His length is a bit below 8". I think it is smart to take on one or the other exclusively, especially for those who have issues with focus. Being able to concentrate solely on length or girth will help some make faster gains.

Im doing both but a heavier intensity on length and not so much intensity put on girth YEt

I want 8ish by the end of the year :)!
I do some light jelqing as a warm-down with co-co-co-coconut oil
And some SSJs here and there after erect (bundled) stretches
