Thanks. The muscle mass I've been blessed with is from being in the gym since 1990, and living a healthy, drug free lifestlye around the clock. I'm an athlete that goes heavy on everything and eat 6-8 times per day. As far as p.e. goes, I have a much harder time making gains, and have been at it since 2000. Here's what has worked for me:
Length- rotary stretches, 2 handed stretches, squat rotary stretch, side stretches, 1 hand upward stretch with maxium effort, downward jelq (the last 2 have been most effective for me), and wearing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Uncle Jim[/words] Strap for most of the day if I can (has helped my flaccid length).
Girth- 1 hand jelq while grabbing the base/lower half with my other hand, downward jelq, horse squeeze/1 hand jelq combo, clamped jelqing, [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] (has been the most effective, and if I only have time for 1 exercise period for length or girth, then the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] gets the nod)
As far as length goes, you'd be better off asking DLD or following his routine or asking Kingsnake, both of whom have made great gains and have flaccid lengths that are greater than my bpel (I wish I was as long as they were!). I've found that it's not effective for me to do manual girth work on back to back days, so that's also why I use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] 6 days per week. I don't really follow set routines anymore, but use what seems to be effective for that particular day.
