I will get a pump in a 2-3 months when I'm a bit more advanced and my wallet is a bit fatter.

29/1/05: Did 10 minutes of standard constricters, than 15 minutes constricted pumping. It went alright, my base actually filled the 2.5'' tube. I stayed erect as possible in the tube. I found a problem early on, that the constriction I used....thin string, like I always use was getting in theway and pushing into my testicles and hurting as I went into higher pressures. I will have to re-think the method in regards to that nextime. Overall the session went well, I still have alot to learn and its early days, but I have high hopes for this kinda work. My veins seemed more prominent afterwards, penis was also slightly larger in the flaccid state afterwards. I didnt go very long in the pump, so nextime I shall go longer than 30 minutes to get a nice pump. After this constricted session I was still hungry for more, so I did 30 minutes of flaccid pumping. My penis was fatter inside the tube and reached its maximum erection length. When it came outta the tube I fealt the thickness instantly, it was GREAT. Some fluid build-up but not much. What I will do in my next session is do it constricted fully erect but keeping the penis inside the tube for say 45 minutes and useing different string that wont rub into my testicles. After awhile that hurt. I didnt get any bruises or dis-colouration ect I didnt use lubrication. Its a nice learning curve. See how it goes tonight.

Balls slightly dis-coloured. No marks or anything else on my penis. The string I normally used, KILLED like hell when I took it off....man did that hurt the skin. My base also reached 2.5'' in the tube and seemed to work alittle further up the shaft this time. During the session I let some air in, at the 30 minute point...this gave me more of a pump and my length increased. Overall a GREAT session. After I took the string off, you could see the penis shrink alittle...it wasnt as thick, so this MUST be evidence that the constriction and pumping are complimenting oneanother? Other methods I will try are pumping than constriction, constriction than pumping which I have tried the other night. Today was Constricted pumping. Nextime I will give the pumping than constriction method a try. This also was a twilight session, done in the early hours.

30/1/05 - Afternoon now: Done 1 hour 20 minutes of ADC in the usual string, keeping some of the fluid from the pump in the penis. I achived a erection and was thicker than normal. The area where I was constricted lastnight hurts abit. The skin is tender.

Plus, I need a few cock rings or something to replace the current string I use for constriction. Money is the only issue.

I think the Max-Extender could be worn longer? Also gotta mention that even after 24 hours [Would have been around 12am-3am this morning] I still had some pump from the previous session. Now, its like 38 hours after I did the pumping constricted session, my penis is thicker than usual in its flaccid and erect state but mainly flaccid state. Thats ALONG FUCKIN TIME to keep the pump....GOOD NEWS IMHO, the constriction MUST be complimenting the pumping and If I had a decent cock ring than I would be doing ANC/ADC and that again IMHO would help. Tonight, I think I will skip.....nightout, my birthday tommorow...I'm 21 but I'm working so I have the party tonight. Didnt do any work lastnight.
