Well what I was saying about Momentum in another thread applies here too, when you are loving what you are doing time becomes elusive, almost as if it did not exist. When time fly's you know you are having fun but when it goes slow it can be very depressing. Love what you are doing and stay present in the moment so all your energy and focus can go into what you are doing now, not yesterday or tomorrow but NOW.

Praise Jesus my Brother! Everything needs to be seen as a gift from our Father. In many cases the gift may present itself as a problem but in every problem there is room to learn and grow. Think about how much I have created in PE, much of this was met with opposition and even danger at time, definite trials and when I was able to overcome I was able to see that silver lining.

Yes! I'm back at it after a long hiatus. Not sure how long I'll be able to do my routines because I'm currently alone since my gf is out of the country and I'll soon be joining her so I'm taking this time to, hopefully, get a little bigger. Better take all the time I can get!

My current routine, which I usually do in the morning/early afternoon:
- 2x2:30min simple stretches : out, left, right, up and down. Each 30sec.
- 2x2:30min mandingo stretches .

I do these two for the warmup. After that I do:

- 5x1:40min Jackups (erect upward stretches), the last set I rotate it in all directions, as far as I can.
- 10min Size Blasters. 1:00min per stretch and then alternating hands because my hands get achy. After this
session it looks very expanded. So hopefully I'll be able to get to my old stats within a week which was about
19,5cm (+_ 7.7") BPEL.
- 5x1:40min Jackups to finish off.

After this routine I hook up the VLC Tugger and spend the rest of the day with that on. Then in the evening I'll repeat the last routine with the Jackups and Size Blasters for expansion before sleep.

I also recently found my old SizeGenetics extender again in the basement so I'm going to incorporate that plus the VLC Tugger at night so that even then it'll be extended.

Btw, is it possible to sell some gear here? I still have two Bathmates plus two extra color/size suction extensions for them, and also a LG Hanger with vacuum pump. I do not use either of these and I'd rather sell them off for a nice price here than having to throw them away. If anyone is interested.

Alright no problem, thanks DLD! The reason why is because I do not use these anymore. The Bathmates I have were the cause of my discoloration in the first place so I stopped using them. The SG expander at some point just becomes uncomfortable even with the headpiece of the VLC Tugger and I also get much better results from manual stretching so I stopped hanging.

In the end the manual exercises and the VLC Tugger work the best for me.

Looks like a good routine to me I’m looking forward to seeing how well you perform, I’m hoping for some nice gains with no discoloration.
 
Hmmm, unfortunately it seems my frenulum is getting really sore and even opens up, cuts/wounds. It's very annoying! So, I'm going to limit myself to just 10x1:00min Mandingo stretches. They seem to work too. I'll spread it throughout the day, doing around 3/4 sets of 10x1:00. That should be a nice amount. Hopefully it'll be able to heal.

Have you considered Frenulum Tying?
 
Hi all, it's been a while!

I've decided to continue with my journey in PE after a long hiatus. I'll be starting on Monday and will start with the routine I did before I stopped. Also will be incorporating the Lengthmaster and Power Assist to help with manual stretches. I'll be doing mainly manual stretches and passive ones with the VLC Tugger and at night the SilliSleeve.

Hoping to get back that 0,5 inch that I lost before I stopped.

Thanks, DLD! It's indeed been a while and I have time and space now to continue. Looking forward to experimenting with the Power Assist / Lengthmaster and incorporating the SilliSleeve for at night. Tried to put it on but it's still a challange. Mainly because of the thick base, it pulls the sleeve up the shaft. I'll figure it out though.

At the moment I'm thinking about starting my routine tomorrow as follows:
5min Mandingo Stretches
5min stretches with the Power Assist
5/10min of erect stretches.

I'll probably repeat the erect stretches throughout the day. These seemed to have worked really well for me to get me over my platuea to gain length.

Stats:

This looks like a good plan and look forward to your creativity with the power assist, it needs some new life to be breathed into it. How are things as far as discoloration is concerned?
 
Second day of sessions today went well! Just did my last session for today. I now do three sets:

4x1min Mandingo Stretch
4x1min Stretch with Power Assist at the base
2x1min Length Master stretch with bundled tunica, downwards and BTC. Epic stretch!

I do this three times a day.

Then after the last set I do 10x1min Erect Stretches + grabbing/jelqing the base.
 
Just finished my first session and it went well! Noticed a little extra length and expansion so all things good so far!

Discoloration is gone, there's some minor things but nothing that is of any concern.

So in the end everything worked! We should really start pushing your thread on discoloration once again. I think that you’ve had the best experience as anyone and have given so much help in this area.

The latest method of eliminating and preventing discoloration has been the MOSred lamp, when used with alpha hydroxy It illuminates discoloration and when used daily it prevents it.
 
4th day:

Today's routine went well! My temp gains were going close to 7.5" BPEL and that within 4 days... I'll be measuring again on the 1st of March!

Just finished my afternoon session of erect stretches with hand clamp/massage/stretch at the base. Very expansive! I do this 10x1min with the last 2min being 2x erect BTC, very tense but good stretch! Temp gains put me at 7,5" BPEL though! So far so good!
 
This week I'm changing up the routine a bit:

Morning:
10x1min Mandingo Stretch
10x1min Stretch with Power Assist at the base
10x1min Length Master clamping the base stretch with bundled tunica, downwards and BTC.
10x1min Erect Stretches + grabbing/jelqing the base.

Excellent days work my friend! How do you like the VLC through the night? Are you finding it to be comfortable? Are you finding any ill problems with this at all? Thanks for the feedback my brother.
 
The VLC Tugger becomes a little bit uncomfortable after a few hours and I have to take it off, unfortunately. I also tried the SilliSleeve but this also feels quite uncomfortable for some reason!
 
I once commented on my frenulum being damaged when doing my routine but I figured out that it was the VLC Tugger... the headpiece's edge was cutting into the frenulum and I was wearing it all day. I cut a triangle piece out of it where the frenulum would be and it works great now.
 
I also notice the shaft, around 1/4 from the base, is getting a bit darker but I think that's the skin that's sensative to the erect stretch exercises where I take one hand to grab under the glans and stretch, and other hand grabbing the base and pushing it slightly up the shaft, creating an expansion.
 
But this darkening will probably fade in time, when I stop PE.

you would know that because you’re the master in this department. So don’t sweat it, go for the size you want and deal with discoloration later. By that time you might want to try the MOSRed, This is the discoloration destroyer!
