentality was right. I was treating it too much like the objective was pleasure, which is a strange mistake for me. I've rediscovered the militant thought process. I'm not 100% but I'm pretty sure that little change is going to help me get a much higher success rate.

I am calling it quits for the day. Letting kegels slide because I want to recover faster, and I sometimes get pain after good work. 11 days left until measurements, and I really need to get these days to go more smoothly. Definitely watching my ring tightness tomorrow.

I only kegel flaccid usually. Kinda feels too easy to kegel erect. Feels like flaccid is trying to drag a dead horse through the desert, and erect ones are like having a live horse that you can ride. There isn't a steady last thing at this point.

My junk is not swollen in a big puffy way this morning, but I honestly don't know if I will get through the entire routine. Today's going to be kinda a go by feel kind of day. Looks nice and chunky though.

Sounds like it might be time for a rest day, listen to your body bro. Active recovery is a healthy thing, light stretching, warm-up and cool down but no intense work. Get the blood flow up and let your body heal.
 
I woke with some squishiness, but overall real expansion. I feel like everytime I end any session with a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] I retain more expansion that's why I asked.
