ive tried this in the past but it was a little difficult doing it for time as me erction would slowly go as you cant stimulate.

right not i have a much thicker base and it tapers up, i wonder if doing these close to the top would help in increasing girth in the upper portion of the penis

You have to clamp enough that blood can't exit easily. You have to be able to kegel hard enough to get blood in though. One method I have found that works is as you kegel release some of the clamping force of your spring clamps and this will allow you to get blood in. After you are done kegeling let the clamps go back to full crashing pressure and yea get ready for some intense crashing and then repeat again and again until your set is done. A full erection isn't necessary as long as you are able to keep kegeling in blood.

The best exercise to force gains to the side would be Toilet Compression Squeezes, this will quickly translate girth from the sides to the top.

I have to use a sink. There's no way I can fit my unit on a rim of a toilet seat or maybe just a small portion. I tried these last night and used the sink in the bathroom to get the total portion of my unit.

I find it much more comfortable to do all my PE work laying back in bed watching TV. So much easier doing this exercise with adjustable carpentry clamps and small pieces of plywood. Put some tape on the wood to avoid splinters. Much more enjoyable (I find the toilet thing gross too even if it's cleaned well) I think than kneeling in front of a toilet but to each their own :) You can experiment with multiple cable clamps in different areas of the penis too to get more expansion in certain areas if needed.

I used to spend a lot of time in the bathroom doing my pe so I came up with many exercises while in there. Today I have the privacy to train anywhere but I still love those bathroom exercises I created. Sink Stretches are very powerful and will help with length big time, the entire body weight can be used in the stretch if the grip is solid. And, of course, toilet compression squeezes are a great way to bring a wider girth.

For those of you video game enthusiasts out there who are looking to try this exercise, try this method:

x1 cable clamp
x2 N64 cartridges
x2 thick rubber bands
x6 large rubber bands [the size that usually goes around your newspaper]

This is like the standard frendo, only you're replacing the tiles with N64 cartridges and the clamps that keep them in place with rubber bands.


Start off with an erection. Clamp at the base, then get back to maximum engorgement.
Take two n64 cartridges and place them under and above the shaft respectively, leaving room for your glans to be exposed. Then take a large rubber band and stretch it over the end of one side of the cartridge sandwich, and do the same for the other side. Repeat this process again, and use the thick large rubber band as well. Then use two [or three] large rubber bands and stretch them over the cartridges horizontally.

You'll get an extreme pressure that you can safely control. These won't damage your cartridges either, so you can go back to playing another round of GoldenEye and Mario Kart after you're done. All you need to do is take the rubber bands off and then the clamp. It's recommended to do a warmup/warmdown before and after [preferably with a heating pad, moist/wet heat will most likely ruin the games, you want to do this dry.]


I managed to do this for a 15 minute and 30 minute session today for a total of 45 minutes of intense girth work. As always use caution when performing this method, but it's a nice alternative to tiles/extra clamps and definitely temporarily expands your width.
 
The rubberbands is actually a good idea and if you want more intensity you could add more rubber bands. But perhaps when doing this method one should have scissors nearby in case they need to cut the rubber bands and exit the compression quickly.

n64 cartridges aren't expensive either, vintage market dealers who specialize in them practically give them away. Hellcock used those big clamps to place a lot of pressure on the cartridges to the point where even in the pictures they looked like they were going to snap. That isn't the point of the n64 cartridge method. If I still had a camera I'd post a picture, but there's no way the rubber bands are creating enough pressure to snap the cartridges at all, and you can safely remove them with your hands.

Three counterpoints:

1) You're still only doing this for a few minutes, this isn't one of those "Set It And Forget It" type deals. Of course you're gonna be monitoring your progress. You can even pull the cartridges in opposite directions, readjust the shaft and let the cartridge-sandwich push down on the clamped shaft again.


2) You can twist the shaft as if you're doing a bundle, and have the cartridges facing you vertically instead of horizontally. You'll be able to see the color of your shaft, and be able to touch it to feel whether or not it's turning cold.


3) n64 cartridges aren't that big anyway so there's definitely going to be some skin exposed, you're really working on the midshaft width as the base has the clamp on it and you want to leave about an inch of space before the glans.

That's a really weird gripe, man. Next thing you know you're gonna be yelling at DLD for telling people to use the toilet seat for his Toilet Compressors, especially since you can't see through them. "They're meant for people to sit on, that's why they were invented."

I feel like a few rubber bands is enough to do the trick. You want a certain amount to keep the device in place, and then a few more for that right amount of pressure that starts to flatten the girth on its own over a period of a few minutes.

Let's say this is the cartridge, [ ] and these are the rubber bands: | - & _

You'd want the first two rubber bands to go like this:

Then this:

placing maybe one or two more rubber bands over the first initial rubber band for the pressure.



So then you have this:

Which you can easily remove without pinching your skin or having to worry about getting it off in an emergency.

Very old exercises but are still used in many routines. I am not sure how much anyone has gained alone with the exercises though.

It can work if you use flat plates on both sides of the chamber that fit between the screw set. You could use any type of flat rigid plastic.
