Took the weekend off. Definitely didnt feel in the mood to do it today. My girl mentioned that I am getting both longer and thicker. Which is a good thing to hear.

NO workout for a few days. Went climbing for the weekend.

Funny thing after I started my routine today I noticed that I got longer and thicker alot quicker. Also Im noticing that I am gaining length really well right now. I notice it the most when I masturbate, it feels different in the hand right now. I have been doing some mental exercises and I believe those combined with the upward stretches that I have done all of twice have helped the length. Mentally creating your penis is the way to go. My girth is slowly but steadily increasing as always.

Routine today:

ADC for about 1 hour today

Had a rough few days, BUSY at work and still tired from the weekend and not catching up on sleep. Workout was shortened, but still got one in. Added jelqs today. Need to remember to do that, they worked very well.

How did you reduce fluid buildup? I used to get fluid buildup and donut effect when I clamped, even for like 10 minutes. Now I can do an hour of jelqs, horses, and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s and have no donut effect.

But now that I hurt my hand, I have been having to resort to constricting methods and thus fluid buildup.
 
Jelqing helped me reduce the fluid buildup. Try some one handed jelqs and see if that helps. Edging has helped me in the past as well. That sucks about your hand also.
 
Todays routine was decent. Started drinking at least 2 gallons a day. Body feels good, My girth seems to be negatively affected though. Have to watch it.

Girth was back today. Still drinking alot of water. Reconstructed an exercise in order to focus it on the CS. Works very well.

Not doing any other routine for the weekend.

Im going to start doing a 5on 2 off split in order to ge me some rest time and allow my weekends to be free. It was quite stressful trying to get workouts in on the weekend.

I hang approximately 6 hours a week. Maybe on the low end, but it is all the time I have for it. The bib can take A LONG while to get the adjustments right. It can be frustrating at first, after you get used to it though it is great.

I get a similar soreness to that when you would do the Tug of War stretch. Ive only worn it for a couple of days now though so thats all I can comment on. Maybe Philly will have a better answer for that.

My girth today got the biggest Ive had it. I dont measure cause it tends to fuck with my head. But I always use the same big mouth container in order to do my wet warmup. After I was done with the girth routine(which was all of twenty minutes) I BARELY fit in the container. Ive found that I can only do so much girth and then I start to get diminished returns. I did do a wet warmup mid girth set and that definitely helped. Plus for the past week or two Ive made it a point to "Mentally create my penis", I have to believe that this has helped significantly. Its almost like I can just feel it growing all the time.

No real routine today. Was more than slightly agitated with the landlord. Tried about 5 minutes of horses, but didnt really get anything accomplished. Can now easily say that stress will negatively effect your Penis Enlargement gains.
